Well the Strong Tribe are the only ones who have the armor, it's the specific technology/bonus that they got when Ialu founded them as an order.

The Cimex and Dyun failed at killing the dragons and I doubt ordinary humans would fare much better. Maybe they've slain the odd few that attacked villages, but I doubt anywhere near as many as the Strong Tribe. Ialu has personally slain most of those dragons, with the help of his hunters that have their special Wi.

I have an idea that, I think, explains the issue:

Many gods would have been watching, as the heroes were there. Think about it.
Vestec (Ialu's dude)
Vowzra (Zerabil)
Undasis (Zerabil)
Arguis (duh)
Escre (Invidia)

That's a lot of gods invisibly watching the meeting. The divine presence would have to be overloaded.
So when Sauranath awakens from his slumber and senses that some dragons have been killed, where's he gonna go to draw attention? He's gonna head for the place where the most gods reside.

So he goes to the meeting, sees a man wearing dragon armour, and becomes enraged. You know the rest.

It would be the only city name of the world he would know. So. . . technically if he heard people screaming it's name in horror or something like that while it was burning to the ground, He could have thought that Orabson or Orabil was the name of the planet, but I edited.
