Hey! My post has horrible mutilation! You can't beat horrible mutilation!
When you elf-syle it's only to spend five paragraphs describing just how awesome something is, but I make weird plant-based horror.

The face when Astarte tells you how excited she is about the things she's going to do to your soul.

The gods know that beings have souls because Escre gave them, right?

Yes...why? That doesn't mean other gods can't take a mortal's soul, as Astarte just did.

That would be like if I said it's impossible for any god to cause waves, drown anyone, or do anything remotely related to water. Escre could make a tsunami, if he wanted.

You put a lot of implications in my mouth. I was just asking a question.

Hm? No, I wasn't trying to imply. Sorry if I upset you, I didn't mean anything by it.

EDIT: Not mad, are you? Last thing I need is Escre sucking my soul out for offending you or something

No reply...

I assume the worst. Be gentle when you send my screaming soul to the Outer Realms, @Lugubrious
Just, whatever you do, don't send it to Astarte...she'd be too happy about it

Damn, Sanctus could have defied the gods and defeated the Kraken, he was onto something with his, "O-out! Ge-get out! I know magic, I'll...uh, I'll turn you into a stone!"

What a loss, could've rid the world of Kraken...

I considered making it "turn you into a frog!" but I figured that would be a bit weird.

Perhaps the world could have been rid of him simply by trapping Kraken's soul inside a frog for all eternity?

It seems like Sauranath has ignored what both Vowzra and Escre said. Is that the case?

No, he was making a rebuttal.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it looked to me like he was saying that dragons did not deserve to be hunted down because not ALL of them are human-killers, and you shouldn't kill the many innocent because of the actions of a few wicked. A contradiction to the assertion that dragons were only being killed because they attacked first (which, from Saur.'s perspective, it would SOUND like that's what Vowzra was saying, in a roundabout way)

Our Dragon God has made a shockingly logical point.

Is this correct, @ActRaiserTheReturned?

No. He's just trying to grant insight into why he thinks the way he does. Explaining why he didn't have a reason to believe his species is that dangerous. Dragons are immortal creatures, the others might live decades or centuries, maybe longer, but they aren't going to live forever. He doesn't believe that the dragons are going to be a threat to the other races now, unless they bandy together, like Sauranath did out of desperation to save his babies from the flying chickens that Link stabbed.

@Hael, yes, that's very good.

I know he offered a rebuttal, but the point is this: Vowzra and Escre are no longer arguing with him. One told Sauranath to return to his slumber, and the other offered a different solution. These are the main points that I feel were ignored.

Correct- Vowzra and Escre had stopped arguing, but that doesn't mean Sauranath is done.

You can come to me, argue with me, and then offer peace, but then I could turn around and keep arguing. It doesn't matter if Vowzra and Escre offered solutions unless Sauranath is will to accept them. Until then, he can just keep arguing even if the others are done.

Sauranath seems to be the kinda guy who would do just that, actually. He might not stop offering rebuttals and burning stuff down until he feels like he won...

He's been in another whole kind of world. Communication skills with species other than dragons aren't very well practiced.
