Now that's a nice touch~ though for the music to be even more fitting he really should learn more about swordplay than:"the pointy end stabs and the sharp one cuts":3 Good thign he will have more than enough opportunities to use thze sword

You best learn through practice. Perhaps he can use Karen as practice target? :P

He surely can practice with her, as she is a good with a sword. Also the fact that she is quite fast and agile would get him used to deal with speedy targets.

Exactly my point! When he get's used to her speed and agility everything slower than her would be menageble for him!
The priciple is the same as in difficulty in video games, if you only play on hard, the moment you switch to easy/normal it would be a walk in the park!

*insert obama not bad face here* makling character sheets, location sheets is always fun. Or to be precise making things is fun in general. It's like part of the reason why I enjoy rpgs with character creation. I love to throw a lot of time in creating the character as I want it to.

Hey, I had a character in mind. How would you feel about a wizard? And in particular a foreign one? Perhaps from Florine, which was mentioned in the Kingdom of Dawn description as a neighbor? I had some backstory and motivations that I'd thought of.

Just a quick bit of info about the State Of Florine. There is no monarchy, but rather a senate; very much like ancient Rome. Though it's not in the Northern Lands, it's certainly not a hot country (think of Dawn as like North England/Scotland climate, and Vasili as like Norway climate). Religion would be mostly COL (at least 60% COL). Of course feel free to fill in the gaps and add lore.

"These infected are more akin to the type of zombies you see in 28 Days, rather than Shaun of the Dead. The stronger and faster the host, the more dangerous they are once infected. They are most dangerous when they first become aggressive, as they are in peak condition and still have a moderate degree of intelligence. They do seem to whither over time, but they sustain strength due to the magic and through eating when they can. They are able to take a lot of punishment and the only sure way to take them down so far has been by destroying the brain or by using magic."

Don't underestimate the infected or you will get your ass handed to you!

Aye but isn't it like.. the more you venture north (to the source) the more hungry and slow they become? You're kinda venturing into an area where they haven't turned for a while since that's so close to the source, there's no food really, right?

Imagine if they had.. some sort of sentience. They start forming up for war and go to zombie war with other nearby villages, castles or cities. :P 2 armies of 50 zombies marching towards eachother. Pretty sweet.

The day zombies start to go to war with each other, is the day the world will explode in a cloud of magic dust and unicorns will prance around singing god save the gueen, while a rockstar zombie does one hell of a guitar solo lol

Falkreach isn't confirmed as the source, it's just the first 'civilised' place that it was spotted. The infected haven't degraded much over seven weeks because I'm Batman magic. That said, you're right to say that the further North you go the less there will be and the weaker they will be too; but at this point players will have to contend with the environment and other threats >:D

Makes sense. Perhaps a new threat will appear when we go North.

Basically that far north, first problem: weather! I guess near the mountains the weather will get colder and colder, probably snow and blizzards will be a occurign problem? second problem supplies!!! there is only so much supplies we will be able to carry and not to mention since the plague also affects animals, there will be little to no pray to hunt for food. How right am I?
