[IC] Fallen Angel [Jett Ryu & Luna]

[Miraboreasu]

"In the name of God, I purge the demon from you." Aban slammed his open palm into the man's chest. In a flash of light, the demon disappeared, screaming. The victim slumped to the ground, unconscious. Aban and his partner Lyon had been exorcising demons and hunting fallen angels for hours now. He was tired, but not only because he'd been working; he was tired of doing the Church's bidding. He wished to be a freer man.

[Luna]

In the center of the small town they were in something fell from the sky right in the center ruining the status of their former king, smoke was everywhere as the people gasped and walked closer some of them going to get Abran thinking another fallen angel invaded their small town.

[Miraboreasu]

Aban rushed forward, ax drawn. He couldn't see through the dust cloud, but he walked into it anyways. Lyon was on the other side of town, interrogating an accused witch. He wouldn't have any backup if things went south.

[Luna]

The smoke clear revealing a girl laying in the center of the crater her white wings slowly turning back hair dark red hair haloed around her, she was in daze not relaizing the danger she was in, her white egyptian like dress becoming dirty.

[Miraboreasu]

Aban froze, mesmerized. She... she's beautiful, he thought. For a moment, he stood, slack-jawed. But as the dust cleared, he was aware that people were watching. He had a duty to fulfill. With a warcry, he raised his ax and charged.

[Luna]

She blinked and finally saw him she quickly got up and trying to get out of the hole but the dirt didnt hold and she fell back down, tears in eyes and turned to see him him still charging at him before she braced herself for the killing hit.

[Miraboreasu]

But he missed. The ax lodged into the stone, and as he faked trying to tug it out, Aban whispered, "Run! Fly into the forest!"

[Luna]

She nodded and took her chance one she got her wings to work she flew quickly making the town people scream and get out of her way as she made her way into forest and landed roughly in the clearing just three miles away parts of her wings were broken from her landing

[Miraboreasu]

Aban ran after her, as he was expected to do. Townsfolk cheered him. They applaud the slaughter of angels? he thought with disgust. Soon he'd reached the clearing where the angel landed. He slowed, set his ax down on the ground. "I don't want to hurt you," he said.

[Luna]

She looked at him with her golden eyes. "W Why are you helping me...I am just another enemy" she said trying to hold back a sob of pain that went from her wings to her brain, she sat up watching him her wings furling up causing her to wince in pain. "W...Why are you helping me......" she asked.

[Miraboreasu]

"I'm tired of being a pawn," Aban answered. "I'm tired of killing angels. I just want to stop and disappear."

[Luna]

She blinked surprised and nodded before standing up she was the same height as him and looked around the forest. "Perhaps I can help you since I have to try and esacpe the town" she said

[Miraboreasu]

Aban nodded. "You can create illusions, correct?" he inquired. "By the way, I'm Aban. Aban Llewellyn."

[Luna]

"I am Lilana and yes I can make illusions why do you ask" she asked getitng a little closer but still kept her distance

[Miraboreasu]

"I need it to look like I'm dead," answered Aban. "That's the only way. I can't leave a body though. Can you produce an illusion with blood everywhere?"

[Luna]

She nodded and did so before making them vanish. Lyon came into few of the clearing calling out for him when he heard of another fallen angel that hit town. He saw the blood everywhere and Araban's "body" laying there torn up

[Miraboreasu]

Lyon came across the body and cursed. Before long, he left, seeking the demon or fallen angel that had done this. Aban sighed.
"We should get going," he said. "We need to be as far away from here as possible. When we get far enough, I can splint your wing."

[Luna]

She nodded and started to walked away from the town sensing the direction she was going would be safe for them she moved her wings a little and winced a .little, her wings were really hurting and she looked up at the sky where she fell with sad eyes knowing she deserved the fate that her lord had given her all because she wanted to keep her virginity and didnt see him like that

[Miraboreasu]

After a while, Aban sighed, taking his gauntlets off and rummaging through his bag. He came out with shredded, dried leaves, cloth, and string. He popped the dried leaves into his mouth and found sticks that would work. "This is gonna hurt a little," he warned.

[Luna]

She nodded and braced herself for the pain that she would feel in just a few seconds but she knew it had to for hurt so it could get better. She side glanced him before turning her back to him her wings furled up against her back
