I actually like the idea (if only I wasn't so busy). Latin composition is a good way to help reinforce your knowledge of the Latin Language. If I were able to join (although I probably cannot), I would prefer something set in a mythological setting. It allows for some creative leeway because even in ancient Greece and Rome the myths were not homogeneous. Also, if I had time to do something like this, I would so throw in some Greek words (because every Roman poet loves to be esoteric and erudite).

Speaking that Locusta lived around the reign of Nero, I think having demigods would be a little out of place in this setting.

Thank you for taking the time to read and comment on this thread, @Dedonus. I would be thrilled if you could participate in the roleplay, though I do understand that life (and other roleplays) happen. Know that you can jump in at any time, if or when you find the time to.
At the same time, having someone who is so obviously very knowledgeable of Latin in this RP would be kind of... Nerve-wracking. In the best possible way, of course, but still nerve-wracking.
