Possibly but the Uchiha ain't some weak clan it'd take some pretty powerful ninja to take them or they'd need to stage the coup and be wiped out like that. It just seems like something that would need to be settled later and since Kuro is the only Uchiha in the group it'd be something that really only majorly effect him in terms of personality.
