@ActRaiserTheReturned The new Turn just started yesterday. So far, no gods have posted this Turn other than Ferghus and Sauranath, so the next Turn isn't going to be for a long while yet.

Do try to keep up with the Turns pn your own though, as they are not announced OOCly, only in the IC.
Also, if it's fine by you Act, PM me anything you plan on posting before you post it, just so I can check that it is in line with the storyline and doesn't wreck any hard-RPed plotlines, k? Thanks :)

It's fine, no worries. Orabil is not gone forever, just a matter of Vowzra deciding finding that Fate wishes for Orabil to return before the lights turn back on. Though I'd suggest that we try to keep the lights on in future. Orabil is a Holy Site, and if a god comes at it with all his strength (those with less brute power than Sauranath would need Might obviously) it WILL be destroyed. Holy Sites are meant to be vulnerable, even mortals can destroy them - Orabil being a tad more protected due to its radius.

Still. The world is currently being murdered by ALL THE NIGHTMARES that are spawning.

Only the Cimex army, the Garakains, whatever large force the Uri have, and the Victors will weather this storm fairly well, by themselves. The rest of the world is probably screwed.

On the flip side, the Anju are multiplying like crazy now. Eternal darkness, and they can use shadow magic? PREY ITEMS. PREY ITEMS EVERYWHERE.

Don't forget the Arma Igna. They're not exactly the type to be imaging monsters.

They might Imagine some sexy women's leather armour sets, though. Even Arma Ignas have needs, bruh.

Don't forget the Mer, either. They're well protected within cities.

You know, that's one question I had. You know that if you go deep enough underwater, light doesn't reach you anymore, right? Well, do nightmares come forth from the depths? That could create some interesting tension for Mer as they create some sort of barrier around the deepest, darkest parts of their areas.

True, but there's enough imaginations going around that they'll inevitably find some monsters in the night.

No, no, no, I mean the cities are always filled with light. As I've said before, the Mer don't really sleep. They live in a perpetual twilight inside huge cities.

Yeah, but I mean it as in the 13 km deep parts, where not even the Mer live in. So deep not even a tiny ray of light reaches down there and with no Mer city to light it up.

Hmmm....you know, I'll have to do something about this. This whole thing about dark spawning monsters is becoming quite a bit of a nuisance.

Let's build a new-and-improved orabil, that just stops the whole thing and turns Vestec into a frog

The monsters only die/don't spawn in sunlight. :p

Ey, nobody but Astarte may turn Vestec into a frog! If anyone does it before she does, she'll turn that dude into a fly for Vestec to eat.

Well, is there any way I can say the light works like sunlight? Because many of the Mer cities will be completely devoid of any sunlight. It will mean the Mer can't survive, and I may as well just let them die now.

Undasis could just use their inherent Godly powers to introduce UV shining Rocks.

Or turn the light into sunlight. Etc.

Sure. I studied Color Theory, so I know a bit about Light. Mainly you want incandescent light, that's the one that can be decomposed (?) into colors and which emits heat. Incandescent light can be the one from the sun or the one you get from yellow lightbulbs. You get the idea? Biral could easily make incandescent light.

@Frettzo TT-TT you've turned our Chaos god into a pink Astarte skirt-chaser. And Vowzra isn't boring! Kooku will get you for daring to say such things!

I don't know what any of that means, but if I can have cities coated in blue and amber light, than I'm happy.

You have to admit Vowzra takes himself way more seriously than Astarte does xD And Kooku doesn't frighten anyone, his solution to everything is piling up rocks between him and his enemy!
