[IC] Yugioh: The King's Shadow

[Jazz]

Yami wandered himself. "I guess we will find ou lt when I should ever play it. However I think he might know what to expect since he gave the card to me."

Serena nodded and looked after Adam. “I have a feeling there’s more to Adam…then even I know”

[Jazz]

Yami placed a hand on her shoulder to reassure her. "I'm sure he will reveal it in time." Knowing he would but when was going to be the real question to it all.

Serena nodded as Yugi stood up and said “shall we head to the hospital now?”

[Jazz]

Yami had finished his plate and nodded. As did Joey and Marik. Seto agreed as he stood. Yami went to go get his deck and duel disk as well as Serena's before coming back and handing duel disk with desk to her.

Serena smiled as she took her things and Yugi asked “hey did you guys get those cards too? Joey showed me his…” mokuba walked up and asked “Seto can I come this time?”

[Jazz]

Yami nodded to Yugi's question. "We did." He goes through his deck and pulls out Messenger of the Gods.

Seto looks toward his little brother and nods. "I was told you might like it. Plus this gives the system time to trace the code while we're gone."

Serena pulled out The Bane card as Joey shows Rennet. Duke said “Seto and I got Khymn…wonder who else is going to show up” Ishizu walked in and said “is it alright if we come? Marik wants to check on Derek…”

[Jazz]

Yami looked at the Tomb Keepers and smiled. "Of course you can come. Doesn't the say goes 'the more the merrier?'"

Marik smiled and gave a small fist pump. He was ready to go duel disk and all.

"We ready yet?" Joey asks getting a tad impatient but the energy from breakfast didn't help.

Yami nods before looking toward Adam. "Did you wish to come with us?"

Adam said “not this time…I have some questions that need answering and I’ll go see my brother later on…you guys have fun…” he walked towards his work space as Tristen and Odion came out. Serena said “well that’s everyone. Shall we?”

[Jazz]

With everyone ready, they were put the door and heading toward the hospital. Walking outside, it was indeed nice outside. Some clouds in the sky and a slight breeze.

Yugi lead the way with Joey as Tristen and Duke took up the rear. Serena looked around them as they made it to the main part of the city and said “it is lovely in the light of day…” mokuba walked with Seto, looking at the god card and asked “so…is this card as strong as those other god cards?”

Yami was surprised by Serena's comment. "Have you not seen Domino City?" He asks her.

Seto shrugs. "You would think so. But I wont know till she's played." He answers. "I don't expect to play her unless she is needed."

Serena shook her head as she walked “not really, only the last month but mainly working on this stuff…

Duke said “hopefully not as crazy as the other god cards…” Yugi sighed and said “I’m a little jealous…”

[Jazz]

"You jealous?" Joey asked. "Why is that?" Surprised Yugi was jealous. He rarely pegged him as the jealous type.

Yami had an idea after hearing her answer. "Perhaps I could show you around Domino sometime?" There is even a theme park here that was quite fun." He blushes after telling her.

Yugi sighed and said “just that gods picked you guys…feel a little left out that’s all”

Serena smiled and said “really? That would be great! Thank you”

[Jazz]

Joey softened after hearing Yugi's answer. "There's a god or goddess will chose ya. I don't see how they can't!" Joey said hoping to cheer his friend up.

Yami smiled with excitement. "Maybe, tomorrow?" He asks, feeling a bit more confident in asking. "Just us? A date as they call it?" He managed though feeling a bit nervous.

Yugi waved his hand and said “it’s okay Joey really. I’m not like the rest of you…I’m great support…” he smiled as he rubbed the back of his head.

Serena blushed a little and nodded “yes…a real date…that sounds perfect”

Mokuba was listening and poked Seto “umm…when did that happen?”

[Jazz]

Joey grabs Yugi in a head lock as they walked and started rubbing his first softly into his tri-colored hair. "Don't run yourself short! No pun intended. You're more special than you know. You solved the Millenium Puzzle, made friends with Yami and even got us to be your friends. If no deity sees how special you are than their something wrong with'em."

Yami nodded, inwardly excited about the approval for the date. He couldn't wait which got him more excited for their duel at the dueling club. Yami would be considered love struck but how could he no when you've remembered about you're lover from ten thousand years ago that you kept secret from everyone back then.

Seto looked at Mokuba before back toward Serena and Yami. He had heard about this date Yami was planning. Though it seemed like a good idea for the two though he didn't care, was glad that his friend/rival found himself a girlfriend. "You were waking up when Yami and Serena announced their relationship to everyone."

Yugi cried out in laughed as Joey grabbed him and he said “I know Joey but…still…I’m not like you all…that’s okay really…”

Serena smiled at how excited he was and said “I can’t wait. Also for the dueling club. I’m excited to see the others duel more then myself”

Mokuba looked over at the pair and then smirked at Seto. “I totally called that one. I should have made you bet me!”
