Would anyone object if I made a counterpart to Chrome called Lithe

He/She would be Lithium and would have the main ability of turning into electricity itself. Would be the mercenary element that Chrome mentioned fighting in the IC. I would also add that to Chromes backstory. Because of it's high reactive properties I would also make a power and weakness for that.
