PRIOR HISTORY:
Prior to enrolling in the academy, Haruka was living alone with her parents, near the outskirts of Suna. Nothing much is known from this time, besides the identities of her parents (Toshiro Shirina, formerly Yamitori Shirina, of the Hidden Sand and Toshiro Hakafuso of the Hidden Leaf). After a violent attack by an unknown group, scouts from Suna found Haruka lying outside the charred remains of her house, covered by a slightly fire damaged puppet which seemed to have taken her out of the house and protected her from the worst of the flame. Since that day, Haruka has kept the puppet, insistent she will learn her mothers techniques and bring it to life once more.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH REPORT:
Physically, Haruka is nearly perfectly healthy. On her right arm, the burns she suffered penetrated to the nerves, and because she could not get help in time, she will have continued complications with that arm. Besides that, she is in perfect condition.

Mentally however, Haruka suffers from some trauma, which makes it difficult for her to relate to other people. It is recommended that she be placed in a team as soon as possible to help her deal with her loss.

PRIOR HISTORY: Chitose is but a kid, and so, she hasn't had many experiences prior to her enrollment in the Academy. She is known for being somewhat of a bookworm, with her nose always buried in some book, as well as being a friend of a certain Uchiha girl. It seems she likes to study a lot about ninja techniques and whatnot, even though she still hasn't graduated from the Academy. It also seems her, and her whole family, has a preferrance for Genjutsu and Ninjutsu, over Taijutsu. Chitose is the next head of the Kujikawa family as well and as so, she trains hard day and night to achieve this and be a head her people can be proud of.

The Kujikawa family, a clan not too big neither too small, as it still has to hold its members in a big Japanese Styled estate, are a family that especializes in Genjutsu and Ninjutsu techniques and, while Taijutsu isn't uncommon with them, they are more ranged fighters than anything else. They are only second to the Uchiha in terms of Genjutsu, as they do not possess the Sharingan or anything resembling it in their eyes. Their kekkei genkai still gives them the ability to enhance their genjutsus, though.

The kekkei genkai of the Kujikawa family hasn't been thoroughly investigated and is, as of now, still a bit of a mystery, even to the clan. As far as it is known, the kekkei genkai allows them to use Ice Release when trained enough, and the ice often helps out in the casting of Genjutsus, in which ways, though, is kept in strict secret by the clan and is hardly known to anyone that isn't part of it.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH REPORT: Physically, Chitose is a completely healthy girl standing at 1.48 meters and weighing about 49 kg. She has waist length red hair that is usually kept straight and big violet eyes. She has also been told that she does not seem an eight year old at all, both because of her appearance and her attitude. It seems she also likes to wear glasses, even though she does not need them, and also almost always carries a book below her arm.

Mentally, the girl is also healthy, however, it seems she is very arrogant and has an habit of correcting others. If at all possible, it would be preferrable for this to be corrected, as it seems she gets on people's nerves a lot. Few people are the ones who can actually withstand her arrogance and sharp words, but she is still a good hearted girl, below her pride and, for the lack of a better word, smart ass-y comments.

PRIOR HISTORY:
The son of the two quirky parents, Tenzin and Pema Nagato owned a shop, with their child Yuuki being a boy who grew up living modestly, with his mother working at their shop while his father as a ninja. The two of them were always a strange couple but they worked out in the end, ignoring the finer details for latter. His father was usually gone for long periods of time during week, due to him being a Jounin which was definitely time consuming. Stories about his father's life were usually told to him by his mother and occasionally his father whenever he was home with time on his hand. His mother on the other hand who was previously a ninja with a standing of a Chuunin, had resigned to raise a shop, along with a home for her husband to look forward to and latter to raise their son. Together the two parents raised their son, guiding Yuuki on the path to becoming a ninja. So the two parents often when they had a chance trained him in whatever they knew, however they discovered that he had a liking to those hazardous swords that they always had in their store. He was always found holding one somehow, so more or less his mother taught him how to proper use one in order for him not to accidentally kill himself, and how to wield it to use in combat. When his father was home, he gave his critique on his son's technique and gave him a few pointer on what to improve before spending the week with Yuuki, which usually consisted of his father teaching him about the sword and many other things. In a shop full of weapons, the sword wasn't the only thing to be encountered but slowly over time, he learned what each thing inside was called and how to properly use them. Soon he was safe to handle all the weapons in his mother shop without her having to have a set of eyes behind her head to watch out for him, as she knew he wouldn't hurt himself accidentally. After that, everything was more or less routine with Yuuki reviewing the items in his mother shop while occasionally going out to play. It was up to the Ninja Academy to teach their son what to do, along with his own best interest to let the academy know what to teach him.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH REPORT:
For his physical description, Yuuki Nagato stands at 4'2 and weighs at 50 pounds, in other words 51 inches approximately with an weight around 22.5 kg. He has medium length blonde hair along with a pair of blue eyes that accompany his current features nicely. Besides that there are nothing remarkable about him, besides a few self inflicted scars from mishandling of his parent's weapons in the shop.

On the other hand, on his Mental checkup Yuuki Nagato stands from what observation say as a passive person with a shy streak. His aggressiveness comes out with as much politeness an threat can be while still being demanding from others, giving him the signs of passive-aggressive problems too at an early age. However, this can also be confused as polite command as Yuuki shows most of the time no major aggressive behaviors but can be confirmed by small clues. These all point to him being a child who politely agrees and says "Yes" while saying 'No' but doing it anyway to make things easier. He shows amazing maturity and trust as, commented from his parents and other people could take care of another person his age or even younger if was told to. Besides being a shy soul, Yuuki does talk to people but prefers to keep his group closed and small to have a few good friends instead of many.

Son of Kenshin and Izumi Sarutobi, Arashi grew up in a fairly typical family unit in Konohagakure. Both his parents were, at the time, notable Chuunin-rank ninja and co-owners of a local supply shop. After giving birth, Izumi made the decision to run the shop and care for little Arashi while Kenshin continued work as a shinobi of the Leaf. Over the next five years, Arashi's father was promoted to Jounin and Arashi began taking a heavy interest in the ninja lifestyle. He sought to follow in his father's footsteps with the dream of becoming a globally renowned shinobi! Of course, he didn't realize in his childish naivety that his dream was foolish and dangerous. It was his father who, during one of their regular training sessions, informed him of the perils the typical ninja faces on a daily basis. And yet, Arashi accepted the challenge with open arms. For the next two years Arashi spent the majority of his time training his mind and body; well, at least when he wasn't reluctantly tending to the shop with his mother... Nevertheless Arashi Sarutobi was more than excited to enroll in the ninja academy and make his first step towards greatness.

Physical- Arashi Sarutobi is roughly 52 inches tall and weighs in at 61 pounds. He possesses a lean frame with slight muscular definition (appropriate for his age). Overall he is a healthy young boy who is energetic and physically fit.

Mental- Arashi is known for his enthusiastic personality as well as his buoyant willingness to commit to any task he thinks will help him achieve his goals. With that said, he can be terribly immature at times. And he rarely takes mundane work seriously. PRIOR HISTORY: Son of traitors Masao and Chiyome Hatori, Hiro has been raised in the villages orphanage along side others fully aware of his parent's treacherous status, although not informed of the specifics of what transpired. Due to this the young Hatori is motivated to remove the stain upon his name and escape the shadow of his missing-nin parents.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH REPORT:

Physical: 45'' 45 lbs small size most likely due to malnutrition and living conditions. While a source of ire and often a point of harassment Hiro has used his small frame to fight off many larger opponents and strike back at them when he can not (see mental health report) while covered in many abrasions and contusions it seems the boy has found ways with dealing with it from simply ignoring it to the most rudimentary of first aid.

Mental- As instructed no law enforcement is to interfere if the child comes into conflict unless the threat of death for either party becomes a very real possibility. While this has taught the Hitori boy how to adapt quickly and fend for himself it has had some disturbing side affects, such as him waiting for days and even weeks before ambushing those who have attacked him before, even going so far as to break into their houses to attack them. While he shows potential for being a capable ninja his violent outbursts compounded with his parents' treason show that he may need to be exterminated with extreme prejudice when he is older.

PRIOR HISTORY: Yoshiru grew up within the Hozuki section of Kirigakure not knowing much of the outside world at large except that it was a land filled with many ninja like his parents and his older brothers. Being the youngest in the family was always hard for him as he felt that everyone just wanted to shelter him from everything and sometimes he felt as though they didn't want him to become a ninja at all. As the years passed and the time for the Academy came closer, he began to beg his family to help him start training which they eventually allowed under threat of constant nagging. When he was enrolled in the Academy was the happiest day of his life as he knew it was his turn to follow his families footsteps and join the Kirigakure Anbu once he became skilled enough.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH REPORT: Yoshiru is in ideal health to join the Academy apart from a habit of easily becoming dehydrated with periods of continuous exertion. This condition can be blamed on a genetic based down through the Hozuki clan as once they release the Kekki Genkai they are able to turn their entire bodies into liquid at will. Mentally, Yoshiru is completely stable at the moment as well despite his tendency to not pay attention and drift off into thought. PRIOR HISTORY: Ayase is a child of one of the founding elder clans in the village, the legendary Uchiha Clan. A clan whose specialty in criminology, the elite unit, Uchiha Police Force. A prestigious family indeed that serves the village with all their heart. Being the first daughter and only child, she's in good terms with her parents in spite of them leaving her alone in the clan district her parents still makes up for time to spend with her. She is known for snooping and dead spanning on people that seems to caught her curiosity.

One day she met a girl from the Kujikawa family who was strolling the interior district to buy food. As a matter of fact, the Uchiha are indeed business oriented, they sell one of the best foods in the village; known for selling Taiyaki fish crackers and plenty more. Ayase approached the girl whom she noticed out of curiosity and to spar on as her parent always encouraged her to fight on which she takes it as fight someone, but didn't fight her rather observe her and befriended her. Having a fire and ice friendly relationship.

The Uchihas are known for their renown eyes, the sharingan which allows them to copy any technique barring bloodline and hidden ones, read movements, cast and dispel illusions. On the other hand, in times like these, the Mangekyou Sharingan/Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan is something considered to be unnatural and is forbidden among the family. Uchihas are known for their adapt usage of fire release as oppose to the Kujikawa's ice release and last but not least masters of genjutsu are also a rare specialty. It is to be noted that not all Uchiha are able to awaken the sharingan.

Ayase's dream is to be part of the police force some day!

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH REPORT:Physically, Ayase is physically fit. Standing in 1.44 meters and weighing 46 kilograms. She has a long hair waist length and is tied in twin tails and is full of enthusiasm which is enough to settle a stable mentality. She takes morning jogs and totally novice workouts that is suitable for her age and as part of an elite family, she gets kids massage treatment.

Mentally, she is healthy too. Free from the curse of hatred, her generation of Uchiha are more or less mentally stable. She's full of enthusiasm and weirdly enough, eccentric way of thinking that's not to be confused with reverse psychology. Her self reliance is something that needs to be worked on, though full of enthusiasm, it dwells mostly about her self interest instead of thinking about others. Ayase as part of her family has grasp on basic knowledge on how her family operates. Last but not least, she has a knack of volleying insults with those of people with similar or opposite personality to her.Ayase is also quite cunning, often making up blatant lies and scaring her peers for fun.

Small but enduring, the Shirakawa clan was once a nomadic clan that has since settled in Kirigakure. They are known for their innate resolve and sense of loyalty; it has been said that if you were to bestow upon their family good graces or even a sliver of compassion, they will forever have your back.

Anzu is the middle child of a wanderlust ridden courier ninja and an ex-hunter nin who reluctantly retired after losing a leg in the line of duty. Her family as a whole is an eccentric bunch, but they are as tight-knit as they come. She has a finicky older brother on his way into becoming a full-fledged tailor, using his amazing chakra control to create speedy and intricate ensemble pieces, and a precocious younger one already aspiring to be a weapons maker. Troublemaking Anzu was directionless in comparison, or so it seemed. She spent most of her time catering to her spontaneous whims, often running about the village to play with and pester whoever she can find. Her father was content with her fooling around if it meant she could stay relatively safe—he had always been especially protective of her because she had been born prematurely—but her mother knew right away she had the makings of a kunoichi.

They've debated about her enrollment in the academy for quite some time, but as usual, her mother would win.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH REPORT:
Anzu is in peak physical condition, despite earlier complications from having been born prematurely. However, she is well below average in size, standing little over a meter and weighing about 18.5kg. Her tiny frame makes her appear younger and makes certain things more inconvenient, but otherwise has no negative effects on her health. She even appears to have more than enough energy to spare, as many can attest to. Despite her notably quick recovery time, Anzu can be found sporting fresh bruises on a daily a basis, undoubtedly caused by her reckless habits.

Aforementioned impulsive inclinations, hyperactivity, and general inability to focus (and on the flipside, tendency to obsess over things she is interested in) suggests possible ADHD. She has to constantly be engaged in something she considers fun and doesn't take to sitting still; she'll resort to fiddling or fidgeting when forced to idle, and may even suffer from minor anxiety/panic attacks.

Although generally sociable, Anzu can be unwittingly direct and candid. She freely and fully expresses herself and never censors, and such straightforwardness doesn't bode well with delicate situations. Anzu shows the self-same tenacity and unflinching loyalty the Shirakawa clan is known for. When engrossed, she will pursue a goal to its conclusion, no matter the consequences. And similarly, she tends to act in a friend or family member's best interests, even to the detriment of her own.

PRIOR HISTORY: Not much can be said about Kurogami's early life. His family is among the few Senju families that established themselves outside of Konoha, Kuro's sect taking refuge in Suna during it's construction. In his early life, his mother was found murdered by enemy ninja during a mission and his father Daisuke, one of the Jounin Squad leadrs, to raise the boy all alone. The years were rough but Kurogami persevered until he was accepted into the Academy. He would honor his mother and make his father proud.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH REPORT: Kurogami for the lack of a better word is a natural genius, mentally and physically. His father, a stern individual, kept Kurogami at the peak of what an 8 year old could attain physically, noting his son has the potential as a future High Ranking Jounin and his mind is just as great. The young child though has issues during social interactions as his father has pushed him to train more then meet others and make bonds. At times, he can be shrewd with his words, diving straight to the point which can feel like he does not care for people's feelings. All in all, Kurogami is a fine specimen for the ninja world and the bonds he makes may change the world.
