While I have put up a quick reply I wish to point out to [@clanjo] that they seem to have misinterpreted Kafka's last post? He did not attack, merely stood firm with the others and brandished his weapon. But meh, how ever ya'll want to play the scene out is fine with me.

Um, Clanjo, the gems are bubbled still right? As in the same kind of bubble that Steven used to survive the crash of a giant space ship and its subsequent explosion? I personally don't think A low level sonic attack that was basically a load gust of wind would harm them much.

But perhaps that is best left to the GM to decide. @LokiLeo789, what is your call?

No, they would not be affected by such an attack. Don't go and start killing off Gems like that, your attack would not harm the Gems inside, so @clanjos please edit you post.

I mean, Steven literally popped the Centipeedle bubble by falling on it. And they've popped due to sound related attacks before.

I assumed they were the entirely poppable bubbles that Garnet, Amythest, and Pearl used to capture most of the gems before Steven was allowed on missions. Remember how easy they were to pop? As Xenonia says, Steven just fell on one and it burst.

And honestly, sonic attacks are really dangerous to start with. Especially ones strong enough to stop projectiles in their tracks- that requires meeting them with equal force. It's kinda like hitting a brick wall. So there's really three options here: Bubble's invulnerable and the sudden stop catapults the gem against an indestructable wall, the sudden stop carries inertia and the Gem shoots through the bubble anyway, OR the bubble's popped by the impact of the sudden sound and the gem's flung backwards from the sudden force.

Fair enough, though I sort of took that as rose rem magic doing rose gem magic stuffs.

A more relevant point is I describe in my post they force generated did not stop them in their tracks. It was a firm current of force, like a river or current. the were gradually stopped. The trick was magic, my characters magic trick, and I rather characterized my character as the type to understand the danger and apply her power in a wise manner.

But at the end of the day when it comes to plot important details, like the damage of bubbled gems, that is up the GM. GM says no damage done to gems.
