BIO : Born in Wales in the family manor "Mountain Flower" on the summit of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) to Gwyner and Loff Arcane. Her mother is 74 and her father 92. Both parents remained neutral during the wizarding wars preferring instead to isolate themselves behind the walls of their palatial manor.

Aella is the youngest child of the Arcane Family. She has three siblings the youngest of which is 25 years her senior. Raised by servants and treated as an unwanted burden Aella has little love of her family as she's very much raised herself.

The Arcanes are a wealthy family who claim descent from the Moragan and Royalty. The former there is no proof to support but the latter is documented though their kingdom was quite small.

Aella's siblings are two witches and a wizard. Their names are Braggia (46), Gertrude (41) and Uthor (53). Uthor is in Azkaban for the import of forbidden items, Braggia is the wife of Ceril Green and Gertrude owns an auction house that does objects of magic or magical history..
Her siblings view her as an intruder but have never gone out of their way to torment, control or rid themselves of. To do so would mean that they've actually noticed Aella.

At school she's been a different sort of Slytherin who doesn't use fear as a tool but by understanding those around her by careful observation and an unusual empathy usually absent in her housemates.

Also unlike her sisters of the serpent has thrown herself into presenting herself as helpful to the teachers and staff. None can recall Aella ever using magic to torment weaker students in fact coming to the defense of a few. This is not to say that Aella has never used magic on anyone for she has and does when she's offended with her favorite spells being charms followed by hexes..

Her parents while distant are demanding always expecting Aella to conform to their every command. During the summer break she has been tutored since she was 11 by various wizards and witches making Hogwarts a chance to relax for her.

PERSONALITY : Aella is ambitious as well as driven to succeed so that she may escape her family and it's control on her. She hates potions classes saying if she needs to cook she'll hire one which explains why her grades are only good enough to pass. In DADA and Charms she is obsessive about owning every book she can find no matter the price or questionable origins. Rebellious against her parents she has actually cultivated a taste for many forms of Muggle Music often times playing them on her piano or one of many boom box systems she hides around the manor and grounds.

Aella has always loved annoying her parents sensibilities and even embarrassing them in front of guests once going so far as inviting muggle boy to dinner who had the memory erased from his mind. Aella began keeping spiders as pets because of her mother's fear of arachnids then becoming fascinated by them and collecting 100s of them. This caused her mom so much worry she moved Aella to the farthest wing of the manor and never steps foot on her floor. She causes her father concern by stretching her expenses and being seen with both muggle girls and boys.

Vindictive Aella rarely acts suddenly unless forced to instead preferring a calculated stealth attack. Once committed to the attack though she is brutally efficient and sadistic.

Short bio:
Not a lot is terribly known about Jaden mostly because anyone who really knows him chooses not to talk about it out of respect for his the silence he keeps about the incident. What is known however is that Jaden is from a small magical village located somewhere outside of Surrey England but was born in London, England where he lived until he was six. He lives now with his Grandfather who is an now retired Auror who once upon a time worked for the Ministry of Magic. Jaden lives a rather normal life compared to some, while his entire family is quite wealthy, they live a modest life not caring much for the luxuries that come with said wealth.

At school Jaden is not the most popular nor is he the most hated, he is what he likes to call secluded. Not known to be overly talkative he if often seen as a quiet person. Most any who know him think of him as a rather nice person, but also very complex, never being one to talk about himself. However where Jaden lacks social ability, he makes up for it with his amazing understanding on Defense Against the Dark Arts. Where Jaden excelled at his courses he strived even more in DADA, to the point where he is on par with the teacher. Jaden enjoys DADA and practices it everyday, even to the point where he has begun testing out new spells for defense, however none of them have panned out as of yet. Often seen shadow dueling and also taking part in school sanctioned duels, and also helping other students, he is quickly becoming a master of DADA. Due to his extensive studies of DADA and his dedication to the subject this earned him the position of Prefect for Ravenclaw. Jaden's aspirations in life is to become and Auror like his grandfather and his mother and father before him.

Personality:
Jaden is known to be quiet when he on his own time, while he is quite vocal in classes and when he helping others when they require it, he is just a secluded kind of person. Most would describe him as an incredibly generous person, and a genuinely nice person the kind that would go out of their way to help. Jaden is also incredibly intelligent and is a known strategist who loves a good game of wizards chess. He is also driven by a deep motivation, he does not easily allow himself to suffer defeat, and he has a no die attitude when it comes to his life and he inspires those around them if he is able. In reality Jaden is very eccentric when he wants to be or when he is not secluded somewhere. In the end Jaden is an enigma to other people, at one moment he is outgoing and then at the next he is quiet and not talking much, but he is passionate, dedicated and open minded and this is what people notice most about him.

Jaden has a walnut trunk which has been bewitched giving it the capability to hold a lot more items then normal trunks. This is where he keeps items that are most important too him which include old pictures of his family, his school items along with his robes and his change of clothes and any extra money he may need for the year. He also owns a handcrafted chess board with matching chess pieces which was a gift from his grandfather, and of course his old black journal which he keeps his spell studies in and many other vital pieces of information.

Short bio: Life wasn't unusual for him, well as usual a life for a wizard family could get. His mother was a Veela and his father was a wizard that worked for the Ministry in the study of curses and how to counter new ones that kept on being developed by dark wizards. When the letter arrived from Hogwarts it came as no surprise to anyone of them and before he knew it, he was shipped off. During those years he made a name of himself as a reckless bastard that held no regard to rules to some and to others he represented the true spirit of Gryffindor.

Personality: On the surface he acts like he doesn't take anything seriously. He has a relaxed attitude towards everything and it can easily come off as him being a slacker, which to some degree is true when the subject holds little meaning to him. When the subject matters to him or there is a source of motivation then he puts his best foot forward and gives it is his all. Sylvester couldn't give a single crap about school rules and regulations that he deems as idiotic however he knows to avoid breaking the most important rules that could get him kicked out of Hogwarts. He walks around school in muggle clothing much to many prefect's and teacher's dismay.

He is sarcastic in a playful sort of manner and enjoys pranking others though there are times when he tends to go overboard. He is extremely flirtatious with the opposite sex and uses his veela ability of attracting the opposite sex to help him in this particular pursuit.

Sylvester is also extremely energetic and outgoing, tending to be easy to be with, but also tends to tease others as a joke. He is a curious man and is willing to try almost anything new that he feels comfortable with.

Wand: Cherry Blossom, Leviathan Heart String, 12 inches, painted ivory white with cherry blossoms on it

Patronus: Chimera

Hobbies: Quidditch, in fact he is the captain of the Gryffindor team and plays the role of a chaser. Surprisingly enough he loves to exercise and is enamored with the muggle sport Boxing and can be found punching a sandbag in the dorms with ferocious force that could probably break some ribs. It should be known that he also practices the more practical side of magic and the combat aspect of it, becoming well adept and very good when it comes to duels. He's also been known to experiment with spells and working out new ones...sometimes resulting in a small explosion. It should be known that he has a love for muggle music of almost any genre.

Pets: Mr. Tibbles, his pet green iguana that has grown past six feet and weighing twenty pounds. It has the strange ability to swallow objects and store it inside its body like a pocket dimensional space.

Personal possessions: The latest Fire Bolt broom, standard school tools required by Hogwarts, his personal magically charged iPod with wireless head phones that also run on magic, muggle clothing (a guy has to be stylish you know)

So far, I think your Gryffindor character is the only one mine might find bearable for more than five minutes of conversation. Maybe we can get them to do spell testing and experimentation from time to time (David is actually the creator of a sub-branch of spells, I'll explain it further here or in the IC) or duel practice. Maybe with tiny pokes from time to time at each others' houses.

I'd have to say that even in the Slytherin dorm she creeps people out because I picture odd glass cases stacked around her bed and in each is an unusual spider of various sizes, colors and shapes.

Usually hiding somewhere on her body is her favorite spider Nos

She is fascinated by death and because of it is fond of talking to the school ghosts. When she dresses in clothes other than her school uniform she prefers an understated goth look and somber colors.

Some at the school have heard her alone in the music room playing the huge piano and singing muggle songs.
