Sources of Inspiration: Chakan the forever man
Name: How the hero introduces him/herself. She doesn't.
Full (real) Name: Chakan, last name lost to time.
Age: unknown, visual age difficult to determine due to mostly being a skeleton.
Appearance:



Personality: Quiet and pissed off. Pessimistic. Cold hearted.
Alignment: Neutral, connected to Darko.
Morality: Has no morals.
Likes: Victory, and does kind of like killing things.
Dislikes: Anything that cuts her pride, such as insulting her fighting skill or intelligence. being reminded of her mistakes.

Secrets: Chakan is a champion of the god of death and fear, as in she serves his will and is blessed by him. Their relationship however is far from typical, since Chakan invariably hates her master. Why is because of Chakan's past and how she came to be Darko's champion.

Long ago, in a land far away, a warrior princess rose up amongst the humans. She was very strong and superbly skilled, but also arrogant and prideful. The humans were in general corrupt. One day Chakan decided that her skills were the best in the world and she called a challenge against Death himself to try to defeat her. Darko heard this call, and decided to appear to punish the selfish, petty mortal. He accepted her challenge on the grounds that she would become immortal if she won and he would take her soul as his own if she lost. They fought, and somehow, or perhaps it was intentional, Chakan won her immortality.

Time went by, and then a lot of time went by and Chakan no longer wanted to continue living. She tried to die and found she could not. She came to Darko and demanded that he lift his curse, but he laughed at her and said he would not. He told her to put her skills to good use, that if she wanted to die so badly, then she would have to satisfy his will. He would be appeased and grant her death only when all evil in the world had been destroyed. Chakan was infuriated but without recourse. She has endured countless humiliating deaths and resurrections in pursuit of Darko's will.
