Appearance:

Background: Born and raised in the U.S. with military honors. Former intelligence officer at several American agencies and has served in high steaks black-ops operations. Went rouge after stealing several prototype weapon systems and gadgets and decided to freelance on his own.

Skills: Weapon's expert and malicious fighter. Bruce is a cold killer in every sense, going out of his way to be overtly brutal at times. He killed a dozen people to get his current gear, and would happily kill ten-times more for even more loot. Both efficient with a gun and his fists while maybe having to much fun with his bloody work. Highly strategic in his ways, but can play dumb if the situation calls for it.

Silenced Plastic Submachine Gun -

A former prototype weapon in the final polishing process back in the United States, this machine gun system was ruthlessly stollen by Bruce when he decided to strike out on his own. This weapon system uses materials that are one-hundred percent undetectable to most, if not all, metal detectors. Along with that, Bruce has fashioned a suitcase to be able to hold this weapon and fire at targets discreetly. Despite it's plastic nature, this submachine gun is nothing but a practical tool for a practical killer.

Name: Meldwick Fraiser

Faction: Britain. He is not necessarily patriotic in nature and is more than willing to try and appeal to both sides, although he tries to keep up with his superiors as well so he isn’t marked rouge.

Appearance: He is the kind of guy who is easily forgotten, with features that are very commonly found. However, he has a very slight smirk always on his face, and a somewhat arrogant attitude.

Background: Having joined the “business” 10 or so years ago, he is known for having stolen several designs and plans as well as assassination missions to take down various corporate figures. Not much else is known nor on record; he often uses an alias and has little paperwork to identify him.

Skills: He is good at charming information out of people and faking as someone he is not; skills that have led him to success in the past. He is very good at making up an identity and sticking with it - he speaks several languages and can imitate accents. He speaks, naturally, fluent english and can communicate in Russian, German, and French.

Signature Gadget: He often carries small chemical mixtures for distractions that cause minor bits of chaos, or once in a while larger specialized ones (ie, poison, a dangerous explosive substance).
