Bane said “I think she lost her control when I was cut off. I help control her powers. And if she saw what could be a true threat…might have made the guardian side of her come to the front. I sense no darkness in this Dartz fellow. But there is a tent not far back that looked like it was for fortune telling. We might be able to ask the teller to let us rest her there”

Dartz was checking the Main Street and said “it’s clear right now. Do you have somewhere in mind?”

Set nodded and was about to speak when they heard the roof open above them and darkness filled the base pitching it into a black out.

[Jazz]

Yami took what Bane told him, looking for the tent even. "There is a tent not far back from where we are. We can seek refuge for the time being till Serena wakes up." Yami remembered where it was and made his way toward said tent with Dartz. 'Thank you, Bane.'

Seto abruptly stood as he looked around up above him. "What the...." not finishing as he realized that his brother was left alone in Adam's room and he swore before looking to Adam. Figure out what's going on, I'm going to go get Mokuba." The bolting out of the study to go get his little brother out of Adam's room.

Cora and Joey had jolted abruptly in their foutons as they heard something above them. Joey got to his feet while Cora had rolled on her back while looking around in the dark. "Guys what's going on?" She asks while scrambling to her feet.

"Don't know!" Grabs his phone and turns on the flashlight. "Gotta get Yugi and Duke somewhere safe."

Marik stops what he's doing before carefully making his way out of the kitchen. "Ishizu? Odion?!"

Bane said “of course my pharaoh. I am here to be your shadow as well…” dartz followed and moved ahead to the tent and looked inside. “Pardon me Ms? We have a friend who is under the weather, can she rest in here for a few minutes?”

Set sighed and said “there is no reason for panic. It’s just my scouts. Seems they might have over loaded the power” Adam used his phone flashlight to get to the power box and said “hang on guys…”

Ishizu was behind Odion as he used the wall and his body as a barrier. He saw marik and pulled him behind him.

There was a groan a few feet from Joey and a voice said “that…was not a ladder boys…” the lights came on and Mako was laying on the floor on his face, groaning. The spirit scouts were around the room, checking for threats.

The fortune teller looked toward the the group that entered the her tent and got to her feet quick. "Of course of course. Follow me." Gestering them to come with her. Yami bowed his head before following her. She gestures Yami to the cot she had of furs and a couple pillows. She helps Yami with placing Serena on the cot. "Thank you ma'am. I am sorry for the intrusion."

"Not at all. Anyway I can help someone in need." She says with a smile. Yami goes to stand when she shakes her head. "Stay with her."

Seto stopped in the main room when he saw the light of Joey's phone who had Tristen and Cora in the light. He too had head the voice of Mako as the lights came on. Seto felt some relief and not needing to check on Mokuba. Joey looks to Mako surprised. "Mako? What are you doin' 'ere?" He asks the fisherman.

"I had Set bring him here." Seto informs them.

Cora looks confused before she recognized the name. "Mako? The Mako of the Sea?" She asks, looking giddy with surprise.

Serena stirred a little when they laid her down, her eyes moving a bit under the lids. Dartz came in and smiled. “Thank you Ms, we are very grateful.” He looked to Yami and said “is now a good time speak?”

Mako groaned and said “yes wheeler…I thought there was a ladder on the roof door…there wasn’t one.” Set came in and said “my scouts tried to stop his fall but overloaded the power box” the lights came on and Adam walked in “there, everyone okay?”

It seemed there was no avoiding iy any longer. He looks to Dartz. "Iam sure you know what I am going to ask. At least a couple. Let's start with how you came back. I thought your soul moved on."

Seto looks to the scouts who were checking over the warehouse when he then laid his eyes on Mako once more. Joey turns off his light and puts his phone away, going over to help their friend. "I guess that's one way to make an entrance." Seto glances a gaze toward Set. "As long as Mako is in one piece that is all I can ask for. Hopefully we won't have to deal with his persuers any time soon."

Marik come from behind Odion. "Seems all is well now Odion. Come. I need your help in the kitchen."

Dartz sighed and sat down on the stool and said “I did move on…but when I saw the peril because of the gods and…this brotherhood and seeing it was cause by my actions with the great serpent…I couldn’t sit back and not help. I asked my dragon knights who agreed to come with me to redeem myself…they are here to make sure I don’t stray from my path. They are my keepers more then anything…”

Set nodded and said “my scouts will handle them and lead them away for the night. I would say the blessed of my war sister should ask my sister to place a blessing of protection on this building…”

Odion nodded and moved forward, Ishizu smiling at them both. “Thank you…”

Listening to his explanation, it did make sense where he was coming from and appreciated the help. "I see. Though I do not think that this is because of your actions per say. This Brotherhood runs as far back as during my father's rule as far as I am aware. Only now it's grown far more than what it did back then even after Apep's followers were forced to disband." Yami explains to Dartz. "Honestly we will accept all the help we can get. There is still much we are figuring out especially from our enemies."

Cora felt as if she was being spoken to as her posture straightened and looked to Set. She thought about Set's suggestion, moving to where he deck was and went through it till she found Sekhmet's card. She made herself comfortable in sitting on the fouton. While holding the card in her hands and resting on her lap, closes her eyes. 'I hope im doing this right but here goes. Sekhmet, goddess of War please hear me. I wish for assistance to protect this place where my new friend and i reside."

Dartz sighed and said “it’s not that…When I released the great serpent…I opened more then just one cell. I learned that more evil was unleashed with what I did…in which I am so sorry for…” he lowered his head. Serena suddenly groaned and turned her head. “My prince…”

There was a flash behind her and arms wrapped around Cora from behind. “Ah my sweet blessed one! I’m glad you called on me! What can I do for you?” The woman appeared and smiled at Cora and then saw Set. “Brother! You finally picked a human! Who is your favorite?” Set sighed and nodded to Seto. “The genius” Sekhmet walked over to Seto and rested a hand on his chest and said “I see why…his a handsome one…different then my sweet Yugi…”

Now Yami was confused. "I don't think I am following. Could yo-" stopping when he heard Serena groan. He placed a hand on her own. "I am here. I am safe." He assures her.

Cora was caught off guard by the sudden arms that wrapped around her. Opening her eyes and turning her head, he looked to the goddess and realized it was Sekhmet. Now in awe of the goddess she was watching. Know she turned her attention to her brother, she didn't mind. It seemed like the reunion was needed.

As much as Seto didn't mind the spotlight, this was not the kind of the attention he sought. The sight of the goddess Sekhmet in front of him and a hand on his chest brought a light dusting of a blush on the bridge of his nose while clearing his throat to change the air of the situation. "May we...get back on topic?" Looking toward Cora to emphasize his meaning. Cora blinked before looking away slightly.

Dartz watched him closely as he turned to Serena who opened her eyes and blinked hard. “What…what happened? Did I get hit?”

Set sighed and said “you mustn’t be too concerned with my sister. Her ruling over battle like myself is only rivaled by her ruling over love and lust. She will be around the room soon enough. Sister? His not used to this kind of attention” sekhmet blinked and said “oh come now that can’t be true…your so handsome and stern…have to be fighting the women off with a stick…”

Tristen was doing his best not to laugh, never seeing Seto blush like this before.

Set sighed and shook his head, covering his face. “Well while we are here, where is the Pharaoh and his shadow?”

Yami nods. "You did. But I fairness, you started the assault. Even when I tried to call you off Timeaus." Yami explains to her.

To say the blush didn't fade and only grew as he stood his ground physically. Hearing to what Set had to say about his sister who was of two personalities. Hathor love. And Sekhmet, war. "Ma'am. It doesn't matter what others think of me, and my love life is none of your concern." He states, though Set was too on the nose.

Joey also was about to lose his cool and start laughing in hysterics with what he was seeing of Kaiba right now. Though he heard Set's question. "We had them send some time together."

Serena blinked and tried to sit up “what? I don’t…remember any of it…I was in the alleyway…saw the guy watching you…then “ she held her head as Dartz moved and bowed to her. “I am Dartz. I’m sorry for causing this confusion. My guardian sensed your aura was thought you a threat…I wasn’t sure how to approach either of you…”

Serena looked at him the said “wait…Dartz? That Dartz?”

Hathor sighed and said “but that is my concern my dear. I am part love and I hate seeing those around without it…I’ll find you a perfect match…” Set cleared his throat and said “can we get back to the topic at hand?”

But at Joeys words Hathor smirked and said “oh really? Maybe I should be following them around…make sure fate deals them the right hand this time”

"Yes. That is the very same Dartz. However he has returned from his eternal slumber to help us. The one whom you fought was Sir Timeaus. A dragon Knight of Atlantis." Yami explained to her as he moves his hand from hers. "How are you feeling?" He asks her.

Joey blushes and nods to the goddess while scratching the back of his head. "I mean, they told us about their relationship." He informs her.

Seto sighs as he shakes his head, feeling this was starting to get out of hand. Cora got up with the card still in her hand. She stops before the goddess. "Madam Goddess, Sekhmet? If I may ask for your assistance please?"

Serena looked at him and said “a little dizzy…but I think I’m okay…I feel like a idiot for going off on a ally…so that’s worrying me some…” she held her head again as Dartz said “don’t worry about it my lady, truly. Now, you were asking me a question pharaoh? Oh yes, on the cells. So when the great snake was freed, somehow other cells were opened partly. Allowing a monster like Apep to send his magic out to his fallen brotherhood to awaken them again…”

Hathor smiled and moved to Joey, resting a hand on his cheek. “Well, my sister is the lucky one…she has a very cute blessed as well…” then she looked to Cora and shifted to her and said “of course, what can I do for you my young warrior?” Her tone and stance changed so quickly it was like flipping a card over.

Yami gives Serena a reassuring smile till his attention was back to Dartz whom was explaining what he meant about the cells and what had happened. "I see. Either way, I am suse this would have happened sooner or later. Now we just need to deal with the now and how to seal him back up." Yami explained to Dartz. "I welcome your assistance. However though I do forgive I will not forget and I am sure some of the group are the same way."

Joey turned red like a tomato when Hathor had her attention from Seto to him. He had no idea what to say to her. Though felt a sigh of relief when her attention was now on Cora. Cora herself fidgeting with her fingers. "I called you here for help. Asking to help form as protective barrier around this building to protect it and my friends." She requests.

Dartz sighed and said “I know…I have a lot to make up for…I hope to do that with aiding you…I wonder if you have seen my riders? I want to make sure they are alright…”

Sekhmet smiled and nodded “that would be an easy task to handle. One moment” she clapped her hands and a seal appeared all around them and the on the floor of the warehouse. She looked around then nodded and snapped. The seal flashed and then faded into white markings into any surface it was on. “There. All done. That will keep any thing or being from being able to find or see you. Tech and magic shielded as well”

"They have actually been a huge help. Though they were ambushed they are in the hospital. But should be out tomorrow I believe should everything work out." Yami explained to him.

Cora watched in utter awe of what the goddess did before them. This was magic that kids would imagine that at one time she thought magic was real. She looked to Sekhmet with a grateful smile. "Thank you very much!"

Marik and Odion were coming back from the kitchen with a tray with some cookies and a pitcher and some cups of milk. He notices additional being in the room and smiles as he continues to go further into the room and sets the tray on the coffee table.

Dartz looked worried for a moment and said “they are alright though?” Serena nodded and said “yes they are okay. They have been watching our backs for a while now…” Dartz smiled and said “they are good boys…I wish to finally apologize for what happened…”

Hathor turned and smiled at Marik and said “oh who is this!” She jumped to his side and helped him with the tray. “One of the tomb keepers I see. A noble honor but one full of loneliness and sacrifice…I wonder which of my siblings will be the winner for you dear…so many”

Set sighed as Mako was getting up and said “what is going on Joey? Where is Yugi? I have to warn him and his brother of what is coming”

Yami smiled softly, noticing throughout that Dartz seemed genuine about what he wanted to do and in making amends. I know it probably won't be till tomorrow, however maybe we can gather everyone and get everything talked out." He suggests.

Marik seemed flustered at the sudden attention he was receiving. He waved his hands infront of his chest. "Oh, it's quite alright. I just want to support my friends and the Pharaoh. That's all."

Joey looked over to Mako and looked in the direction of Yugi. "Yug's asleep right now resting. We can getcha up to speed here in a bit. Yami is out and about. He won't be back for a bit yet. What's going on?" Joey asks. Hearing The conversation between Mako and Joey, Kaiba decided to listen in on the conversation.
