RIP Terry Pratchett

This man did a lot for fantasy and he inspired so many of us. It's worth noting his passing.

I'll miss him dearly, I'm sad to know that his special shelf on my bookcase will no longer grow. I'll still read his books and I'll still enjoy them thoroughly. I'm just sad to see him go. I wish him look in the black desert and hope his expectations are high for the other side.

Actually, I'd just set down my copy of Hogfather to check my facebook, and that's how I learned of his passing. It kind of hit me hard. I've only just begun reading him, and I'm only five books in, but I'd grown very fond of his works.

Farewell Terry Pratchett, the world is a no better for your lost, but its a lot better than it was 66 years ago.
