The world of Tethys is beginning to see the earliest civilizations rise up on its surfaces. Many species and nations are beginning to make their mark on the world, be they still just figuring out the workings of Stone, or already discovering Iron. However, most of the civilizations of this world are still in the age of Bronze, but the exact way of life for them is up to you.
So, all the civilizations will start out somewhere between the Paleolithic and Iron Ages, mostly existing as agrarian or nomadic societies, magic being poorly understood at this point and far from widespread. These civilizations could be of any species, and players are free to make up their own species if they please, or just use humans and traditional fantasy races. The game will progress at a rate of 100 years per "turn" with technological advancements and events being determined by national stats, player decisions in their post, and a random number generator on my part to determine random events.
