Miki heard the Marina mentioned and sat up then got out of her seat an walked forward till she was holding the bar near the driver's seat.

"We need to find the section of the Marina that contains the bulk of the sailing yachts, any other type will mean we'll need to worry about fuel. But first we'll need to find either a store that sales tools or a construction site. We need rechargeable tools for wood working and metal work and no I don't know how to use them. Oh! And we'll likely need bolt cutters to take care of locks. she says rattling off a shopping list of supplies.

Miki looks embarrassed and turns red as she says"I know I freaked people out back at the station when I hit that creep but I couldn't stop myself. I've done things today, lots of things and I know till we're safe I keep doing things......."

Miki trails off as she realizes she's thinking out loud which makes her turn even redder. She turns and hurries back to her seat and makes herself small.

Amaya walked over the Miki and gently put an arm around her shoulders. "You're doing great. Trust me, no one else here has the guts to do what you're trying to do: Lead a ragtag team and try to survive a zombie apocalypse," she reassured her.

"Why don't you just relax for a little bit while we're still on the road," she suggested. "It'd give you some time to clear your head."

Anselma frowned at bother Angelo and Glenn. She frowned at Angelo for ignoring her and at Glenn for asking for the gun. She felt that out of everyone here she would be the least likely person to use it. She believes that it's good main because we're trying to prevent noise and she knows that she wouldn't kill any living person with it. Of course she kept all that to herself and said to Glenn as she put her hand over the gun, "No I would prefer to keep it with me. I mean we are trying to limit noise and we can't have someone shooting every hostile threat in sight, of course not that you would do any of that. Now go watch the road, everyone's going to be real passed if you crash his bus." She said warning him.

She turned to Angelo and made a big puffy face, like she was mad and started poking him. "Hey, hey, Angelo, hey, can you like open steam and let us see what games they have on here?" She said now poking him in the face. She wasn't trying to make him mad...well annoyed not mad, but she was just doing her best to lighten the mood. Hopefully he wouldn't take it seriously or find it offensive.

Angelo sighed as she poked his cheek obviously trying to get his attention to find a game for her to play he sighed and went to the start screen and went to the windows logo before opening up a pinball app. "Go nuts, and no on the steam. You do realize that the people who maintain steam and things like that do it 24/7 so no programmers means no games." Angelo said handing her the laptop to play as he checked his pocket and sighed in relief setting that both his disk and his flash drive was still in tact. Angelo still had his first game in his possession which to him was his first treasure he ever really made himself...

Glenn didn't take account for the things Anselma said about him carrying the group's gun it took awhile to make Glenn realise he sounded like an ass when he asked for the gun. He didn't wanna say sorry as that might carry on the conversation as he turned left on the crossroad he noticed it was blocked with cars "Hey guys we got a problem" he said bringing the bus to a halt"Were blocked the only way to get around is walking or we could change the idea of the marina?" he said waiting for a reply but said it as if it was a vote

Anselma ran over to see what he meant. She was disappointed that she wasn't able to lock at any of the games, but it seems she would have to wait. There was a big drawbridge that was lifted up. It was a strange bridge, the man thing that stood out was that under it there was no water, in fact there were train tracks instead. She remember reading about this bridge in a local paper or something. They originally had a regular bridge but when it was half way through completion it seemed it was to low. They apparently found it cheaper for it to turn into a drawbridge then to raise the bridge up. Unfortunately for them the command console was on the other side of the bridge.

"Sigh, well it looks like we gotta figure a way to get to that console." She said scratching her head. She looked around the area inside the safety of the bus and found that there were quite a few of them around especially down in the tracks were they get trapped. She looked for any of here alternative but it seemed the only way was down through the track's. "Time to gear up, we need to get across to that control panel." She said gathering up all her confidence. She walked back and grabbed her katana and was just about to walk out of the bus when I his cried her mind. "Maybe we she get a better plan together before we continue..." She said blushing a little from embarrassment that she jumped to the gun.

Miki looked out of the bus window and saw the horrors ahead and the bridge raised. She scrambled for the roof escape hatch popping it open and then climbed up on top for a higher and unobstructed view.

"We could use a different route and forget the bridge, who knows we might find a place to hold up eat, clean up and get some rest. she says as she surveys to area.

"It's almost nightfall," Amaya added, looking at the late afternoon sky. "We should get some rest now so we can go on our way early tomorrow morning."

She has been pretty quiet this entire time, mostly because she didn't know what to say. She turned to Glenn and Angelo and asked, "What are your thoughts on the situation?"

"Yep I'm with you guys we should rest up and get back on track tomorrow" Glenn waited for the others input on the situation by accident he day dreamed of the military saving them but knew there proberbly might not be such a generous ending. He shook his head and listened to the others.

Glenn always wanted to be a superhero he knew it was farfetched and would never happen but who wouldn't wanna fly or control lightning but it seemed now would be perfect.

"Yea I live through here and by the looks of it we might as well cross. The rails runs under a mountain which we must go around. Not to mention we are in the busiest part of the city so there are going to be tons of cars in the way..My house is across the bridge, it's in a neighborhood so there shouldn't be too many cars in the way, but like Miki said we should rest up somewhere." She explained to them. She was really energized about going home but it also made her a little nauseous of what she might find.

Pushing the thought aside she looked around the city see all the car scattered like a toddler spilled his matchbox cars all over the ground. All the stores looked like someone had shake it up and down. The ground was trashed with litter and it seemed like all the energy and life the place had was sucked up by the grey clouds and the bare streets. She turned to Glenn and said, "If you back up to the next intersection then turn left, after a mile or two we will reach a fancy hotel, at least that what my mother told me."

Glenn listened to the instructions and followed them to the P, he said the exact same thing as Anselma as he did it. As he drove he wondered if the others were worrying as much about their family but it was no time for that if they wanted to get to the marina he would have to pay attention and take his time just as the others are. Glenn then turned left and just carried on driving .

"So Angelo you don't look like your from Japan?" he said thinking he was from Spain or something hoping not to sound rude.

They high school kids arrived at the hotel and the bus doors opened. Anselma walked out with the little belongings she had and looked at the gigantic hotel. It seemed fairly nice on the outside and had a classical feel from it. On the higher floors it looks like they had balconies you could walk on. Anselma looked both ways before crossing the street, more for zombies than cars. She unsheathed her katana and cautiously walked in through the door. The inside was insanely different from the outside. It was modernized was the best way to put it.

The bell rang and she cursed herself. Luckily it was quiet enough to only draw the zombies from the lobby, more for curiosity than for food. She stuck one of the three zombies in the neck with the katana slicing through all the way to the bone, but not past it. She kick the zombie away to pull the katana out. It grunted angrily and the other two charged at her.

Amaya quickly grabbed a bat and swung at the zombies that were headed towards Anselma. "Watch out!" she said, as she did her best to hold them back. She hit one of the zombies as hard as she could, bashing its head in, though it didn't stop it from moving. "Geez, I really wish I paid more attention when my brothers were playing that stupid zombie game..." she grumbled, and tried to swing at it again.

Angelo walked out of the bus and he quietly followed them inside and saw the third zombie come nearby and Angelo started to panic slightly as he looked around and saw a discared suitcase which felt pretty heavy so it must have some kick to it as Angelo hit the zombie in the head with it making it fall and as a result Angelo started to smash the zombies face in with the suitcase until it stopped moving and Angelo sighed "whatever this guy packed, he packed to much" Angelo said softly trying to stay quiet so not to attract anymore...

When the bus stopped Miki climbed off and walked behind Anselma into the hotel and like her was annoyed by the electronic bell when it sounded. She saw as Anselma tried to take out a zombie with the blade of the Katana and then kick it away. She quickly stepped in and smashed it's head in with her bat finishing it off.

She'd considered a blade herself and remembered that no matter how sharp the edge it could get stuck and when fighting these horrors a moments delay was the difference between life and death. It was the reason she'd love to find a Kanabo (warclub) or make one of her own. It was a weapon tailor made to smash bones and skulls.

Inside the hotel, about one floor up, Jose stood in front of a thick line of dead bodies. Or dead-dead bodies. Or deceased un-dead. Whichever fit more, really. He sighed as sweat dripped down his face, and he looked forward. The thirty-plus not-moving dead-things asides, there were still ten standing and walking - not much of them left, if you thought about it, but then again, there wasn't much left in him either.

Jose looked down on his knuckles. They were covered in thick layers of tape, but he could feel them bruise underneath. His stamina asides, his fists couldn't take much more either. He grit his teeth.

It was his bad luck, he supposed, that the one place he had run to was the one place that had absolutely no weapons of any sort. He wrapped his fists up and punched them as a last resort, hoping to maybe unbalance them for a moment to run, but surprisingly enough, after going down, they stayed down. Jose decided that he might have a chance at getting out alive and unharmed after all, and so began the slaughter.

Thirty minutes after it began, more than thirty were on the ground, with ten or so left. Jose hoped that he could last long enough to deal with them.

Rumiko looked around the lobby and headed for the elevators. She kept her bat at the ready as she searched for the fire exit map which they posted near elevators and fire stairs.

"We need to secure the first floor as quickly as possible before we relax." said Miki as she stopped and began studying the escape map.

She was thrilled to see that the map also included the general layout of rooms on the ground floor as well as the exits. It took her a bit longer to memorize the layout because she kept looking around herself for any danger.

"Check the bodies for name tags and if theirs says Concierge, Manager or Security then search them for keys and master entry cards. I know it's gross but they could save us a lot of trouble and security might be armed." she says as she steps away from the map and looks towards the nearest fire stair then heads over.

Angela thank both Miki and Amaya for the assistance. She looked at her blade that was covered in blood and then at the corpse. Nausea set in as she began to think that she killed someone and leaned against a wall for balance. No I didn't kill them, there already dead, besides I didn't really kill him, Mimi did... She thought to herself to to convince herself of it. She trick herself and the nausea slowly when away.

She got back up and ran up the stairs onto the first floor. She opens the door and saw that the hall was cleared. It was eerie with no sound except for her breath and the moans of the dead that resonate within the walls of the hotel. She slowly walked around with her katana ready. This time she was ready and knew that she must not get her katana stuck again. There was no one with her so she knew no one was going to save her now if she screwed up. She came across a pile of dead bodies. By the way they were scattered it looked like someone had killed them defending themselves. She continued lighthouses down the hallway in the direction of where the person might of fled.

She turned a corner and saw a man, no a boy, smash a zombie with his fist killing it. She instantly raised her blade at the boy, though she knew she wouldn't have the guts to kill him, check she barely could stomach her killing someone thats already dead. "Who are you?" She said in a strong strict voice, though here hands were slightly shaking.

Jose narrowed his eyes as the small voice of a young girl reached his ears. Turning around, he saw a young girl standing in the middle of the hallway. That was good, it meant that he might have some assistance - on the other hand, she seemed a bit frail to be relied on. Her voice also unwittingly drew them towards her.

He shook his head. There were still ten zombies left. He shouted at the girl: "You, help me deal with the zombies that are left!"

His shout drew the attention of the remaining undead, who turned around and focused on him. He grit his teeth, and smashed his bleeding fists into the jaw of the nearest walker, and immediately pulled back to avoid getting grabbed by another.

Miki began her own search and found two shuffling horrors in a room that smelled distinctly of cordite. With a swing of her bat the first horror fell after the distinct "TING" of the aluminum cylinder making good contact. She quickly pivoted on the balls of her feet and swung at the other only to have it's outstretched arms deflect it into it's ribs where the monster grabbed the bat and pulled it from her grip.

Miki had stumbled when the bat was torn from her hands and fell away from the door which trapped her in the room with the unholy creature. She was surprised when she didn't panic but grabbed a lamp from the desk and broke it over the beast's skull, too bad it didn't stop it. Miki then used her one advantage which was the bulk of the desk which she backed around while searching for a weapon.

Keeping her eyes on her adversary Miki played the old tiger game circling the desk till she came back to the spot where her bat had fallen. Then in one swift motion she snatched her weapon up and in an overhand swing she brought it down atop the horror's skull putting her full 112 pounds into it. The head nearly exploded spraying the room and Miki in bloody gore.

Panting she looked the room over and found what had produced the cordite smell, it was a pistol still tightly gripped in the hands of a gaijin man who lay dead on the floor an apparent victim of the horrors; but why hadn't he turned? Miki discovered the reason while searching him, he had fallen on one of those spikes the used to hold notes on desks, it had pierced the back of his skull.

He had two more clips of .40 caliber ammo for his weapon which said Glock on the slide. He also had hand cuffs and an American ID that identified him as an NCIS officer. This prompted Miki to search the other bodies where she discovered a CIB (Criminal Investigation Bureau) officer armed with a small 9mm semiauto and two clips which she'd never fired..

Miki stripped both of their shoulder holsters and chose to wear the smaller 9mm herself deciding that it's kick was likely to be less formidable than the huge american weapon.

It was while searching the rest of the bodies that Miki discovered all but the gaijin had been shot and that he'd carried four clips and emptied one and left 8 in the pistol before he went down.
