This thread will mostly contain Signature images that I occasionally make and want to show off and allow for any possible critique. Several years ago I used to make about 1 or 2 a week on average but these days I can't keep up with that schedule all the time, however I will often get the feeling of "I just wanna make something interesting".

There are a few things to note:

» First off I don't do requests. Did them in the past and don't wish to do requests any more, not even for friends. I just make stuff for myself for a bit of fun, that is all.
» Secondly, these are for personal use. If you came here looking for a sig to use then please check out someone else's thread.
» Finally if you do critique and want to comment, please be nice, civil, and helpful. When I started this thread I had not opened up Photoshop for about 3 years. This is only a side hobby.

Really happy about this one. Bit more of a lighter, over exposed photo style.

Nice to see you getting back into the swing of things, @NuttsnBolts. :D

For your latest one, I like what I'm seeing here. Those stripe effects are adding a decent amount of depth and flow to the tag. The one thing I think you might need to work on is the brightness. I think you could find something wonderful with a dark gray - or black - layer on soft light(toy with settings until satisfied).

Wanted something a little more vibrant than the usual washed out colour tones. Originally after setting up the base layout it was a little too harsh with the bright colours REALLY standing out, so a few tone adjustments and a little softening of the neons bought it back down to a decent sort of level.



Also, before I forget, thanks to Altered Tundra for the critique on the original border, which was a block, solid pink that didn't look right.

Ended up going with #3. The first had a bit too much leg for my liking so I tried rotating the girl, however the second just felt off with the balance and weight. Not sure what I mean? have a look at Rule of Thirds. So for the third I just made it 10 pixels narrower and it seems to look a lot better.
