[OOC] Orphanage for Supernatural Kids

Some people are born differently. These different kids are often unwanted. Many of them are abused by their families because of their differences. On the outskirts of a large city there is a huge orphanage. But this orphanage isn't for ordinary unwanted children. It is for those who were born differently. The orphanage is operated by a housekeeper for someone only known as the benefactor. It is said the benefactor might have been the first of these unusual kids and now that he has made a place for himself in the world he wants to do the same for others like him.

1. This is my RP. What I say goes. If you disagree with something we can discuss it.
2. Do not attack other characters without approval
3. Do not attack NPC without clearing it with me. I don't want random destruction.
4. If you are unsure about something ask I will answer to the best of my ability.
5. If you are going to be gone more then a day let me know. If you don't you might lose your character. I don't mind waiting but I need to know who to wait for.
6. If you have a suggestion let me know I welcome suggestions
7. No fighting. I don't mind discussions and disagreements.
8. Use the mention button. It helps people know your talking to them. Especially me ;)
9. Internal thoughts are great but please make them appear different from your spoken words. I don't care if you use color or italics.

Power: Music-based Manipulation - Reiji can manipulate people's thoughts and such by playing a music with all the intrustruments and whatnot, apparently coming from one of his hands.

Bio: Reiji was born somewhere in the city, by a Japanese couple. He were raised perfectly fine, until he started playing loud high-tempo music, much to the parent's annoyance, which led to them abusing him. One day, he sneaked out of house, although he did not know what to do after that. However, he discovered the Orphanage by some means, and had to be adopted there.

Don't worry, he's likely going to be an situation-appropriate BGM provider, mostly doing high-tempo musics when he needs to fight something/party.
Also, I'll let the others determine what happens to their character, if they bother to listen to the music. I'll provide a summary of the music (eg: High BPM, Eurobeat, Vocal) for these who don't.

Name: Felix

Age: 8

Power: Wave Manipulation, as in sound and air. Not ocean. Can alter pressures, create deafening noises, fire high-pressure blasts (often on accident), etc. He can also sort of fly, but this is more of a blasting-self-into-walls-and-the-floor thing. He is REALLY bad at controlling his powers, not in using them, but in suppressing them.

Appearance: Felix is about 3'7 and is fairly thin. He has messy orange hair that goes down just above his eyes and curls around in the back, but his hair frequently moves around for seemingly no reason (He is bad at controlling his powers). He has ice-blue eyes and fair skin with freckles. He wears simple loose-fitting tunics that are often dirty where the only difference is color scheme. He also doesn't wear shoes because they accidentally end up being shredded. He is normally extremely dirty and dusty.

Bio: Felix lived on the streets after being forced out of his home. He was forced out because he accidentally wounded both his mother and his father in addition to accidentally destroying most of the house. He was called a monster and was quite literally kicked out of the house. He was so depressed by this that he neglected himself, becoming very dirty and sullen and sad. He generally lives off of food that he steals from carts after they run away from the half-destroyed area around them after he asks for food and somehow breaks something, leading to him being unfocused and destroying more things. He then heard talk of a orphanage for "special" children. He wrote down the words "Supernatural Orphanage" on a piece of paper and started asking around to see where it was.

Power: Fire Manipulation

Bio: Kido was born into a wealthy family of 4, him being the oldest. When his parents found out about his powers, they locked him away from the outside world. One night, his little brother came into his room, and Kido being afraid of his powers, panicked, His powers set off due to his fear and burned the whole place down, killing his whole family. He ran off, found by the benefactor and placed inside the orphanage. Over the years, he's learned how to use his power but only uses it during lessons in fear of the same thing happening to the orphanage as it did with the place he used to call home
