I've made a description of the Schoolhouse so that you all have a general idea of what the place is like. PM me before you visit, please.
The schoolhouse has stood since before you were born, since before even the oldest person in the village was born, and it's here in its single room that every child allowed by their parents has learned about the history and scientific knowledge of The Valley. The room itself is quaint, to say the least, little more than desks and shelves of books, though a curtain in the back leads to the small room where Morgia Thatch, and other teachers before her, would stay overnight in the event of a storm or similar danger.

The entire place is surrounded by an old fence (best not to lean on it -- the wood has gone soft and wouldn't support a bird) and all is bare except for the dust road leading to the backyard, where grass no longer grows after generations of play. Behind that, across the fence, are The Big Rocks, a group of large toppled stones, some placed precariously on top of one another. A deathly chill is in the air around it, felt even from across the fence if you're close enough, and in the mornings there is even frost clinging to them.
@Prisk As far as I see it, there's no such thing as "have to wait". There comes a point where they either post or they get left behind so that the RP can survive.
Want me to jump in, or do you want to finish this fight yourself first?
@Scarifar It's only "Slice of Life" in the calm moments that actually take place in The Valley, between adventures, it's not the focus.

@Princess Luna I like it, it's good to have at least one younger character -- it's good motivation for finding Morgia!

Great intros so far to everyone who started; in particular I can't wait until Amaeda meets Tooth.
Yeah sorry, I'm involved in a lot of gross life stuff right now that's conflicting with my roleplaying. I'll keep subscribed though and if I get some more free time I'll jump in.
@Princess Luna@Scarifar Go ahead guys, the more the merrier.

Sorry for the slight delay, real life hit me kind of hard but that's luckily been settled! You guys shouldn't worry too much about erratic posting times right now; things are going to be leisurely to start out, and hopefully we're all going to be a little less busy once things pick up.

I'm posting an introductory paragraph into the IC and then it's up to you guys. Meet up, get to know one another, flesh The Valley out however you like -- you're all in control. I'll take over with narration for anyone who decides to investigate the school.

After that, who knows what will happen?

Another day passes, and Morgia Thatch doesn't return. People have looked, apparently not hard enough, because there's no possible way she would leave The Valley, no way she could leave The Valley even if she wanted to.

Everyone else has given up; but the school children she used to teach still whisper with one another about The Big Rocks - a group of stones behind the schoolhouse with a deathly chill in the air around them. Kids aren't supposed to go over there, the adults spin wild stories of witch curses to keep them from climbing up them and getting hurt, but that's where Morgia was last seen.

Witch or no witch -- you're going to get her back.
We are, I decided to put it off for a day because a few people got back to me and said they'd upload sheets today. We'll see if they actually do.
Lemme go a bit beyond the "When people leave without saying anything" complaint;

What really annoys me is when people leave, you ask them if they're coming back, and they still ignore you. Luckily almost everyone will respond if I PM them about it, but you do get that occasional person who just refuses to say anything on the matter.
