Well would the...uh...'hunters' be using gifted to, well, hunt the gifted?

Oops wondered why it wasnt working lol.

But yes, the hunters use enslaved Gifted to track and capture other gifted. Those used by the hunters have gifts like tracking, being able to tell what gifts the hunted Gifted have, and being able to cause the hunted Gifted gifts not to work.

Gifted can have any kind of gift, so long as it isn't xmen flashy. If you look at my character Kithra you can see she has a very simple, not flashy gift. :-)

What about mimicking gifts?
...though now that I think about it, that's somewhat useless...

Lol yeah, mimicking Kithra's gift would be really useless. But you could do it if you wanted as everyone has cool gifts

Thing is, I'm not so sure that mimicking gifts would be all that useful for a hunter.

What about a gift that can sense when a gift is being used, and the intensity(gets more intense the closer you get, less intense the further away) of it?

Beside the wika definition, in a summarized form to the best of my ability: The Red String of Fate is connected to everyone, generally being in pairs and is connected to their pinkies. These strings may be far and wide but those two individuals who are tied together by these strings will definitely meet up. Generally used to represent marriage, you can twist this power due to your character's back-story to locating 'Supernaturals' and after you find them these strings between you and your captured victim will sever. (Or some way in that, i dunno xD)

Hmmm... what ever suits your character, but yeah my character would probably play that fake feelings card. You could probably guilt-trip others into 'helping' you or something else. Or slowly weasel into a big group of supernatural overtime like the old fashioned way but there is like an infinite amount of possibilities your character could probably do.
