Name: Ivette Alecia Stratforen.
Age: 20 (She will stay with her look as 20.)
Race: Bloodletter. (This is why she will stay looking 20.)
Looks: Ivette has an evil yet seductive look to her, and is of a thin shape and figure. Her hair is a dark brown, curling at the ends, and her eyes are a bright green. (For Bloodletters, skin goes paler and eyes either turn red or go brighter from their natural colour. This depends on who turns them. Higher up Bloodletters, or older ones will give their victims of turning red eyes, and the younger ones, though still powerful, brighten the victim of turning's eyes. Thought I should let you all know ^-^.) Her skin is a pale colour, her features defined. Many men find her attractive, as do women, and few are smart enough to know that this mask hides a cruel virtue.

Personality: Ivette used to be bright and good, now she is evil and dark. Her way of speaking is witty, smart and very flirty when wrapping people around her fingers to make them do what she wants. Sometimes she realises what she is doing and how it can be wrong, and a little part of her tells her to stop, but the evil overcomes her and she keeps going.

Backstory: Ivette grew up in a small village, and was the youngest girl in her family, along with her mother, father, and three brothers. She was poor, as they all were, but was a happy little girl. She came to the age of 20, always cheerful, looking on the bright side of things. Being a little curious, and having trouble paying attention, she would go out even when the rumours of Bloodletters started to circulate. Ivette was then turned by a man named Derik Clefton, (Use him as a character if you wish.) and now subsides in the coven of the Bloodletters, her personality much more evil than before.

Name: Nalyd Dracenforth

Age: 19

Race: Human

Looks: Nalyd is a tall and athletic individual. He stands at 6'1 with a muscular physique and tan skin. He has medium length brown hair that hangs to his chin. He parts it so it doesn't cover his face and ties it when he wears his armor. His eyes are a startling green with a ring of blue just before the pupil. He has a scar running across his face just under the eyes across the bridge of his nose. On his back is a tattoo of a rose with thorns curling around it.

Personality: Nalyd is not like most optimistic 19 year olds. He is a calculating and intelligent individual. He sees the world as black and white and there is no grey area. He lacks empathy completely for others and this makes him a machine on the battlefield. He has devoted his life to the way of the sword and takes extreme pride in his bladework and his blade itself. He can be harsh and cruel with a tongue like a lash, but if you get to know him he will die fighting for you.

Backstory:
Nalyd Dracenforth was born to a middle class family who worked for a nobleman. He spent none of his childhood with them however, the lord of the manor's child died and he saw Nalyd as a worthy successor. They boy grew up under his care not knowing of his parents or humble origins. Every day Nalyd would train with various knights and battlemasters learning how to fight. At the age of twelve not only did he learn this, but the lord had a scout start teaching him survival techniques. At age 15 Nalyd was drugged and left in the woods by the lord of the manor. He survived for three weeks before finding his way back. Rather than feel anger Nalyd understood why the lord had done it, he had passed the test and was worthy.

Three weeks later Nalyd was recruited into an organization known simply as The Inquisition. He became a powerful paladin under their tutelage learning of all forms of supernatural and their weaknesses. Upon 17 he graduated and was given his blade and armor. The sword is a beautiful blade made of Mithril, but when he wields it the blade is engulfed in blinding white flames. These flames weaken supernatural creatures to an extent and make them almost human to where they must fight on the paladin's level as even opponents. Only Nalyd could use this sword's power because it was made for him and him only by the Inquisition's finest mages. His armor is made of a hardened gold and mithril. It is extremely resilient and takes much more punishment than plate armor normall could. On top of its wonderful workings it has six runes of power on it that allow him to fight harder and longer than any normal man could.

Nalyd set off into the world to serve the Inquisition as best he could. Six months passed and he had heard tale of these Bloodletters. He investigated and sought answers, where this quest led him was back to his original home. The manor had been burned down and the lord's head was on a spike along with the rest of his knights. Nalyd seeing the desolation of his home fell to the ground and weeped. When he rose he saw but two things, two bloodletters, his parents. Nalyd could have no way of knowing, and a terrible battle ensued the male attacking first and Nalyd using his skills to cut the man's head from his body. Next the woman, and when Nalyd ran her through the once beautiful gore soaked woman explained how they had become this for him, to get him back from the lord and explained who they were. As Nalyd's mother lay dying in his arms from the very wound he had caused he felt such suffering that something in him snapped. He could no longer contain his anguish and as he pulled his sword from the woman's body he was a different man. He walked into the distance that day with but one quest, kill every bloodletter he could, then kill the Inquisition. He cared not for mortal problems anymore.

Name: Damien Varomere
Age: 26
Race: Human

Personality: Damien is generally clam, quiet, disciplined, patient, honorable, and non-judgemental. He has fairly low self esteem, but adamantly wants to redeem himself to his people for whatever curse it was to be born.

Backstory: He cam from very low birth, with his father supposedly killed by the bloodletters and his mother giving up to an orphanage and disappearing. He was raised with religious beliefs, but wasn't loved much. When he was old enough, he joined the Inqusition or whatever such army of paladins existed to fight the Bloodletters and creatures of the night. He has a very unique form of magic, that being spiritual. Damien can see souls, talk to ghosts, and control or kill undead. He has more powers yet to discover, but his religious caretakers looked down upon it in general. His skin is cold to the touch, and he can energy-drain anyone that he touches. He also has a frightening aura around him that has so far kept him from getting any dates.

Currently, Damien is on a quest to find the orb of Ethralel.

Name: Falmer Dawnstar

Personality: Falmer is of the quieter type, stays to himself mostly, and has no morals. Cares only for himself, and won't hesitate to betray a friend - for the right price. He prefers the night because his night magic is much more effective then. He has an irrational fear of spiders. Arachnophobia, they call it. When asked about his fear he will usually answer something along the lines of: “Why do I hate spiders? Gods, who doesn't? What a stupid question.”

Backstory: Grew up in an orphanage (where they obviously never heard of the basic human rights), and at age 13 fled the orphanage and took to the streets. He quickly learned to survive by pick-pocketing and thieving, and he got quite good at it. One time when he was 16, he saw a well-dressed man who seemed an easy enough target, so Falmer tried his trick of bumping into the target, then sticking his hand in the pocket and stealing whatever was there. His hand closed upon a coin-bag. It felt quite big, and big means more gold, so smiling he pulled his hand out, still clenching the bag. But before his hand left the pocket, he felt a big strong hand grasp his hand tightly. 'I've been caught!' he thought to himself, and tried to escape the powerful grasp of the hand, but to no avail. He looked up at the man and saw the man was grinning.

Seven years later, under the training of that same man, who Falmer now knows as Randal Helwich, a mage-assassin for hire, Falmer has become a master of most weapons, though he favors the crossbow and owns an enchanted crossbow that fires silver bolts and after every shot, immediately magically reloads itself (therefor it never runs out of ammo). He was also given a magic mask that looks like a skull that grants him the power of night magic, which Falmer can use to become invisible for a short time and teleport short distances between shadows. He also has a set of throwing knives which he carries on his back and can throw with incredible accuracy. He has two silver daggers that he uses for close-combat, which he wields with amazing speed.

His mentor Randal, traveled to a far off land (he didn't tell Falmer where), and said he won't return for quite a while. For the past few weeks Falmer has been hunting Bloodletters down, learning their ways and learning the best ways to kill them. This is because an organization called "The Inquisition" contacted him saying that for every Bloodletter head he brings them they will pay him. when he saw the amount per head he was transfixed. As he put it, "That is a lot of fuc**** gold.".

Name: Aria Getsu

Race: Lycanthrope
Looks:She has long black hair,till mid-back, usually in an elegant bun or high ponytail and dark violet eyes,almost black. A slender and petite build, kind of like a dancer, with Asian features. Height around 5'4. For her performances she dresses in a loose kimono like outfit with a pair of pants similar to tights underneath and looks completely provocative. Normally she wears a kimono top with long sleeves, emphasizing her figure, and a pair of easy to move in pants that cling to her figure. She keeps a number of daggers concealed in her person and can be seen carrying small battle fans that look ornamental but are very deadly. She also carries around a large battle fan that she uses for performances, so people do not suspect it is a weapon.

Personality: She has a cold formal personality personality that she exhibits to people she does not actually like, placing insults in compliments and generally twisting peoples words and confusing them. She has a subtle sadistic streak that manifests itself by making people extremely uncomfortable and constantly confusing and humiliating people , even ones she likes. She is a good actress who generally uses her ability for evil. When with people she likes she is a bit nicer and very loyal to those that have actually earned her trust. She tends to be impatient at times, losing her temper and just threatening the person if she thinks they are being slow or just annoying.

Backstory: Till Aria was around 5 years old she had a happy life with her pack. One day the pack was attacked by the Inquisition beacause they were allies of the bloodletters. She and her family were tortured by them till unconsciousness and her pack killed. They thought she was dead so they dumped her body with the others and left them to rot. Later she managed to get out of the body pile and traveled as far away a possible till she collapsed.
She was found by a wandering troupe of entertainers and warriors, some of which were also lycanthropes, and treated for physical wounds but by then her personality had completely changed to a cold emptiness leaving her completely merciless. She was taken in by the troupes ladies who taught her to be ladylike and pretty and as well as the warriors teaching her to use battle fans and daggers which helped her come up wit her act. The troupe also taught her basic thievery which she had a talent for. They also helped thaw her personality so she did not turn into a sociopath.
Later she left them at 15 and struck out on her own to act as a spy for the bloodletters and join them as an ally. She is now one of their best informants as she can travel almost anywhere under the guise of an entertainer by herself or with a group, scouting for them and getting info on their enemies movement and converting more to their cause.

Name: Tiberius
Age:300+ (Appears in his mid-thirties)
Race: Bloodletter
Looks: Tiberius retains the looks he used to have in life, including the scars of battles. He's a well-built on the heavy side kind of man, with graying sideburns on a short cropped black hair. He has a large scar on his right cheek, and cuts and nicks all over his body. He's clean shaven and he has an slightly prominent jaw. His face looks a bit pale, and he has the characteristic red eyes of an elder Bloodletter. Tiberus usually dresses in a gray and brown armor with a dusty and slightly ragged brown cowl to hide his more obvious features. He never parts without his masterwork longsword. He also carries a dagger in his hip.

Personality: Tiberius personality was that of a man of grit and honor, and not even the bloodletter transformation has changed that. He behaves politely even if his speech is coarse, just like a commander of some sort. Tiberius is also rather orderly and disciplined, and he will not hesitate to deliver punitive measures to keep things in check. He adheres to a code of honor, and never attacks unprovoked (unless he's feeding), and he spares downed opponents, provided they're worthy. He is also very zealous of the laws of Hospitality, and will even protect humans from other elder bloodletters if his code of honor tells him to do so. Tiberius has little but hatred for the world at large, however. He is cold and uncaring. He is rather picky when it comes to feeding, as he will refuse feeding on the wounded, children and the elderly, and he prefers to feast on healthy adults.

Backstory:

Tiberius wasn't even born on this era, but on the previous one. Before the dark ages, an age of order, honor and conquest. Which was already about to end. A brilliant commander, warrior and strategist, he shouldered the burden of trying to stop an empire from falling apart. Suffering many losses, defeats and hopelessness, he managed to outlive the last emperor. Torn by grief, he decided to bring the possesions of said emperor, which had been stolen, to its rightful place of rest, and then die alongside the rest of his beloved empire.

Managing to track all of them down but the elusive and prized sword of the emperor, Tiberius encountered a mysterious being who appeared to not be alive nor dead. A bloodletter. He acknowledge that perhaps, an entire lifetime wouldn't be enough to find the sword, and willingly renounced to his humanity in order to pursue his goal.

Ever since, Tiberius has wandered the earth, being an aloof ally of the rest of the Bloodletter Order in the search of the sword. His strict adherence of honor has put him sometimes at trouble with them, as well as becoming quite notorious for his enemies when he led an assault on an Inquisition fortress in the middle of the day to save the bloodletter who turned him in one of their kin. Even when weakened and in the middle of the enemy's den, he proved a greater foe than they had expected him to be as the Inquisition was largerly ignorant of his military career. Since then, the Inquisition has revised their views on him and placed him as a very dangerous target.

Knowing this, Tiberius has chosen to stay low for a while, but the gathering of Bloodletters in Grehindor might make the task difficult...

Looks:
Personality: Quick to think and always wary, Alana is a sly and acute girl. She thinks quickly and can anticipate her prey's tactics, and is intelligent and sly. She is a bit sneaky and maybe shy, as she has spent most of her life in the woods. She's not afraid of animals and doesn't have high expectations. She can be quiet at times, but will communicate very thoroughly if there is an immediate danger. She thinks before acting, and has her hands on something she can use at all times. She is wary and watchful of people, and often will spy with the eyes of a hawk. She has some trust issues, but for the most part, is okay to be with.

Backstory: Alana lived with her family out in the woods far from civilization. Her father taught her archery and how to hunt and live off the land. She became adept with a bow at a young age, developing survival skills most kids her age wouldn't have had. After being isolated from the world for 19 years, a couple of traveling jewelers found refuge at the cabin she owned. The greedy jewelers killed her father, stole what possessions her family owned, and took off before Alana could get home.

Boy was she mad. She hunted down the pair of jewelers, tracking them down just like wild game. She killed the first one on a forest path during a heavy rainstorm. The second one eluded her for quiet a few more months, before she found him, drunk and passed out near a tavern. She didn't spare no expense, killing him too.

Far from home, Alana was lost. Not knowing her way home, she had to adapt to city life, getting a job as a hunter. She did well, but one day an encounter with a bloodletter changed her forever. After seeing how vile they were, Alana signed up to be a hunter of such beings, knowing her quick eye and skills with archery would get her in a group no doubt.
