Rules
1. First of all I expect correct spelling, grammar, and whole paragraphs of around 3 or more if possible. I roleplay at the high-casual to low-advanced range and expect that of my partner as well. I'll accept those who are just at a casual level too, but nothing below that!
2. I will only do [MxF] Roleplays when romance is a possibility in the story, sorry-not-sorry, but my romantic tendencies only align in a heterosexual way. I will play either gender role however, female or male.
3. I am not a big fan of cussing and try to use as little profanity as possible when I roleplay. I can deal with it to a certain extent if you feel it adds to your character's personality, but profuse amounts just gets annoying really quickly.
4. I am comfortable with 18+ stories and plotlines[being over 18 myself]; though I tend to roleplay below that line. A roleplay will be Mature when it needs to be and not more than that. You can tell me what you are comfortable with and I'll try to meet you there. From the looks of it though most likely you will need to come down to my level. One thing I will not do is smut, just no. I want to write actual stories, that kind of writing just tends to get in the way.
5. If you need to be somewhere or want to drop, please tell me in advance. It's just polite. If I don't hear from you within 2 weeks I'll just automatically consider you dropped.
6. Feel free to contribute ideas to the story, it should be a combined effort after all. I do not want to make all the characters and situations in the story and expect you to pull your own weight.
7. I will roleplay through PM or Threads only.
8. Try to post at least once every three days or so. Course every day would be nice but none of us have all the time in the world. I've been in the business a long time so I know how it goes. Sometimes I can manage once a day but that hardly ever lasts so my hope is twice a week or once a week.
That's it for the rules, now onto the settings I am interested in. Of course feel free to ask if you want to contribute your own ideas. I'll probably add more to these categories or change things from time to time.

A chance encounter makes one of the members think a bit more about themselves and what they truly want.

The Tale of Shikihime [Modern, Japanese Supernatural]
The Kazahana Family of exorcists has, since long ago, protected the people from supernatural threats. The exorcists reach deep within themselves to summon their lifelong Shikigami companion to fight with them. The Kazahana Family realized that it had declined in strength over time and has started to allow Branch Family members to join the ranks of the exorcists. The Branch Family is looked down upon and Main Family members are expected to marry within the Main Family to keep the blood line pure and powers intact.
My Character is a member of the Main Family who is content to follow the family protocol; however, Your Character is a new member of the exorcists from the Branch Family whose presence will cause the MC to consider taking their own path. Tensions raise in the Kazahana Family as our two characters grow closer as they work together. Between Yokai busting, inner family conflict, and a blossoming relationship, things should turn out quite eventful.
My Dearest Summon [Romantic, Comedy, Modern]
It is time to summon a familiar, but when the time comes the familiar is quite humanoid, maybe a little too human like. Needless to say, said summoner must now work and live together with their familiar who is perhaps not exactly clued into the norms of society. As their relationship grows, will they become something more? Also what are the consequences of having a summon in the normal world and who will notice?
Legend of the (fake) Hero [Potential Romance, Comedy, Fantasy/Modern]
Legends tell of a marvelous hero that will arise and do great deeds, smiting evil and all that good stuff; unfortunately the hero needs to be kept secret for the time being so nothing happens to them. A plan is concocted to elevate another person to the level of hero to act as a cover, to keep prying eyes away from the true hero being raised behind the scenes. A person is chosen but they have to make sure this person stays alive long enough for the real deal to do what they need to do in the meantime.
A bodyguard is chosen to guard the (fake) hero with their life. The (fake) hero proves to not be an easy target to take care of however...
The Forever Railroad
A desert world with seemingly no end, but for some reason there is a railway that extends as far as the eye can see and beyond. No one knows why but an endless number of trains travel one the tracks, with a precise time table that never deviates from station to station. People called riders travel on these trains with no end in sight, either because of the wanderlust in their hearts or because they are searching for that one spot they want to call their own.
Two riders find themselves connecting with each other on the train and decide to keep each other company for a while. What kind of adventures will they find themselves in on the Infinite Railroad?
