Name: Rufus Grindstone

Appearance:



Age: 25

Race: Anthro [Werewolf]

Gender: Male

Personality: Rufus Grindstone is a guy with a very rough personality, just like his last name. He can be quite pushy and is easily seen as an overbearing bully. Rufus has little interest in ‘personal space’ and will nonchalantly get in anyone’s face. Of course being so forward has its obvious downsides and often he will get into trouble, though in an impromptu scrap he will often come on top so he tends not to learn how to act more friendly. If there is something he wants to accomplish or just wants, he’ll use anything at his disposal to get it, which usually results in intimidation.

He is not all bite, thankfully, and at least has some redeeming qualities. Rufus will be the first to confront another bully for instance and will often jump to anyone’s defense if they are threatened. Rufus also has a tendency to do little things for those he considers his friends, small good deeds like procuring that last cream puff in a shop window, buying a drink, taking first watch if needed, perhaps even opening a door for a lady, just small little things people might consider a bit insignificant. Even when he does good deeds though, usually his presentation is still quite gruff and not exactly inviting so often the effect is rather ruined by his attitude.

Bio: Rufus Grindstone has a hereditary curse of the werewolf. Actually it is unknown if his species was just born that way or if he really had a human ancestor that someone contracted the werewolf curse. In any event that does not matter, all that does is that Rufus is gifted in the fact that he can mingle with the humans in his human form, and gain great power in werewolf form. He grew up in one of the thriving Earth cities and was quickly on his way to becoming a top dog in town. Always a bit reckless and having a bit of a mean streak, he liked to watch others cower in fear at this claws and fangs.

While naturally more powerful than most others in werewolf form, rather early in his young, nearly criminal career, he was beaten rather profoundly by a human fighter. This early defeat quickly made him realize he needed to train to be better and he learned about how to control his Ki extremely quickly, being a somewhat natural fighter. Once he learned about precise Ki control he once again found himself dominating most scuffles but he realized he was on a rather pathetic path and actually started being helpful by training himself for the Earth Defense Forces. Now he fights and intimidates criminals and Earth’s enemies, when he’s not basically doing the same thing to those around him.

Preferred Fighting Style:
Melee
A strong and nimble fighter, Rufus was born for close quarters combat. He likes to charge quickly in to bring the pain to his opponents as he boosts his own power and claws with his Ki.

Signature Combat Techniques:

Crescent Slash: Rufus lashes out with his claws, charged with his Ki. When he strikes lines of Ki trail behind his claws, like the tail-lights on a car at night, then the Ki jumps out in front of his slash, striking and tearing into his opponent even if his claws never touch them. The move often catches opponents off guard the first time they see it. The move essentially extends his own claw range but is only effective in close quarters combat as the Ki slashes lose potency exponentially the farther they travel.

Blood Frenzy: Dashes at an opponent with a claw to slash at them, passes them, then immediately stops, pumps Ki into his legs and jumps back at his opponent to claw them again. Due do his agility he is able to do this quick, fly by attack up to five times in quick succession before he needs to disengage and try something else.

Death Fangs: As a werewolf Rufus has sharp fangs with which he can bite his opponents, even through armor. When Rufus bites and enemy he will charge Ki in his mouth, let go, often kicking his opponent to gain distance, and fire a white Ki blast at the area he just bit. The bite helps open up a hole in his enemy’s defenses for his Ki blast to slam through with gusto.

Alpha Wolf Mode: When Rufus needs to go all out he can kick his body into overdrive, his hair grows, turning rather wild, and all his muscles bulge and vein up. Speed, power, and Ki drastically rise during this time and he becomes unnaturally blood-thirsty. This overdrive also causing an extreme heightening of all his senses, which is the mode’s true strength as if allows him to fairly accurately predict enemy moves to counter and dodge them. At the moment Rufus is unable to effectively control his heightened state and so has trouble thinking clearly when in Alpha Mode. He also has not reached a point where he can naturally enter the state and needs outside stimulus in the form of a special pill developed for his use.

Name: Jeene Quark (Nickname: Qwirky)

Age: 22

Race: Human

Gender: Female

Personality: Jeene is a very driven individual who can easily forget that people have a certain necessity called sleep. She works hard at whatever she does and is always attempting to create new equipment and at times, robots. An engineer to the core she has a bazillion ideas to try out and takes great pride in her work. Any flaws in design or performance just make her that more determined to do better the next time. There is almost nothing that can keep this girl down as she’ll keep plunging on ahead, at least until sleep catches up with her. Because of her unique personality and talents, she was given the nickname Qwirky which slightly resembles her adopted name.

Bio: Jeene was born to a loving family; however very early on her family realized they did not have the means to support a child. Worried for Jeene’s safety and future, she was put up for adoption and was picked up by a well-off family with fairly close ties to Capsule Corp. This inviting, though sometimes competitive atmosphere, created by the Quark’s own children, allowed Jeene to tinker and experiment to her heart’s content, as long as she got some kind of result. Expecting great things from her forced the young girl to become proficient at what she did and soon her talents were recognized by those around her, though at times this caused tension with the Quark’s blood children who saw her talent as a threat.

Jeene always knew she was adopted and actually managed to keep in tabs with her real parents over the years. She does not hold anything against them, realizing they took the best action they could at the time and is even grateful for how that situation turned out. Jeene was blocked out of any real inheritance from her adopted parents but considering her talents there was little need to rely on them forever, so she set out as an inventor and engineer for a sub-group of Capsule Corp.

Jeene has always noticed that she tends to have a lot more stamina and strength than those around her. According to her true parents, she has blood-ties to a hero from the past, though which hero that was is unknown to them. Whatever the reason for her incredible vitality it certainly help her become the competent engineer and part-time fighter, she is today. Jeene uses her inventive side to create gadgets, armor, and weapons for her own and others’ uses.

Aura Color: Cyan

Preferred Fighting Style:
Balanced

Jeene tries to make sure she can sufficiently fight an enemy at all distances and practices for such encounters. She tends to fight from a distance more often to prevent wear and tear on her equipment when she can help it however.

Special Equipment: Jeene has fashioned for herself some very sophisticated equipment to help boost her abilities. As the equipment has been customized for her own use very few would be able to make any good use unless they had the expertise to modify it. When not carrying the equipment on her person, she has a compartment on her work belt that contains it all in capsules so she can pop them out at any time.

Ki Enhancement Gauntlets: Due to her work tinkering, she does not have as much time to train her body as other fighters so she came up with these gauntlets to help her more easily tap into latent Ki reserves. The gauntlets, along with helping ease the flow of Ki in her body to her hands, also work as makeshift shields to protect herself, which she can enhance with Ki.

Multi-Launcher: A canon that can be loaded with special ammo, also contained in capsules that are loaded into the gun directly. Special shots include a Ki-Enhanced Capture Net, Flash-Bangs, Incinerary Rounds, and at times robots. The canon is used mostly for strategic uses rather than as a weapon since most strong fighters can use Ki blasts for quicker and stronger results.

Skate Shoes: These special shoes allow Jeene to jet across the ground without having to move her legs. While most skilled fighters can just fly, these shoes allow Jeene to keep two feet planted firmly on the ground while still moving which can prove to be a critical advantage while on the defense. Also this allows her to dodge without moving a muscle, making it harder for an opponent to read her movements. Aside from the land maneuverability these shoes also have the same Ki-enhancement technology as her gauntlets allowing her to charge up Ki in her feet and legs more rapidly.

Signature Combat Techniques:

Cruise Missile: A very straightforward technique where Jeene leaps straight at an opponent, her arms crossed in front of her in an X. Concentrated Ki forms in front of her, compliments of the Ki Enhancement Gauntlets, allowing her to smash straight into her opponent for maximum force. After unleashing the full force of the impact Jeene either jumps back as far as she can, or keeps on going if she manages to bowl over her opponent. The move is stronger if the opponent is then forced into another object such as a wall.

Return Ball: Jeene concentrates a compact ball of Ki in both of her hands and then kicks it at her opponent. Unlike a regular Ki blast the ball does not explode on contact and instead keeps going even after hitting her missing the target. Jeene can then signal the ball to return to her, potentially scoring another hit on the usually unsuspecting opponent. The Ki ball then disintegrates before reaching her.

Shatter Blaster: Usually charged in her hands, it starts out as a single beam then only a few feet out, scatters out in a multitude of directions. Not a very powerful technique but rather hard to avoid.

Delay Mines: A useful trick Jeene learned, she creates Ki bombs and lays them out behind her. The Ki bombs stay put and act as deterrents for pursuing enemies, and is quite useful if she can retreat through narrow spaces. She can also place the Ki mines in front of her to try and force her opponent to either plow through them or dodge around, often giving her the opportunity to strike as they come in.

Energy Blitz: Jeene proceeds to pound away at her opponent with a rapid succession of powerful Ki blasts. The move is designed to keep piling up damage as quickly as possible in a short amount of time. Considering the rapid rate of fire she has to concentrate when using the technique, leaving her open when other opponents are around.

Personality: Kira Loves thrill and enjoyment of battle. She even holds back to make the fight last longer, though a small 'kindness' that she tries to show is stopping a fight if a enemy is too injured to fight back, of course this often follows with mentions of how weak they are and not worth killing. People that can keep up with her and push her to her limits gain a deep respect. Despite all this she does have a sort of moral compass and trying to make her actions mean well, though they often fail in a comical way due to how she is. She does have a deep weakness though, as she uses her magic to change her looks to something more 'demon like' as the alternative is more fluffy... and less intimidating...

Bio: Born to a human farther and a demon mother, Kira has always been distrusted due to what she was. As she aged her anger rose but so did her power level, growing into something far more than her human teachers could control. Even using the magic taught to her by her mother she changed herself into a more intimidating figure by the time she was only 12. However to control their daughter the pair of warrior parents took their child to learn in the demon realm, learning and evolving into what she is today. Though she still holds some dislike of humans she has grown as a person, and has now return just in time to face this new threat, maybe fate?

Name: Abera

Appearance: 3 foot tall chubby Majin. (Basically, short Fat Buu) He is a lighter shade of pink than most Majins, and he wears a light orange shirt and pale blue pants. He wears seafoam green gloves(Or whatever they have on their hands.). He also has a dark red cloak. He has two antennae, which are positioned slightly above and in front of his ears. Oh, and he has a black cat that follows him around. Don't ask why.

Age: 9

Race: Majin

Gender: Male

Personality: Abera is a nice, but childish Majin that enjoys popping up in random places. When he does so, he is usually seen with a big, stupid grin on his face. He tends to stick with first impressions unless he really gets to know someone, and is very outspoken, to the point where it can be a major flaw. When he fights, he tends to not take the opponent seriously unless he is losing. This does not apply when he is mad. He dislikes being left behind, and tags along even when unwanted. This can be very annoying. He is very persistent, especially when trying to get something.

Bio: Abera was dumped in a dumpster by unwanting parents when he was young. No, not really, that was a joke on some...generic backstories. Abera had a nice time growing up, doing really whatever he felt like at the time. Then he found out that he was much stronger than normal humans. Yes, he is an idiot, bear with me. He then began training himself, trying to get stronger. He knew he wasn't the only Majin, and that there were others stronger. He didn't want to fall behind or anything. He doesn't really care about being the strongest, he cares about not being the weakest. He doesn't really have any life goals. He does what he wants, when he wants. Because he feels like it.

Aura Color: Light Pink

Fighting Style: Ki blasts. He really likes shooting things. Also, it is more fun than just punching and kicking.

Signature Attacks:

Melee:

Rapid Barrage: A flurry of punches and kicks, strengthened by ki, sometimes resulting in explosions. This ends with him kicking the opponent into the nearest hard object and then blasting it with a large amount of ki blasts.

Ki:

Homing Army: Similar to a Hellzone Grenade, this technique fires a ton of stationary blasts a foot or two away, and then, at a signal, chase after the enemy and blast them.

Barrier Wave: Blocks incoming attacks with a spherical bubble, and then flies outward, damaging terrain and enemies around it.

Finish Cannon: Gathers a large portion of ki, and blasts a powerful energy wave at the opponent to try and destroy them. Sometimes follows the Rapid Barrage.

The End: A last resort, he gathers all of the energy he can muster into a huge ball, and flings it at the opponent. Extremely powerful, but extremely draining.

Other:

Well, he is a Majin, so he can regenerate himself and his body is malleable. Can throw slabs of himself at the enemy, sort of like Buu.

Appearance:


He stands at six feet and three inches tall. His body is very athletically built and he wears a black fedora hat and a smart suit, which are all the common dress code of the men in black

Age: Unknown, but looks to be in his early thirties.

Race: Human

Gender: Male

Personality: Agent M is very loyal to the Men in Black organization and will follow their orders with almost no problem whatsoever. He is very brave and doesn't fear death. He is incredible tenacious and will never go down without a fight. He has no qualms killing if he deems it necessary. Agent M is incredibly smart and even though he is extremely powerful he prefers to use strategy over just brute strnegth, brute strnegth makes more dead men than victorious ones. Finally he is willing fight for what he believes in and he sticks to his guns even in the face of horrible danger.

Bio: Agent M's past before he became a member of the Men in Black is kept a secret, but what is known is that of their many agents he was one of the best. The Men in Black was an organization that was created as a defense against alien threats and to protect earth by any means necessary. They tried to create superhumans with the energy capabilities to go up against powerful aliens and defeat them. How they accomplished this was by collecting the DNA of incredibly powerful aliens and replicating the genetic code that gave the race its great powers and turned it into a formula that would give a human this power.

But there was a side-effect, only a small number of test subject's bodies would take the serum without suffering terrible sickness and possibly dying. Agent M was one of the lucky ones and after passes the test, he was put into intense training in fighting and increased gravity to build up his physical body. Once he got to a certain age Agent M was sent out to protect the world from all threats no matter how violent they are.

Preferred Fighting Style: His fighting style is very balanced.

Signature Combat Techniques:

Magic Materialization: He uses this technique to create his guns and boomerangs

Gun Blast: He can charge up energy in his firearms and fire off powerful blast of energy at his opponents.

Black Hammer: Agent M charges up black energy in his fist and he slams against his opponents and the force of the blow send them flying for hundreds of feet. This technique can be used to smash through solid stone and blow apart metal.

Boomerang Bomb: By charging up a boomerang with explosive energy Agent M can toss the weapon and when it hits his opponent then it explodes.

Eraser Cannon: Agent M uses his energy to create an extremely powerful beam of black energy. This is basically his version of the Kamehameha wave.

Bullet Fists: He hits his opponents with insanely fast punches and tries to pound them into the ground with an onslaught of punches.

Telekinesis: He can move stuff with his mind and use this power to hit his enemies with a powerful blast of force.

Race: ½ Namekian, ½ Cyborg.
Gender: Male.
Personality: Though usually quite calm focused, Neris tends to be quite a laid back individual with a carefree attitude which may sometimes cause him to appear as arrogant or lazy. Adding onto that, Neris tends to be quite independent and self-confident; doesn't like to work with other people, but may if he believes that it will work in his favor. His thoughts lay somewhere almost sadistic, giving him enjoyment for things like death and destruction, and just doing things as he pleases. Not to be confused with a baby who gets everything that he wants, as Neris has experienced denial on multiple occasions, but this does not stop him from going at things head on. Years of doing so have gave him the skills of accurate decisions with very little timing. Quick thinking is a trait Neris obtains, allowing him to act fast in the heat of a situation. Some have pegged him as bipolar, seeing how from one moment Neris can be so collected, by the next he comes off as blood thirsty. This is part of his manifesting from negative occurrences. It's as if Neris feeds off of this negativity, which is what gives him the enjoyment for certain terrible things.

Bio: As far as heritage goes, that is all unknown to Neris. He did not share the love most would with their family, though his ideals were far off from that anyway. In a world where a rumors of a growing threat was coming, Neris wasn't just about to let that smash him down. Never did he have a trainer, and at very young age he began going against his limits. Neris wanted to be the master in all aspects. Relying on one thing was the way to be killed, so in every way he could, Neris started working up his power level to obtain all that he could, and so it rose quickly. Al though he fought for his own ideals, these could be considered ignorant, which introduced him into thievery, and doing whatever he wanted to. Neris believes in strong will, one that can conquer anything. Through his process of slowly evolving into something more evil than he was, he corrupted himself, and there was no one there to change him back. Anyone by his side during this long span was quickly disregarded when he was finished with them. As of now, Neris mainly travels the universe, still waiting for the ongoing threat to soon burst, doing what he pleases, and seeing what he can.

Aura Color: Neon Orange.
Preferred Fighting Style: Balanced.

Signature Combat Techniques:

Telekinesis: The ability to move objects regardless of the mass with his brain power, and manipulate their movement with his mind.

Kamehameha: A focus of Ki in the palm of the hands to release a pressurized energy that fires a beam with large scale damage capabilities.

Destructo Disc: An ability that allows the user to create a razor sharp disk of Ki, traveling at high speeds for immense cutting power, but tends to lack accuracy.

Masenko: Also similar to both Galick Gun and Kamehameha, but of a lower scale, mostly used in defense opportunities. The user fires a large blast of energy out from their palms, typically to block another Ki blast.

Photon Bomber: Charges up an energy sphere in his hand before firing a large, circular blast of Ki at an enemy to inflict large explosive damage.

Wolf Fang Fist: This technique involves a combo attack of both clawing and smacking your opponent in rapid succession, then giving your opponent a final strike, knocking them back to mimic that of a wolf.

Dragonthrow: This technique is when the user grabs someone by their feet, leg, arms, or antenna, and begins to make a spiraling motion above their head with the rest of their body. After momentum is built and speed has reached maximum potential, the victim is let loose and sent flying in any random direction at high speeds for maximum damage.

Dragon Fist: An incredibly fast punch with a devastating force. The user launches himself straight forward to an opponent at high speeds with his arm out straight towards their chest. Impact will likely cause a breakthrough of the mid section, tearing a wound straight through the chest of the target.

Mach Kick: A series of rapid kicks in quick succession rained on top of a target. This multiple kicking process is for a fast, and powerful striking technique.

Perfect Barrier: Aura exiting the body rapidly can form a large sphere that acts as an energy shield around the user. This is capable of fending off large attacks unscatched in the process. Neris may release this energy at once, causing a Ki blast in all directions to knock over his opponent, and/or catch them off guard.
