I would make another character, but I am incapable of playing more than one at a time. Can't give more than one character all of my attention.
I am going to have Casper bullied by a few of the students. Given the fact that he shares a room with Diego, it would add a lot of interesting interactions.
I am in the same problem as Shard however; I am terrible at multiple characters in the same setting, ideas or concepts get lost or dropped inadvertently.
For powers, I have in mind pain manipulation where the character will be able to inflict agony upon someone through touch, but it is mostly mental and another is the ability to gain animalistic attributes from only animals that the character has touched, which gives the room for the character to grow and maybe even speak to animals eventually. Are these okay? I will have more on it in the CS.
The animal powers are fine, buuuuuut not very sure about the Pain Inducement. It's not overpowered per-se... my problem comes from the fact that they're always useless. If you make a guy that causes pain? Well good luck, because it's redundant because of every offensive ability. Taking away pain? Healers make that worthless.
Hope it doesn't seem like I'm ranting, but I'm not really a fan of pain powers. They're always one-trick ponies. And I'd rather have a character with a different power.

Well, it moreso has to do with her character development as my character is someone who creates a lot of pain without noticing it and when she develops her powers and physically hurts someone, she slowly begins to realize that she is causing pain and needs to stop. However, I'll try to find an ability that has the same effect as that.

Well, if you're gonna write it that way, then I reconsidered. I'd like to see your sheets.
I haven't written the example post yet and its a little rough around the edges, but here is Piper:
Basic Information
Name:
Piper Babinski
Nickname/Alias/Etc:
Pip, Dominatrix, Dom, Femme Fatale,
Gender:
Female
Age:
16
Height:
5’5”
Weight:
132 lbs.
Type:
New Student
Appearance
Hair Color:
Naturally brown, but dyed bleach blonde
Eye Color:
Green
Ethnicity:
American with Polish and Russian ancestry
Physical Appearance:
Piper is a beautiful girl and she loves to hear it. With a European nose and sharp face structure, most think she is from Russia or Poland...well, they’re not wrong. Her blonde hair is of medium-length and not thick, it is naturally wavy but she straightens it most of the time. Her skin is very pale and is the result of an overprotective mother and loads of sunscreen. She is medium height and is a healthy weight for her age. Her lips are semi-full and her eyes are an almond shape.
Attire:
Piper describes herself as a “bad girl” and as such she wears tight skinny jeans, low cropped tops, and is always seen with her favorite leather jacket. When not wearing jeans, she is usually wearing a pencil skirt with stockings or something as equally daring.
Personality
Innate & Outward Personality:
There could be so many ways to describe Piper, but if she were to be simplified into one word, her friends would simply say “sweet.” If her sister, the closest friend she has ever had, were to say this word, it would be “bitch.”
Piper is outwardly the nicest person to meet. She treats everybody fairly and is always helping people wherever she can. Piper never judges and never doubts, she is always there for people when they need her, and she never says anything bad about anyone ever. Or that’s what people might say about her. In truth, Piper has many flaws and the worst of them all is her lust for entertainment. When Piper is bored, she has the nasty habit of manipulating her friends in order to create drama. While this may be harmless in a small scale, Piper takes it to another level. Instead of causing small rifts between friends, Piper breaks up relationships and tears apart best friends for the sake of being able to watch it. She manipulates every aspect of drama and pretends to be support for her friends when they are going through these rough patches she has drawn up. It is a guilty pleasure that doesn’t even keep Piper up at night, because she has the notion that high school is meaningless and that they will move past it. And, authentically, Piper believes that she isn’t causing any harm.
Piper is a selfish girl, which can be obviously seen by her past times, and loves to get what she wants. While not a total moral nihilist, Piper believes some things are okay such as sleeping around and, therefore, is very fond of sex. She is also a strong feminist and believes in the rights to one’s body, and wants equal rights for everybody. When Piper orchestrates a friend’s dramatic pain, Piper genuinely attempts to cheer her friends up even when she is secretly happy for the chaos that she has created.
Hobbies/Interests:
Likes to read the Grimm Fairytales, loves to manipulate friends and create drama, writes
Skills/Talents:
Piper is a horrible writer, but is amazing at creating drama amongst people and manipulating something to her advantage
“It’s okay to be hurt and angry. Matter of fact, it’s healthy.” “I’m not really hurting anybody, just having a little bit of fun.”
History/Bio:
Piper Babinski and her twin sister, Sawyer Babinski, were to born, essentially, to a seventeen-year-old whore. Nicole Babinski was an illegal prostitute who obviously couldn’t afford well-working condoms considering the fact that she got pregnant. Because of Piper’s mother’s sleeping around, Piper never knew her father and sincerely doubted that her mother even knew who her father was, it didn’t bother her though. Well, once Nicole figured out that she was pregnant, she figured she could give her kids to someone who’d pay a hefty price. Turns out, nobody really wanted to pay for a fatherless bastard child from a Highroller Heights whore. Nicole figured the best thing to do next was to give up her kid for adoption. Her bad luck doubled when the nurse discovered that she was having twins. Long story short, after giving birth, Nicole instantly grew attached and decided to keep the little buggers.
Now, being a low-end prostitute wasn’t the best job to raise kids on, and Nicole figured she would have to make some sacrifices; meaning, Nicole would have to get a second job. Piper’s mother decided that drug dealing was the best next thing she, a woman with a bad education and no college degree, could do. A year or so later, Nicole rose in ranks amongst the prostitutes due to her pleasure inducing Metahuman power and began ranking in a fair amount of money.
Nicole finally was stable, got out of the drug dealing business, and focused on her prostitution and the raising of her children. She raised her daughters to be proud and confident and to believe in her feministic ideals. She raised them to treat others how they would like to be treated – though one daughter didn’t quite get the memo – and to always give tips.
However, some of Nicole’s lessons didn’t work very well on Piper, and at the age of seven, Nicole knew something was off about her child. Piper constantly got in trouble for instigating fights between the kids at her school and often caused trouble to happen between her friends. Nicole was worried about her daughter and attempted to discourage the behavior as much as she could, but eventually gave up when it didn’t work. Nicole giving up led to Piper concluding that it was okay to do it and she grew up with the potential of causing more harm than she did before. When Piper went into middle school, she was a master manipulator and had escalated simple fight instigations to ruining relationships and causing disaster within friendships.
Piper was firm in her belief that she wasn’t causing any real harm until she grew into her powers at the age of fifteen.
Piper was in the bathroom, cheering up her friend, Amani, after she had manipulated her boyfriend to cheat on her with Amani’s best friend. Her hand was soothingly rubbing her back when all of the sudden Amani began to screaming and rolling around in pain, shuddering and shaking.
Piper was traumatized by the event and scared by the power she had over Amani, by the pain she had inflicted. A week later, after Saywer’s powers had also appeared, Nicole decided to send the two to the Academy in hopes that they would learn self-control.
Pain Inducement: Piper has the ability to create a pain through the use of a mind numbing screeching sound within the brain that jolts against the nerves throughout the body, causing agony to wash over every nerve in the body. This usually leads to screaming, crying, and convulsing or shuddering. Pain Suppressant: Piper is able to numb the nerves of the body in order to prevent a person from feeling pain.
Limits:
Piper has to be touching the victim, and it causes a headache ranging from minor to major
Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
Piper can suffer psychological damage from using it to much considering that watching is traumatic and terrifying. The pain is also reflected back at her.
Mason is tall and slim, with a face that is quite angular; a hooded brow, pointed nose and a sharp pair of cheeks. He is not exceptionally attractive by media standards, nor does he stand out in a crowd as being particularly ugly. His confidence and the way he carries himself work in his favour. His hair is shorter on the sides and much longer on the top, and he likes to tie the top portion into a bun atop his head. His eyes are dark and usually cast in shadow by his prominent brow, which can make him look quite intimidating, however his friendly smile can usually dispel these feelings swiftly. Mason's teeth are near-perfect in alignment, the result of over two years wearing an orthodontic brace, however they are off-white due to cigarettes, coffee and other unhealthy lifestyle choices. His skin is relatively pale, a nod to his upbringing in England. His nails are often longer than what is traditionally considered acceptable for men, as he prefers them this way; however he doesn't like to paint them. He has a mole (he calls it a 'beauty mark') on his upper lip, which he claims is the result of French ancestry - but obviously, it isn't. Mason's shoulders are particularly broad and this is exaggerated unkindly by his very slender physique; however, he is able to conceal these disproportions through his clothing. He wears a silver screw through his earlobe as an earring. He has two scars on his head: one small horizontal line on his forehead, and a larger crescent-shaped scar towards the back of his head. Both were sustained through falls as a child. His thighs are also home to a collection of horizontal scars, but these are largely faded and concealed by leg-hair. His feet are quite small for a man of his height, at a US size 8.
Attire:
Mason's style is somewhat eclectic, a nod to his background in the art scenes of London and Berlin. He wardrobe consists largely of vintage clothing acquired from thrift shops and boutiques he has encountered on his travels. His staple is his dungarees, which he wears often and owns several different pairs. He has a penchant for old, worn denim and likes to wear several denim items at once; considered a fashion faux-pas, which is largely why he enjoys it. His clothes are often very baggy and consist of washed jeans and oversized band merchandise or sporting regalia (despite the fact he plays no sports). He values style and comfort in equal measures, and his clothing reflects this. His feet are almost always found within one of his battered pairs of Converse. His hair is kept in a top-knot by dark hair-ties which are near invisible amongst his deep brown locks. His left ear is pierced and is currently home to a screw that Mason is using as a make-shift gauge. He has two tattoos: a quote in German on his right arm, and an Icelandic sigil on his shoulder, called a vegvísir. In ancient times it was given as a magical blessing to allow sailors to "see the way" and get them safely where they need to be. Mason hopes it will do the same for him.
Personality
Innate & Outward Personality:
Outwardly, Mason comes across as confident; sometimes to a fault. He enjoys being a little arrogant and pretentious, but this is wholly as a response to his belief that people take life too seriously. He does a relatively good job at making sure people can tell that his sarcasm and blunt comments are made in jest, always delivering them with a twinkle in his eye and a mischievous smirk. He developed this sense of humour from the drag scene (he spent two years living with drag queens in Berlin), and people who are familiar with this form of entertainment will find him easy to get along with. However, those who don't understand that he is trying to be funny may find him mean and unnecessarily hurtful. Fortunately, Mason is very honest and is a big fan of 'talking it out', so if he is made aware of a misunderstanding he will do his best to rectify it. Like most of Mason's personality traits, this can be very polarising: some people will appreciate his willingness to talk about problems in order to resolve them, whilst some may find it confrontational and over-the-top. Ultimately, Mason is comfortable enough in himself and his identity that he won't change who he is to please someone else, but this creates a dilemma for him. Mason has a deep need to be liked, and whilst he's very good at concealing extreme emotions and pretending he's fine, he has a lot of issues regarding rejection and feeling disliked. These plague him internally and every day he faces a battle between being true to himself and his art, and wanting to be loved. In situations where he feels like someone has an issue with him that he can't resolve, Mason is known to become manipulative and passive-aggressive. His intelligence allows this to be done with such an ease and subtlety that more naïve students should be weary of. He is confident, charismatic and socially competent, but this has largely been built as a wall to protect himself over the years. At the core, he has a lot of subconscious issues and negative mentalities that he has never fully addressed, choosing to ignore them and continue functioning rather than attempting to conquer them. He has gone through phases of various coping mechanisms behind closed doors, none of them particularly healthy, but he is good at keeping up a pleasant façade. He does not like to seem (or even feel) vulnerable.
Hobbies/Interests:
All of Mason's hobbies lie in the creative fields. Children can be cruel and Mason was never really allowed to join the other boys in playing sports, nor was he invited to play video games. As a result, he had to find ways to entertain himself. He finds solace in painting, which has always been his primary source of self-expression from a very young age - and he's gotten very good at it. In more recent years, he has expanded his artistry towards photography and film work, as he feels there is more 'life' in these images. He is rarely seen without his DSLR camera, which shoots still images and video. He loves music, especially listening to it and creating his own synthesiser-based songs. His favourite musicians are Kate Bush and Björk. He also loves reading; he doesn't read many 'stories', but is an avid fan of classical poetry, particularly Lord Alfred Tennyson and Robert Browning. He also likes to read old non-fiction books about subjects that interest him; primarily art history but also more niche works on occultism and freemasonry. He practices yoga every morning.
Skills/Talents:
Whilst his proficiency in the creative arts may lead some to believe Mason is not particularly intelligent, he is actually very bright. Certainly, subjects like mathematics and the sciences have never been his strong point, but he believes that everyone is good at different things and considers his artistic skills to be of equal worth to his more academic contemporaries. He is a skilled writer and his intelligence exists very much in philosophy and sociology; he has a natural understanding for the way things 'are' in life. In that respect, he is very 'switched on' and logical. His combination of charisma and common sense make him a good leader, as he is able to communicate his ideas well. He is good at staying calm in stressful situations, and his refusal to panic often works to his advantage. He adjusts well to new environments and trusts people easily; the latter can sometimes be a disadvantage and get him hurt, but he believes everyone should be trusted until they give him a reason to think otherwise. He speaks fluent German.
Prized Possession:
Canon 700D DSLR camera
Quote(s):
"Somewhere in the dark, there is a light" - his mantra. He has it written in German on the inside of his right arm.
History/Bio:
Mason was born to a relatively wealthy family in Kensington, London. His father was away on business for most of his childhood, but he and his mother had a close bond. He went to an all-boys private school, but there was always something different about him - and the other boys picked up on this. He was not explicitly bullied during his childhood years, but there was a definite exclusion that meant he forged few friendships. This became the foundation of his strong independence in later life.
As he got older, his father became disappointed by his only son. They shared no interests, and try as Thomas could he simply could not persuade Mason to develop an interest in sports, business or politics. As Mason was also underperforming in maths and science, it was decided by aged thirteen that he would attend a boarding school in the country. But whilst his father was convinced this would change the direction of his son's life, the supposed problem only became worse.
Mason was mercilessly bullied at the all-boy's residential academy, and he longed for the days when he was simply ignored and all bad-mouthing was done behind his back. Here, the boys were ruthless and cruel, calling him names like "faggot" and "gayboy". It was the first time Mason had been confronted with ideas like this, and it both confused and rattled him in equal measures. Away from his family and surrounded by hatred, Mason became hopelessly unhappy with himself. In the isolation of his dormitory or the bathroom, he would harm himself as punishment for being so dislikable. And outside of these sanctuaries he would simply soldier on with the bravest of faces.
It was painting that finally distracted him from his depression. Re-discovering the art form gave him a healthier way to express his feelings, and it was upon this discovery that his identity really started to manifest. He leapt into the art world without a second thought, dedicating his every spare moment to improving his skill and understanding of artistry.
Realising that his money was wasted trying to mould his son through private education, Mason was eventually withdrawn from the boarding school on his sixteenth birthday. It had taken many years, but his father was finally becoming supportive of his son's artistic leanings. A scholarship for an art school in East London was earned, and soon he found himself surrounded by his people. People who understood him and loved him for who he was, people who appreciated his talents. His confidence and charismatic charm grew in leaps and bounds, and whilst inside he knew he would always struggle with self-acceptance, he developed social skills that made life fun and enriching. He found that the only way to enjoy art more than he already did, was by sharing it with friends.
It was around this age that Mason realised the boys at school had been right. Mason was gay, and he had strong feelings for a classmate named Curt, who was already 'out'. The pair were good friends, and as they spent more time together that friendship grew into something else. It was a high school romance, but it meant something to the both of them. Mason's friends already knew he was gay, but it was time to tell his parents.
It was a Saturday afternoon when Mason decided to break the news. He was nervous, but ultimately he felt confident that they would accept it. They loved him, after all... Right? Apparently, not as much as he would have liked to think. By 7:00pm he was dragging a suitcase out of the front door, on his father's orders. By 10:00pm, he was pulling a blanket tightly around him, crying gently as he tried to get to sleep on his boyfriend's sofa.
He didn't stay in England for very long after that. His parents cut his funding for art school, and living with his boyfriend soon proved that they were not meant-to-be. Within three or four months, he was on a plane to Berlin. His family had always holidayed in Germany, and so he was already able to speak the language; this was a fresh start for him, a chance to do it all over again. He had tried to let his parents know where he was going, but they still refused to make any sort of contact with him and so he left them in ignorance.
He used what savings he had gathered over the years to rent a room in a three-bed flat in central Berlin. The area was run-down and a far cry from his home, but it was all he could afford. Scarred from the reaction of his parents, he had ensured the flat was listed as "Gay-friendly" before enquiring. When he arrived, his housemates were two middle-aged drag queens: Helga Holla and Raja Fantaja. The two were a couple who argued furiously but ultimately loved each other, and when they heard Mason's story they took him under their wing.
He was given a job at Raja's club, mainly bar and promotional work, and Mason loved it. The hours were convenient in that they gave him a lot of time to work on his art, and the money meant he could pay his rent without going into his savings. For two years, life was good. If Mason had felt at home with his classmates in London, then Berlin was like heaven. The people he was interacting with were older than him, being friends of Helga and Raja. Artists, writers, filmmakers, drag queens, fashion designers, poets, actors... He was exposed to things he would never normally have encountered, and it was enlightening and invigorating. He felt alive.
Discovering he was a metahuman was the last thing Mason expected to happen. He had been through a lot of trials and been judged unfairly. Did he really need to add something else to his belt of weirdness? He began waking up in the night, cold and surrounded by blackness for what seemed like infinity. He saw a tall window before him, that he could look through and see his bedroom on the other side. He eventually realised that he was seeing his room from within his mirror. Whenever he found himself in this situation he would simply wait until he fell asleep again; when he woke up, he would be on his bedroom floor. He finally realised that what was happening wasn't a dream when he tried to touch the window and his hand went straight through it, followed by the rest of his body as he stepped out into the bedroom.
He left the next day as though everything was normal. He told Helga and Raja he would see them that evening at the club, and took off into the city. Within hours, he was on a plane to Black Fall, USA. He had never been to this part of America, but the city was infamous for his meta-human population. He needed somewhere like art school, like the club scene in Berlin... But that suited his current predicament. He needed somewhere he could fit in. He applied to Academy 218 as soon as he arrived. If he was going to live with this thing, he had to at least find out what it was and learn to control it.

Abilities
Power Class:
Other
Power: Speculomancy
Mason has a power he refers to as 'speculomancy'. His power revolves around mirrors and reflections. At present, he is only aware of his ability to pass through mirrors and enter a parallel plane of infinite blackness. When in this world he is completely safe from anyone in the 'real world', and he does not age (though he is not aware of this). In the future, his abilities will prove far more useful, as he will learn to teleport between location via mirrors; entering through one mirror and emerging from one in a remote location. He will also be able to view any location with a mirror remotely, by looking into a mirror and searching for it. He will also develop telekinetic control over mirrors, allowing him to utilise their sharp shards in combat. The peak of his power will allow him to change his physical features to resemble any human he wishes by looking into a mirror.
Limits:
Mason's powers are useless if there are no mirrors present. His powers only work for actual mirrors; reflections in windows, water, metals etc are useless to him. When he is remote viewing, his viewpoint is always from the POV of the mirror; as such, if an object is blocking the view or the mirror is dirty or covered with a sheet, his view will be impaired. The further he teleports or views, the more energy he is drained of; teleportation requires more energy than remote viewing. Furthermore, Mason can only enter the mirror world through a mirror that is big enough for him to climb through. He can remote view through any size mirror. Whilst he is the only one known to be able to enter the mirror realm, anyone is able to leave it; as such, if he ever learns to transport others with him, they will be free to leave whenever they please. For his telekinesis over mirrors to work, he must be able to physically see a mirror; he is not able to use this power to bring a mirror to him if there are no mirrors around for him to use. When he changes his appearance in a mirror, his reflection will still be himself. Whilst ever he is in the mirror realm, he feels a physical, mental and emotional taxation. This only increases the longer he remains there.
Weaknesses & Drawbacks
Mason has a very low athletic ability, and as such is largely vulnerable in combat situations. If a mirror he is connected to* is broken, he feels a degree of pain equivalent to that of the damage. A crack causes a small amount of pain while a complete shatter will cause enough pain that he becomes unconscious. Due to the fragile nature of his tools, this makes him vulnerable when using his powers. If he is in the mirror world when the mirror is broken, he is not only dragged back to the real world but also suffers physical damage to accompany the pain. These injuries manifest as cuts and scratches, the severity and depth of which are determined by the level of damage caused to a mirror. This does not apply to his telekinesis or shapeshifting abilities; however if a mirror he has used to shapeshift is broken, the illusion vanishes instantly and Mason is returned to his normal appearance. If a bright light is shone into a mirror Mason is connected to, he is dazzled. This is especially prominent when he is remote viewing; whilst anyone can see the image in the mirror, only Mason will be affected by the light. This effects of this vary from dizzying to temporary blindness, depending on the harshness of the light.
*'Connected to' definition: [1] The mirror Mason has used to enter the mirror world. [2] The mirror Mason is using to view somewhere remotely. [3] The mirror Mason is trying to view remotely.
CHINK. The red bottlecap soared through the air and landed tinnily on the hard, sticky floor of the bar. The music was loud and decidedly campy as Mason handed the bottle of lemony-looking liquid to a young, blonde female. She thanked him and left, vanishing into the crowd of buff gay men and their entourages of liberal women. The crowd tonight was largely German - tourist season didn't properly kick off for another month or so, when the city held its annual "Internationale Filmfestspiele Berlin". The lights dimmed, interrupting his trail of thought. As the music trailed off, a spotlight illuminated the stage, and out tottered a tall, chunky lady to all the whooping and wolf whistles the inebriated crowd could muster at this late hour.
Of course, the word "lady" was used in the most metaphoric sense of the word; this lady had plastic breasts, a strong jaw and a mountain of neon green hair atop her aged but immaculately made-up face. Helga Holla, one of Berlin's finest drag queens and a regular fixture in the gay and art scenes here in the German capital. Mason grinned bemusedly as he watched his housemate work the stage and maintained it as he spotted Raja observing from the sidelines, just as she did every night; eyes wide in the admiration only a devoted lover can possess. Raja and Helga were each other's number one fans, and it was - quite frankly - adorable.
"E-excu, I mean uh... Entschuldigung?" came a male's voice, attracting Mason's attention from the glass he was absent-mindedly wiping. It was not common for customers to visit the bar whilst Helga or Raja were performing, but also not entirely unheard of. Mason chuckled at the man's poor attempt at the language, but it was always endearing when people tried to make the effort.
"Hallo," Mason began, a mischievous glint in his eye. "Was soll ich Ihnen bringen? Ein Cocktail, vielleicht? Ein Glas Wein?" He spun the words rapidly and with precision, as a spider spins her web. The young man's face was flooded with panic as he began to rummage around in his pocket for his smartphone. Mason laughed. "No need, my friend. Just joking with you." He smiled warmly at the man, who looked relieved. "What can I get you?"
The man chuckled; he was embarrassed but clearly saw the funny side, and Mason appreciated his smile as he ordered a vodka with Redbull. He was quite attractive, his light blonde curls pulled back with a traditional bandana, revealing his angular face and smooth complexion. He adjusted his glasses as Mason handed him the drink. "Are you here alone?" Mason asked. The man nodded apprehensively, taking a sip of his beverage. "May I ask why?", Mason pushed.
"I, uh... I actually just moved here. I don't have that many friend back home, you know..." the man mumbled. It wasn't hard to tell he had confidence issues, but he had a lot of accidental charm. He was endearing. "I kind of just wanted to--"
"To get a fresh start?" Mason interrupted, smiling as the man nodded once more.
"Yeah, exactly that." he replied.
Mason smiled in return. "What's your name?" he asked.
"Ben." he replied.
"Well, Ben. I know exactly what that's like. I just moved here a year and a half ago, actually." As he spoke, he scanned the crowd for people he knew. He eventually made eye contact with a friend of his, Monika. She was German but she spoke good English, and she was here with other people Mason knew. He shouted her over.
"Was geht, artfag?" she laughed, slightly drunk as she and her friends approached. Mason laughed too.
"Monika, this is Ben." he said, gesturing towards the new arrival. "He just got here from England. Doesn't really know anyone, if you get what I mean." He and Monika exchanged knowing looks, and the whole group smiled at Ben warmly.
"Do you like art, Ben?" Monika purred, wrapping her arm around the alarmed man's shoulders.
"Y-yeah, I... I love art. I just graduated from Central St. Martin's in London." he said, seeming a little overwhelmed by the warm welcome.
"Well, Ben. You're gonna love it here," he smiled, before winking platonically the man whom Monika was now draped over. "I'm Mason, by the way. That one's on the house."
That power is more Super-System than Cerebral. Also, she could use an actual weakness rather than the psychological effects... Not that the power is powerful or anything, but one or two weaknesses will do.

@Tyler Aw shit, I missed your sheet. Interesting character, he has a very fleshed out backstory. My gripe has to be the fact that he has no real weaknesses or drawbacks - only limits. He has quite a few abilities... teleportation, hiding in a mirror dimension (Where he's completely impervious to harm and doesn't age), remote viewing, and eventually a telekinetic control over mirrors... I want some weaknesses to balance all that out. There's also a few questions. What would happen if someone breaks his mirror? How far can he teleport/view? How many mirrors can he control? Also, he's a little underweight. He should be a bit heavier.
@Apokalipse What if a bit of the pain is reflected back on her? That should do.
Also, both your sheets are missing something important. Review the rules to find out what!

Thank you for your feedback. I am going to address each point individually and I hope we can work something out from there.
1) "He has no real weaknesses or drawbacks - only limits." I struggled with this! I could not properly determine the difference between a 'limit', a 'weakness' and a 'drawback'. This is why I merged the two section of the character sheet as I felt I had properly addressed his weaknesses in the 'Limits' field. However based on your feedback and re-reading I have realised I have not done this.
I have outlined elsewhere in the character sheet that sport is not Mason's forte, and this lack of athleticism would definitely affect his ability in combat. I feel that would be a big weakness. He would be of little use in combat until his telekinesis develops, which I feel would come later - after his teleportation and remote viewing, definitely. And even then, his combat ability is limited to flesh wounds only, cut and stab wounds caused by fractured mirrors. He cannot damage machines, for example, nor can he cause enough damage to penetrate protective clothing such as armoured vests etc.
I would like to think of more weaknesses for him. I consider the fact that any time spent in the mirror world counts as "using his power" and thus pushes him towards exhaustion a weakness, though this sort of applies to all characters I suppose. Do you have any suggestions, perhaps?
---
2) "What would happen if someone breaks his mirror?" If someone were to break his mirror, Mason would have to find another mirror to exit the mirror world through. Every mirror is a door/window in/out of the dimension. The reason he does not age is because his 'teleportation' is actually him wandering through the mirror world in search of the right door. Time and space works differently to allow for this, so that it would not take him years and years to teleport.
---
3) "How far can he teleport/view?" As detailed above, he teleports by moving through the mirror realm and exiting through the mirror at his destination. This is why his power requires a mirror to be at any teleport destination, as these are the doors in/out of the dimension. In terms of how far he can teleport, I think in theory he would be able to teleport as far as he wanted; the catch is, of course, that being in the mirror world drains his energy and thus questions are raised as to how far he would be able to go.
I think for the purpose of the RP, we can say that at his current level his range is limited to the size of the school campus. As the story develops I would like to see this expand to the Black Fall area comfortably and further afield when strained.
His remote viewing ability should not be limited by distance in my opinion, as he does not need to enter the mirror realm for this. The further afield the mirror is, the longer it would take him to find and the more energy it would use, but I don't think a set-in-stone radius is relevant to this power.
---
4) "How many mirrors can he control?"
In terms of his teleportation, this is limited to one at a time. He cannot duplicate himself and thus he cannot be in two places at once. His remote viewing is also limited to one at a time. The way this power works is by looking into a mirror. Once he finds the place he wishes to view, the image of that location replaces the mirror. The change is visible to anyone looking at the mirror.
For his telekinesis, he could probably shift quite a lot of mirror by the time he develops it, as his powers will have grown. His telekinesis works in the same way as anyone else's, it's just it only works on mirrors. As mirrors are typically quite light anyway, and this weight will be distributed across smaller fractured pieces, the amount of mirror he can shift would not necessarily be the problem. The problem would be the amount of mirror available to him (remembering that reflective glass, water, etc does not count.)
I imagine he will likely carry a collection of mirrors with him that he can utilise in combat, 're-using' the shards throughout the fight. (Think Magneto and his ball-bearings from the X-Men movies, but without the overkill.) As he only has telekinetic power over mirrors he can see, unless there are any other mirrors at the combat scene then Mason is limited only to those he can carry with him without slowing him down.
---
5) "He's a little underweight. He should be a bit heavier." This is deliberate and is part of the character's story. It is pseudo-mentioned at various points in the character sheet but I can go into more detail via PM is required.

Here are the edited bio of Piper and the new one of her twin sister, Sawyer. The only thing added to Piper's was the registration number and weakness and the example post. ^_^
Pain Inducement: Piper creates an irritable, pterodactyl like scream inside of the mind of a person she touches. This sound starts in the brain, which is the center of the nervous system, and then goes down the spinal cord and branch out through the body. The vibration of the noise creates pain in the nervous system and causes agony for the person. The person will feel as if her skin is on fire and gives a headache so powerful it feels like someone is drilling a hole in their forehead. She can pinpoint a certain area for pain as well, focusing the sound at one focal point throughout the nerves. Pain Suppressant: Piper can also administer a soothing whisper inside of the mind. Just like the Pain Inducement, it travels down the nervous system and down the spinal cord, running through the nerves. However, this time, it numbs the nerves and naturally relaxes the body.
Limits:
Piper, in order to create or numb pain, must be touching the victim. Afterwards, Piper will gain a headache that could be minor or major, depending on the effort used on the nervous system.
Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
Piper can suffer psychological damage from using it to much considering that watching is traumatic and terrifying. Piper can suffer psychological damage from using it to much considering that watching is traumatic and terrifying. The pain is also reflected back at her.
The light flickered in the nasty bathroom. Piper had to curl her lip in disgust as she walked into the place, squinting her eyes at the graffiti on the walls and snarling her nose at the urinal smell. She wanted to gag – high school bathrooms are the worst things to exist, ever. But she needed to be here, and she knew that. So, she forced herself to walk further into the bathroom and forced herself to kneel next to Amani.
Amani sat there, crying against the wall, cornered by the sink and the bathroom stalls, and Piper distantly wondered how she could stand the smell. Maybe she didn’t smell anything over the salt of her tears?
“Hey, hey, don’t cry.” Piper cooed, falling onto her ass next to Amani and wrapping a hand around her. “What’s the matter?”
“B-Brendan was sl-sleeping with Jess-.” Amani couldn’t complete her sentence and burst into a fresh new wave of tears.
“Oh, Amani.” Piper muttered, letting her hand rub her back. What could she say to make it better? Piper bit her lip, containing a grin. After this bout of crying, drama would certainly ensue. Think of Amani, strong-willed and out-spoken, she will of course start something! Maybe even a fight. Piper shivered at the thought and readjusted herself against the wall in case Amani noticed.
Amani leaned her head against Piper’s arm and Piper continued to rub her back. Then, out of nowhere, she heard this sharp sound that echoed in her head, hissing against her skin. Piper’s hand stung and she withdrew slightly, right before Amani started screaming. Amani slumped into Piper’s lamp and began to convulse violently and scream and cry for it to stop. Piper didn’t know what was supposed to stop, she couldn’t think over the stinging in her palm and in her skin and that dreadful noise in her brain. Piper clenched her teeth, a pounding migraine possessing her forehead and slammed a fist into the ground, a new spurt of agony washing over her fist. But it was nowhere as painful as Amani’s.
Amani felt her skin searing and her nails blistering; her head felt as if someone were taking a sledgehammer to it and breaking into it, over and over again.
“What is going on in here?” A teacher asked before seeing the two girls shudder and shake. He immediately ran out, calling for help. Then the pain stopped and Amani slumbered. And, deep down, Piper knew she did it.
Basic Information
Name:
Sawyer Babinski
Nickname/Alias/Etc:
Babs, Beast,
Gender:
Female
Age:
16
Height:
5’5”
Weight:
132 lbs.
Type:
New Student
Appearance
Hair Color:
Naturally brown, but dyed red
Eye Color:
Green
Ethnicity:
American with Polish and Russian ancestry
Physical Appearance:
Sawyer is considered the “ugly twin.” Every set of twins has it, the less attractive twin. While it may not be noticeable, Sawyer has a bigger nose and her skin is slightly more tanned despite her mother also forcing her to wear just as much sunscreen as her sister. Her eyes are a tad bit smaller and the color a little bit lighter than her sister’s, as well.
Attire:
To say Sawyer has one set style would be an inaccurate statement. Sawyer likes to jump from clothes to clothes, but generally wears jeans – though the if they were shorts, long shorts, or pants depends on the weather – and a t-shirt of some kind. If she is feeling up to looking good, she will wear a nice sleeveless dress, but don’t expect her to wear heels. She is always wearing her lucky converse.
Personality
Innate & Outward Personality:
Sawyer has always been the dependable one in a family of a chaos. With her twin sister and mother having a tango of right and wrong, occasionally getting into fights, Sawyer is always there to pick up the pieces. On days that her mother has had a bad day at work or isn’t going to be able to come home in time to make dinner, Sawyer is quick to pick up the family duties. That’s just how it’s always been. Sawyer was the rock of the family, sturdy and strong, but she doesn’t want to be the rock.
Ever since Sawyer’s escapade to find her dad, Sawyer has had a thirst for adventure, a thirst she has never been able to fill because of her dependability. She doesn’t want to let anyone down and strives to fill everyone’s expectations of her, but she wants to climb Mount Everest and swim with sharks. Sawyer wants to have an epic romance that ends with her heart being broken and commit crimes with a best friend. But she can’t. Because she’s dependable. A part of Sawyer resents her family for containing this part of her, but Sawyer is constantly lying to herself and saying that she doesn’t, that she loves them and cares for them. This built up tension often causes her to lash out at her family.
Ever since gaining her powers, an aggressiveness and possessiveness has been more present than usual. Sawyer has always been a sarcastic girl, but now she is more animalistic, unpredictable, and mean. She hates it when people touch her things and will start a fight over the smallest thing. Her temper has turned hot and, with her newfound powers and no longer having to be the dependable one, Sawyer has begun to embrace her adventurous side. Of course, Sawyer is still dependable, but sometimes she forgets things. Sometimes, Sawyer isn’t as dependable as she used to be.
But things aren’t all bad with Sawyer. Sawyer, despite being a little tightly wound, can still be a laidback person who enjoys relaxing and laughing as much as the next person. She loves to make puns and jokes, though they aren’t always good, and adores people who make her laugh.
Hobbies/Interests:
Rock climbing, reading adventure stories, swimming, learning about animals, collecting dried flowers,
Skills/Talents:
Fast runner, good at drawing animals, but sucks at drawing anything else,
“A man just assualted me with milk, cream and butter. How dairy.”
History/Bio:
Sawyer Babinski and her twin sister, Piper Babinski, were to born, essentially, to a seventeen-year-old whore. Nicole Babinski was an illegal prostitute who obviously couldn’t afford well-working condoms considering the fact that she got pregnant. While Piper was okay with not knowing her father, Sawyer was insanely bothered by it. She raised her daughters to be proud and confident and to believe in her feministic ideals. She raised them to treat others how they would like to be treated – though one daughter didn’t quite get the memo – and to always give tips.
Growing up, Sawyer was constantly questioning her mother about her father, convinced that Nicole knew something about her father’s whereabouts. Nicole adamantly denied not knowing anything about their father, but when Sawyer was twelve, admitted to believing it was a man named Stanley Devin. Immediately, without even a lick of a plan, Sawyer ran off to find him in the middle of the night.
Sawyer looked all over Highroller Heights and met several Stanley Devins over a week until she met a particular one; he was a little bit older than her mother with brown hair and a mustache, he was heavily built and had the same colored eyes as she did. Sawyer was convinced that he was her dad and questioned him nonstop about what he does and who he is. Well, once she revealed that she might be his daughter, he laughed and told her he knew he was gay since the age of fifteen and that she was no daughter of his. Disheartened, Sawyer nearly screamed in frustration. This Stanley Devins must have noticed because he gave her a few sweet words that filled her heart and convinced Sawyer to go back home to her mother.
Once she was home, Nicole nearly bashed Sawyer’s head in, but was thankful that she was back. That night, Sawyer had decided that Nicole had lied to her in order to get her off her back and figures that Nicole doesn’t really know who her father is. While Sawyer continued to grow, Nicole didn’t worry much about her and was more focused on Piper due to her strange and detrimental habits, leaving Sawyer to be alone most of the time. She didn’t quite mind it, per se, but she enjoyed the times that Nicole did spend time with her. However, around the age of fifteen, Sawyer began having bouts of possessiveness and anger issues that led her to getting into fights and beating people up all through high school. At this point, Nicole didn’t know what to do, and when Sawyer discovered that she was a Metahuman, Nicole resolved to send them both to an Academy.
Animal Attributes: Sawyer has the ability to choose an animal that she has touched and gain specific attributes from the animal, such as speed from a cheetah or flexibility from a snake. Her appearance will take on certain looks as well, though she is not growing cat ears or cat tails, but she might gain claws or tan stripes on her skin. However, she also gains certain personality attributes of it as well. There is a power form called Berserker where she gains a more beastial appearance and is in the mind of an animal and gaining the knowledge that animal naturally attains through living. Her voice box can change in order for her to be able to speak to animals, as well.I
Limits:
Sawyer can only gain the ability of an animal she has touched and must have an attribute chosen at every moment. She does not have a “human” attribute and is always experiencing her power, which can make her exhausted quickly. Energy is only used when her attributes are active or she changes from one animal to another. Sawyer can only use the attributes of one animal at a time. At the moment, she has only touched a cat, a dog, and a gorilla – a funny story actually.
Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
She gains the temperament and weaknesses of said animal, as well. Example: If she has the attribute of a snake, someone holding her neck will prevent her from doing anything. When in full bestial mode, she actually thinks she is the animal whose attribute she has possessed. She does not have full control and has gained a hot-headed nature and unpredictability because of her power.

“I heard about your sister.”
Sawyer sighed and leant her head back, glancing into the cloudless sky and feeling the heat wash over her and the gallons of sunscreen on her face. “Yeah. Everyone’s heard.”
Sawyer’s friend, Melissa, placed her weight on the railing, glancing down at the gorilla encasement far below her and biting her lip. “Think you’ll be a Metahuman?”
“Dunno.” Sawyer answered monosyllabically. “I’m bored. Let’s do something.”
Melissa sighed in exasperation. “You were bored at my house and so we went to the bowling alley, you were bored at the bowling alley, so we came to the zoo. Where do you want to go next, princess?”
Sawyer scrunched her face in irritation, but the aggravation left her body swiftly, replaced with a small smile. “What do you get if you cross a gorilla and a prisoner?”
“Pray tell, what?”
“A Kong-vict!” Sawyer chuckled, looking over at Melissa, her green eyes squinting at the sun. When Melissa didn’t laugh, Sawyer said, “Get it? King Kong?”
“I got it. It just wasn’t funny.” But Melissa smiled anyways.
“It was funny to me.” Sawyer replied defensively, looking down into the gorilla cage. “Hey, I dare you to go down there and touch the gorilla.”
“What? No! You do it.” Melissa scowled jokingly. Imagine her surprise when Sawyer swung a foot over the railing and began to scale down the wall, into the gorilla encagement.
“Sawyer, what the hell do you think you’re doing?” Melissa whisper-shouted, her blonde hair falling into her face.
“You told me to do it.” Sawyer answered, her voice tinged with tiredness as she landed onto her feet.
Almost immediately, the gorilla approached her, sniffing her curiously. Sawyer smiled and laid a gentle hand onto the gorilla’s back, petting it softly before moving away. The gorilla followed her, nudging her with his hand.
“Stop it.” Sawyer demanded, swatting his hand away. The gorilla only nudged harder until she fell onto her butt.
“I said stop it.” Sawyer said louder.
The gorilla pulled on her arm harshly and yanked on her clothes, irritating Sawyer immeasurably. And then the gorilla grabbed a chunk of hair and tugged painfully. Sawyer exploded. She grabbed his arm and wrestled him to the ground and he fought back with all his might, attempting to pin her down, but they were at equal strength.
“Hey! What the hell are you doing?” A zookeeper screamed from above and Sawyer felt her face go even paler than it already is.
@Tyler I like your well thought-out response. It gives me a good feeling about you. I'll address what I can!
<Snipped quote by Mr Allen J>
To me, a limit is a restriction. While a weakness/drawback is a disadvantage, or something an opponent can exploit. For example of a limit, Luther can control water outside of fifteen meters of himself. While using his water manipulation dehydrates him, and he's affected by his precipitation storms as anyone else is. A weakness for him would be a negative effect from breaking the mirrors (forcing him out, leaving him rattled for a bit), or shining a bright light on it.
I personally think you should drop the bolded part. I want a way to force him out of the mirror world. Besides... there won't be too many mirrors kept around, there's only really one mirror in a room at a time.
I think the further he teleports/views, the more energy it takes. It's more of a limit, but yeah, it'll work better in the long run.
5) "He's a little underweight. He should be a bit heavier." This is deliberate and is part of the character's story. It is pseudo-mentioned at various points in the character sheet but I can go into more detail via PM is required.
If there's a reason for it, then that's fine. I was just letting you know since some people on this site suck at weights. =P
Again, Tyler, I really like your character - Urban agrees. It's just that we need to tweak Mason's power a bit. I also think you should elaborate on the size of the mirror. How big does the mirror need to be for him to enter it?
@Apokalipse Both characters are fiiiine, but I think you could expand their power sections a bit. Both of their sections are underdetailed, and one sentence. I'd like at least a paragraph.
