Basically, I'm stuck; what should be its basic ideology, as in, what reasons does it use to justify all that slavery crap? Religion is moot as Giray is multi-faith, so I'm thinking that Giray Civilians believe in personal freedom, freedom to be who you want to be as long as you don't harm anyone else/interfere with the state.
I don't see how that would get them on board with the Slave System, though, if that's the case; it seems counter-intuitive.
