Motherhugging Chapter 1.

Yeah, you'll be hugging your mothers goodbye because this is the END AT THE BEGINNING!

Bodies covering the roads leading up to the memorial was a dead give away for battle. If that wasn't obvious then the giant Angel in the sky should be. The Angel known as Rayquaza loomed over Konohagakure.

With each breath it summoned lightning from its mouth and struck the village below. Humans and demons alike were nuked, burned, and dismembered. What brought about the wrath of the Messenger of the Gods?

That's for you to find out!

"We capture the demon!" Kanobu Inumo exclaimed. His rage already getting the better of him, the Hokage's aid was desperate for ideas. Being the "Demon Master" said that he was an expert on demons but angels were something beyond him and so far beyond the village's capacity to resist. Just one had so far destroyed property like it was an egg on a frying pan. Fires near the academy were burning down walls.

"Do you plan on using one of your scrolls? This is nonsense! We need a better plan than a game of tag. This is an angel we are talking about not an ordinary demon living in the wall." The Hokage's council woman said.

"Better than that! We'll seal the Angel into a host that way the seal won't break. I've already devised a formula and seal perfect for the host!" Kanobu said, holding up an enormous scroll.

"Who will be such host?!" The council woman shouted.

[Kronshi]

Shavodri stood inside the hokage's office, staring at the great Angel in the sky. There was a man standing outside with a giant scroll. What this was supposed to do to the Angel, Shavodri couldn't tell. "Maybe I should just punch it in the face."

"Punch it in the face? Surely you're joking. Uh, sorry I don't know your name. I am Kanobu Inumo Demon Master. Instead of punching it in the face how about we weaken it then capture the angel. I have heard about another village already doing this so why not attempt this ourselves. I mean now or never!" Kanobu looked eager but naive. He had not yet seen the full carnage building up around the village.

"Unless of course, you have a better idea!"

[Kronshi]

"I thought punching it in the face would be a pretty good idea. Come on Absol, Blaziken, I need some help to get up there." Shavodri and his two demon pets walked out of the office. Shavodri climbed on top of Absol who in turn was picked up by Blaziken. "Blaziken get us as high as you can and then throw me and Absol at the Angel." Blaziken followed his orders and as Absol reached the peak off his ascent, Shavodri jumped off of him and towards Rayquaza. Shavodri put all of his Taijutsu powers into his fist and unleashed a tremendous punch into Rayqauza's gabba.

Not expecting a flying ninja, the Rayquaza was caught off guard by the powerful punch applied to its neck. A tremendous pop could be heard across the village, it was the sound of a neck breaking. To be more specific, the sound of Rayquaza getting its shit WRECKED.

The Angel fell from the sky, head first toward the buildings below. This time a localized vibration was felt by those near the Ramen shop. Cowering villagers peeked from their hiding places to see what was happening. And it looked like the beast was temporarily knocked out, thanks to the effort of the... actually no one knew. Not a single shinobi could be seen standing over the ang--- oh wait!

A man fell from the sky, like a rocket heading toward the Angel. His plan had been to punch the creature in the face but now it was a matter of breaking his fall from the high altitude attack! (Make a landing attempt using any means you can think of and roll your dice in the ooc.)

The villagers gasped, especially Kanobu Inumo who was awestruck by this man efforts. "How the hell did he manage to do that?!" The assistant wondered. "Oh! I should try my sealing technique now! Before the creature gets back up.. or should I try to help that man from his fall?! I need to make a choice!"

Kanobu put down his giant scroll then took out six smaller ones. He threw them into the air, letting them pop out all at once. Six demons surrounded the shinobi.

"We're gunna catch a falling ninja! Go Bubble, Helping Hand, Ancient Power, Trick Room, Mud Water, and Dig!" Kanobu's list of commands worked to create a way to catch the shinobi.

Vulpix dug up and area close to were the ninja looked to fall, then mud water filled the hole for a pool of liquid, trick room surrounded the area, allowing it to manipulate speed and time so the fall would not be harsh, then ancient power threw rocks on the sides of the pool, preventing the water from escaping the circle. Last of all was Umbreon's Helping Hand which further strengthened the power of the other techniques. The end was Bubble, sitting on top of the water allowing it to break the fall of the falling shinobi. (I need to roll to see how well I can assist you.)

Would that be enough!?

Sorom sighed, exasperated. Of course, out of all of the possible plans punching it in the face worked. It was almost sad really. He stayed where he was looking out from the window and mentally grasped at the Rayquaza's mind with the assistance of Ralts, Tie yourself in knots! "Gallade, since punching it in the face seems to work fine you do it." The demon gave a nod and jumped out the window charging at the Rayquaza with its blade like arms. He could've attempted to help Shavodri but it seemed Kanobu had it under control.

[Kronshi]

Shavodri hurtled towards the ground and purposely avoided the safe landing and went for a dive bomb kick to Rayquaza's side. He was hoping his taijutsu would keep his legs from breaking, and even of they did break at least Rayquaza would be injured by this. Right? As Shavodri came in contact with the Angel, the sound of bones breaking could be heard, whether it was his or Rayquaza's is yet to be known.

Rayquaza came to in nearly an instant, but somehow something entered his mind. His massive form whipped into action causing the air itself to thrash outward as it tangled its body in a defensive formation. The poor building underneath, an accounting firm, was demolished along with the surrounding business buildings. The Hokage would have to worry about rebuilding yet again.

That slash of air whipped up just in time to nail Gallade, sending him backwards BUT doing a fucking awesome flip with a spin it landed on Kanbo's landing pad with grace of autumn leaves in the chilling wind.

Shavodri, ignoring the landing pad was attempting the drop kick from the sky, however Rayquaza was in a defensive formation, prepared to handle a frontal attack. That being said Shavodri shattered his shin on impact with the Angel's motherpunching tough scales. One standing as close as Gallade could hear the shatter of the leg bones, like an accordion. (-1d4 die until it's healed. We're close to the hospital and there are medic ninja EVERYWHERE.)

Seeing something go wrong, Kanobu ran closer, trying to see the action. He caught up to the Gallade that was (somehow) balanced on top of the bubble which was floating on the mud pool.

"What happened?! Did he just land on the Angel?" Kanubu asked, hoping that crazy ninja was alright.

Sorom looked down worriedly, Shavodri might be an idiot but still, broken legs was no time for petty rivalry. He mentally talked to Gallade through Ralts,Bleed that Angel, he commanded. Gallade growled and leapt off the bubble of water ignoring Kanbu and landing on a nearby building, crossing its arms and slashing forwards causing waves of physic energy to lash through the air towards the Rayquaza. Sorom's voice echoed through Kanbu's head, "Yes Shavodri landed on the angel, from the looks of it he broke something, mind fixing that for me?" then he turned his attention on the Rayquaza. Concentrating together Ralts and himself attempted to send the Rayquaza into a world of false realities leaving it unable to act in the real world.

The Gallade's psychic attack reached the Angel but when it hit the tough scales the attack bounced backwards, countering the Gallade (roll 1d4 and subtract that from your normal Gallade roll.) It seemed that the Angel's scales were a unique power itself that made it near invulnerable. However, the psychic attack caused the Angel to go blind, unable to see the world. The Genjutsu user and Ralts would have to concentrate though for the Angel's mind was already forcing them out by the way of its mighty rage. (Roll each turn to maintain).

"Something broke? Where's a Medical Nin when you need one. Then again.. isn't the hospital near by? I could apply first aid but a broken bone is a bit much.' Kanobu looked toward his Demons. "Umbreon, use Wish." The Dark Pokemon looked at the injured shinobi, its eyes glowed with a vibrant yellow then the shine faded with the rise of a star shooting from the circular pattern on its forehead. (Rolled 5, you can apply this once to your next roll Shavodri. Also your pain is temporarily reduced to a decent level of tolerance but not enough to put pressure on the leg.)

"Now how about we get started on that sealing!" Kanobu looked around. He needed a host for the Angel. He considered himself a candidate but it wasn't going to be possible to apply a finalized seal if it failed to work.

"Oi! This is the Assistant of the Hokage, I need an Angel Host if we're planning on the capture to work." Kanobu spoke through his radio ear piece, hoping that someone would listen. (*COUGH COUGH* JOIN US IF YOU'RE READING THIS *COUGH COUGH*) Eitherway there had to be something Kanobu could do so he threw his giant scroll in the air, letting it unwrap itself all over the stunned Angel.

"Sentence of 10000 Miles, 384th Prison!" The giant paper exploded, resulting in thousands of meters of chains to appear around the beast." Kanobu's demons joined in, each contributing their own technique to the fuinjutsu. (Pumping 1 die. 2,6,6 for Leader. 3, 2, 6, 6, 6. for the 5 other pokemon. WOO PERFECT 18! BUT THAT'S NOT ENOUGH JUST YET. I NEED A HOST.)

But without a host all the shinobi could do was stall.

Sorom looked around frustrated, it seemed no on was moving quick enough to reach the Angel it was in danger of breaking free. Time above all else was of the essence, Ralts and himself were barely holding the beast in check. "No time, use Gallade as the host, tell him what is needed!" Sorom told Kanobu talking quickly. Then, he quickly shot off a mental command to Gallade, "Do as Kanobu tells you!" it nodded and quickly retreated back to Kanobu's location still shaking off the effects of its reflected attack.

It was a risky move to be sure, Sorom didn't even know what would happen as a result, sealing a demon inside another one? The very idea was ludicrous, hopefully just insane enough to work. Sorom quickly reasserted his mental control with the assistance of Ralts once again slamming his powers against the creatures, he didn't know how the long the seal of Kanobu's would hold but they needed every second he could buy.

A light shot out from the pile of chains, shooting into the air and then into the Gallade. With courage the demon was ready for the Angel. Behind the beam of light chains followed after in a tornado of metal. Quickly Gallade was surrounded and held still by the fuinjutsu that was completing its purpose.

Rayquaza was captured and Gallade was made the host.

The chains were absorbed by the demon and the mummification by chains quickly disappeared. However, the Gallade looked different.



Gallade, now the container of a force unknown always runs the risk of losing the power upon the world again. But if it learns to control the destructive force within then the Angel within the Demon may be of use. (1d10 to the Gallade dice btw since it did something epic!)

[Kronshi]

Blaziken rushed in and grabbed Shavodri, carrying him away from the Angel and toeards the hospital. While Absol tried to get one final attack on the beast. As Absol jumped toward Rayquaza, the Angel disappeared and Absol flopped to the ground. A new angelic presence could be felt nearby and Absol turned around to face it, only to see a daemon with angelic markings.

From out of the ruins around them, people began to see the rubble. Homes, businesses, and monuments of the village were crushed while others appeared unharmed. But there was a cheer erupting from the people, a praise for glory and honor for the heroes of the leaf village.

(Everyone roll a cliche, if it gets more than half of its dice maxed (3d6 would need two 6s) then add +1d4 or increase one die of that cliche by one size!)

Medical ninja appeared around Shavodri, taking a look at the found. They told him that it would be repaired in due time but not to put any pressure on it until a surgery could be completed. Thankfully the Umbreon's wish would lower the pain.

As for the Gallade, it looked different as well as behaved differently. Its emotion was no longer as stable nor its movements as graceful. There was an awakening of strength but also the kernel of rage. The Angel would eventually seep into the Gallade's chakra and their lives would be intertwined.

The Hokage's assistant, Kanobu was already back at the hokage's office. He was busy filling out reports and passive aggressively telling the council, "SUCK IT BITCHES" but not actually saying it.

SHITTASTIC CHAPTER 2

Well, part of the village is gone, power is out and the infrastructure has gone to shit. Time to rebuild, or at least find someone to do it for you.

Two months passed by in Konoha but rebuilding was slow despite the numerous shinobi working on the village. Carpentry was in demand but in recent events many were killed during the "Holy Invasion."

Kanobu was monitoring the growth of his demons as well as taking reports over the Gallade. The assistant had come to know the two other shinobi much better, having taken reports from them after HI. It could be said that Kanobu saw them as more heroic than himself. But everyone thought of them as the three Sanin of Konoha.

The Hokage was busy with perhaps too much paper work and had politics on his mind. The most dangerous events had not yet begun. The gods had sent Rayquaza but their motives were unclear to the village's leader.

Shavodri's leg had recovered very nicely in such a short period. They say that his stamina was remarkable, perhaps he had gained some divine power by fighting the Angel.

It was morning on the first day of summer. The sun was about to peek its warm rays over the faces of the Hokage Monument. The glow of the morning sun cast orange hues on the clouds in the sky. However, those awake at this hour were not admiring nature in the slightest.

Kanobu has arranged a meeting among the Sanin. They had an important mission at hand and he awaited them for briefing in the Hokage's Office.

Sorom rolled out of bed lazily. Ugh some sort of meeting toady about a mission or some such. "Come on guys lets go." he said yawning at the end of the sentence and leaving his home. It had been a strange two months adjusting to the new Gallade. He was much the same but never quite seemed to be fully in control as he used to be, his movements just slightly... off. Sometimes Gallade ignored him completely and once had nearly attacked him, it was a little frightening but the incidents seemed to be getting more under control happening with less and less frequency. He arrived at the Hokage's office with his demons behind him, "Something about a mission?" Sorom asked as he walked in barely suppressing another yawn. Gawds he hated mornings.

"Yes!" Kanobu said with his planner out. "I see only you're coming so I bet the other is busy. But that just leaves us."

"Anyway the mission is difficult. We need to infiltrate an organization located at the border of the Land of Fire and Land of Earth."

"Have you been there before, Sorom?"

[Eklispe]

Sorom groaned internally, a infiltration mission probably wasn't the best with Gallade's current state of thing but he would do as best as he was able. "No, most of my missions have been relatively local, what exactly are we infiltrating and why?" Sorom inquired eager to get the information on this mission. Knowledge was power after all.

[SiliconColt]

"Well that makes two of us." The assistant flipped through papers. His fingers were like a man's legs running it appeared as though he'd been doing this all day since the skill it took just to avoid paper cuts was baffling. "Here, this should explain the organization."

He gave the paper to Sorom.

Shadows of the Tree

This organization is responsible for a recent communications issue with the Land of Earth. Our messenger didn't return after instructions were given saying that he'd need to bring back more than the Land of Earth's reply. He was also taking a package from the Land of Earth containing an important scroll. Now that the SotT has the scroll it's likely that they've been studying its contents and learning about the Guardians.

"And we're going to retrieve it from them, even if it means risking our lives." That part was probably obvious by now. "Stealth my not be the only option, after all we're not sure where this organization is. I'm betting its in an underground base. But in order to find it I believe we need to be captured by them and then the'll take us back. Any ideas for an alternative plan, Sorom?"

[Eklispe]

"No, there doesn't seem to be much in the way of other options. We can't afford the manpower to search the area for it and that would likely be fruitless anyway." Sorom said thoughtfully, "The capture route seems the best option, though ideally the one who gets captured would have a team mate to follow them and eventually free them. It certainly is risky but I see no other option." Sorom said shaking his head before finally saying, "So who am I going with then? I assume we leave immediately?"

[SiliconColt]

"You'll be going with a Shiro Yamanaka, Tozuken Nara, and myself. I've already sent those two ahead of us since time is an important factor." Kanobu put the papers in a file then into a drawer.

"We need to be ready by sun down. I've got everything scheduled according the the Hokage's orders and we'll be travelling in the night as to avoid any spies within the village. I doubt we'll be followed but just in case I've set up a decoy group. Choose a disguise for yourself and meet me at the north gate, precisely 8:41 pm. I'll have silver hair and a chunin vest on. The name will be Kazuko. My demons will be in the form of genin. However, I ask that you use the name Jyugo until we leave the village. The guard has the paperwork for all of us so use this stamp to obtain the gear that's waiting for us at the gate."

Kanobu gave him the stamp.

"Until then!" Kanobu left the office getting ready.
