These are the tales from the wastelands of Metallica. A roving desert filled with monsters, powerful spellcasters and immense beasts. Metallica's king the Great and powerful Axelord is failing to curtail the invasion of his lands by a dark force. His message has gone out to the people to take up arms against the invaders and his armies are being crushed. In a last ditch attempt he calls upon his greatest warriors to seek out the Pick of Moros to stand a chance of defeating his greatest foe. Through which the adventurers will cross the plains of Electronica, the Soul islands, the Trance nation and Rock mountain.
Essentially a fantasy roleplay where wizards and monsters are themed around the music they represent. A few example characters which are subject to change on suggestion are.
Ballistas -
Race - Human
Description - These humans are cursed with an ability to produce ear tearing screams and growling vocals, unable to control their voices. The more they use this ability the more their bodys begin to change. Gradually the mind becomes basic, animalistic and near the end stages of their transformation are completely unrecognisable from their original self, a monster that would kill their own children
Axe Lords - Guitarists that can summon familiars with their magical riffs, as well as cast epic spells with their skill on the guitar. Usually centered around the chaotic neutral mark these lords among men have been known to turn evil and that in turn is linked to their power, the more powerful they become the more of a superiority complex they develop.
"....." - For drummers I can't think of a name, but I would have thought they would have defensive based abilities/provide mana for their compatriots and whatnot. If someone can come up with a good idea I'd be happy to hear them.
"....." - Same for the bassist but I can't really think of anything for now.
However, there will be many more classes if I can gather enough interest. Even characters from other lands and provinces that people can play. So even if you're not interested please leave a comment about what you think could be a good enemy or character class.
