So the general premise is we'll be making ninja from the Allied nations, (see world history section) and fighting in many small “wars” as the allied nations slowly get victories, and losses and world war plays out. There will be no “third parties” in the beginning of the RP, though Iwagakure may make a move sometime in the midgame. And yeah that's basically the gist of it all.
My goal is probably one or two teams of ninja lumped together from the allied nations, having pooled their forces to best balance their chances at winning. And a few “bosses” for us to beat, or lose to from the almighty land of fire. Though please note that if you play a boss, you must also play one of the allied warriors, and your boss may only be put into play after I call for it.

Typical to the narutoverse, Konoha, or rather the land of fire is seen as the saviors of the world, righteous peacekeepers in all that they do. However, as years have passed, wars raged and the long stressed relations with all nations have been pushed to the breaking point. Weak bonds snapped as the Daimyo of Fire has announced with a certainty. “Accept my reign, an offer of peace, longevity, and prosperity. Or be wiped away from the land with purifying flames. Wars need not be fought, they should end and we can provide that, we will do so in swift motion, one stroke to cleanse this land we call home of hostility, and provide a peace that shall be eternal. I am your king, your lord, and I urge you to pledge your life to my rule, or be seen as an enemy to the peace of our world.” They offer peace yes, but it comes from either destruction or submission, neither being options that the masses would adore.
The remaining great nations have made their choices, not wanting to push a war, the Land of Water, giving up their attempts at opposition, the Lands of Tea, Noodles, and the other various islands scattered throughout the seas quickly followed suit. Just a few short years before our story, the Land of Wind had been ravaged by one of the many great wars, and now stands as an abandoned wasteland, with desolation as far as the eye can see. The land of wind having had been an ally of the Land of fire, and it is said that their desolation is what has drove the Land of fire to such savagery, such dishonorable deeds.
The land of lightning had tried to take a stand in opposition to The land of Fire. Though that stand was short-lived, as they were run over by a storm of fervorent warriors from the land of fire that cleansed the earth of all in opposition to the reign of the Fire Daimyo. The lands of Rice, Hotsprings, and Frost being casualties in the wake of war.
Who are left to take a stand against the Land of Fire? The “Weak”, the “Helpless”. The ones you would think would be the first to topple. But no they stand firm with an alliance strong in their hearts, an alliance of the powerless. The lands of Iron and their Samurai, The Land of Waterfalls, their ninjas and waters said to give birth to heroes. The Land of Grass with their wisdom, and their Blood Prison, a toolbox of volatile commandos waiting to be unleashed. The Land of Rivers and their craftsmen, weapons fit for gods supplied to the entire resistance. The Land of rain with their Defenses, their illusions. The lands of Fang and Claw, with their savagery and ties to nature bring the strongest of allies to the front, Summoners and savage berserkers without fear of death. The Land of bears and their supernatural strength, and endurance. The land of mountains and their traps, their unmatched cunning.
Across the Seas there is yet more who would resist, and have been preparing for a move against the Land of fire, An alliance that spans a continent, And an alliance that knows no bounds. Reaching out to those that are being oppressed by the Tyranny of Fire.
And yet still there is The Land of Earth, with its secluded location, withdrawn into a stalwart defense, None may pass in or out. Yet there are rumors of them being a mercenary state. Hiding in their impenetrable defense and feeding off the resistance, their soldiers in disguise and not risking their lives more than they need. A sullied reputation a small price to pay if at some point the time comes right to take the world as their own.

Asking as he doesn't go infinite you should be okay using a mechanic like that. Seeing the whole idea on paper so to speak would help me make a more accurate judgement though.

Description: Eagan is a dōjutsu kekkei genkai, which only appears in skilled members of the Washi clan. When the Eagan is activated both eyes glow yellow. The Eagan has many abilities, the main ability is the users eyesight is 4-8 times stronger than human eyesight but those who has mastered the Eagan can improve their vision to 10-15 time stronger.
Note: There is three visual jutsu, First: Eagan - Almighty Winds, Just like the almighty push this Jutsu can push anything physical attacks but this jutsu uses a lot of chakra. Second: Eagan - Vision Link, by summoning eagles the user will have a 360° field vision and this jutsu is good for information collecting. Third: Eagan - Genjutsu Eagles Pray, this genjutsu is powerful but requires 1 Minute to use, when under this genjutsu your body is paralyzed making you a easy target.
Weakness: Eagan causes huge strain the eyes and they can go blurry for a week if used for long periods of time or repeatedly without much rest.

Personality: Rin has a personality that is unlike the stereotypical aloof Hidden Valley personalities one would assume to find. She has been faced with death, lost a few of those most close to her, and has spent many nights crying herself to sleep. Despite it all, Rin has managed to keep her same bubbly personality that keeps people wanting to know her. She is tough, determined, and stubborn. If she dosen't get what she wants right away, she will fight and fight, never letting up until she gets it. She hates few things and loves a lot of things. Though it once was easy to upset her, or get her to cry, it is much more difficult now. After years of trying to learn patience and control over her emotions, she had finally suceeded in such and is more laid back than she used to be. Rin is a quick thinker, unpredictable, and she hits hard everytime, never letting up when faced with tough challenges. She refuses to ever let down her teammates, villiage, sensei's, etc. and is extremely loyal. She can be trusted to follow through with tasks without hesitation, and no longer does she second guess herself. When she is not training, sleeping, or on missions, she can be found dragging often unwilling close ones out to eat before using her adorable charm to get them to pay. Not once has she failed with that.

Strengths: Rin has advanced chakra control after years of practice. She has the ability to project her wind chakra outwards and produce powerful ninjutsu without using weapons like many others with this nature type. Being an adept sensory ninja, she can detect enemies that are even well hidden and can feel the smallest gusts of wind caused by the slightest movements.
Weaknesses: Rin can be a bit of an air head at times. She is clumsy and sometimes fails to recognize the seriousness of some situations. She is very much immature at times, though she can't help it really. Being forced to stay within her home village makes her kind of overly excited when out on missions, and she always wants to have fun.

Description: A large amount of chakra is built up and gathered in Rin's fist. When she hits the target, the chakra is released, causing a lot of damage, depending on how much chakra was gathered.
Weakness: While trying to attack head on, Rin is open to counter attacks from her sides and rear. Also this move tends to be avoidable to a ninja who is quick on their feet.

Description: A simple technique that when Rin's hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human or something much larger. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.
Weakness: The gale dissipates fast depending on the amount of chakra used. Typically only lasts a few seconds before the winds are gone. As a result, the attack does little but waste up chakra if it doesn't hit the target.

Description: After clapping her hands together, Rin holds them together for a moment to gather chakra. When her hands are open and thrust forward, a giant gust of sharp winds are released. This severely damages the target on contact, easily snapping small to medium trees in half. There is no way to escape after being caught in it, and one must wait until the winds fade away.
Weakness: Due to the destructive nature of the attack, Rin has little control over the winds. If an ally is caught in them, they can be injured just as severely as an enemy. There is no way to stop the jutsu until the chakra dissipates the winds.

Weakness: They are eagles. Therefore they are fragile and have very little combat use.
