[OOC] Formaroth: Battle for the Throne

OK the post is up. Sorry about the delay, a lot of things got in the way of me being able to write the post in time. As a result The Battle of Ralda will probably be finished by Tuesday instead. @AndrewCooper is currently in the middle of his final exams and will be free by next Sunday. Me and @Sundered Echo have started our collab (though it may be a IC post for the next round of posts).

Well, i could make post after post with constant Steel Fist action of marching, boarding ships and sitting in confined spaces on those ships. But the story isn't really about that.

I want to see the coronation, i will write something up when Claus has arrived in Telmarion. Which is in some time.

As you may have noticed Phoenixwhite hasn't been active on the site for a month now. I think it is highly likely she is not returning (at least not any time soon). The problem is that House Blackwell has quite an important role in the story now and we cannot just drop them as a POV character as we did Sutharlan.

As a result me and Fox agree that we should offer the role of house Blackwell to another RPier so that they can resume the story of house Blackwell. @Fallenreaper @Ellri this offer is also open to you as well if you are interested?

Currently I'm on the observing lines with this rp until further notice (AKA: Until I got RL and my RP stuff sorted. >_< My brain... it needs CPR! *cue laughter, it really helps*) so I'm not likely the best option as it could be some time before that happens. However, I am keeping tabs on the IC off and on whenever I have extra time so I'm enjoying the story and I do appreciate you considering me.

Also I apologise for the delay for the Battle of Ralda again. This time the delay is simply because I didn't predict just how long this IC post was going to be. I am three pages in and am not even a quarter done. What I can tell you is that this is going to be a monster of a post when I finally finish and will have enough content to make the wait worth it. Even so sorry again for the delay.

Now that was a great post.

Cliffhangers, battle, fire raining from the sky.... or should i say 'reigning' from the sky. Whatever that means.
I've noticed a few typos, or more like wrong word uses. Like moral and reign.

It should've been morale and rain. But these are pet peeves of mine, but keep it in mind. Guess i'm doing a bit of proofreading for ya :P

I wonder if i'll be able to top that battle. I'll just have to try >:D

Also as a severe history nerd i cringe a bit at "Fire!" for ordering archers to shoot. But this is a hollywood style rp, and there were fire mages as well so it works fine here.
Dagnabbit, now i'm getting a bit hyped, gonna be some epic fighting in the east! But i need to wait before i can get on with it.
All this waiting :/ (Waiting for the other rp's i'm in as well, so i am stuck in a constant waiting cycle. Not easy when i seem to be the only one without a job or studies, all this waiting.)

In my defense I did have to proof read 11 pages worth of writing. Also I agree on the "FIRE" bit. Originally I was going to have him say "Shoot" but it just didn't seem to have the same effect. Either way I'm glad you like it.
