If Saya can speak english, make her speak english. If Saya
isn't speaking English, then put her dialogue in [brackets] or <carats> to indicate that she's speaking a separate language. That's what pretty much every writer does when trying to demonstrate that their character is speaking a foreign language, and it's
much less offensive than making it seem like your character has a severe brain disorder.
