Parahuman Response Team, essentially the people in charge of keeping the superheroes in check. Equipped with the most advanced technology Tinkers can brew up, mostly staffed by regular people.

I'm interested. Would we be using Weaver Dice for character creation? Because it has a couple different methods.

We would be taking some elements of character creation from Weaver Dice, yes. Likely not randomized powers (who am I to tell you what powers your characters are supposed to have?) but certain other things, certainly. Luck and advantages/disadvantages, for one. I have yet to decide (or assist in deciding) what stays and what goes, but I'm hoping it will be minimally invasive. I enjoy dice-based games from time to time, but freeform offers much more creative potential in my opinion.

Bumping, because something as rare as a Worm-based RP doesn't deserve to get buried like this. As for GMing, like I said in my private message it might be a good idea to partner up with someone and GM side by side.

I've decided I'll be GMing, and Skippy is willing to help me part-time as Co-GM. The main orders of business now are brainstorming and worldbuilding. Which opens up our biggest question. What would you guys like to see from this RP? What are you looking for? Do you prefer a team format or a sandbox free-for-all? At what point in the timeline do you feel like playing, pre-Epilogue or post? What parts or themes of Worm would you like to focus on? I'm looking for as much input as you can give me, folks. I'd also really appreciate it if you all could reach out to any roleplaying friends you have on this or any other site and invite them if you think they'd be interested. If we settle on a team format (which would be ideal in my opinion), we'd need 5-6 players to match the numbers of the Undersiders or the Wards. We have 4 right now, so any attention you can drum up is good attention!

Right, I'm not in the best thinking mood right now but as for the questions- >What would you guys like to see from this RP? What are you looking for? I'm gonna be honest and say I'm not really looking for anything more than an RP set in the Worm universe. >Team format or sandbox? Considering the amount of people interested, I'd say a team based RP with some sandbox elements outside of assignments/heists/missions would work better than pure sandbox. >Timeline I'd rather do pre-epilogue.

We're all still here, sans Letter Bee. Right now I'm working on devising a premise and working out other important details about the RP before making an official signup thread. The form it's looking like it's going to take is a sort of psuedo-Wild West story about a mixed hero/villain group of Wards defending a post-Golden Dawn frontier town out in the interdimensional boonies from various thieves, marauders, gangs, criminal syndicates and other parahuman horrors.

Almost finished with Worm, so I'm hyped about this. Also, I'd vote for pre-Epilogue, with team elements as well. It'd be interesting to see how new characters react to events in the worm-verse.

Still lurking. Just webninjaing around. You already know my vote, I just can't resist the freedom of a non-established canon. My main thoughtline at the moment is whether I should make my power something powerful but creative, or weak but easily abused. I'm probably gonna have to roll some dice of my own, just to get my choices sorted.

Well, from what I remember,

Scion went Cray-Cray and killed like, 6 billion people. Everyone else decided this was sub-optimal and tried to kill god. In the ensuing showdown, most of earths population was evacuated to an unpopulated alternate earth. One which thankfully lacked shiny golden psychopaths... at the start anyway. So, when Taylor went full chessmaster and defenestrated Scion (Zion), it left 2 billion earthlings trying to build a life on an empty world, while the remains of the protectorate wonder what the hell just happened. We were just beginning to see towns coming up and smaller groups forming around the remaining independent powered individuals (Like Bitch), when in comes the revelation that the death of Scion has triggered a degradation in all the hostless shards left from dead heroes. Now, in addition to normal human (and supervillian, don't forget, we emptied the prisons.) problems, we have to deal with a new generation of broken Hosts becoming ticking time bombs.
