Vestec always does the opposite of what is common- even if what is common IS chaos- meaning that the order to Vestec is the opposite.

It's not really Chaos any more, since you know he'll just do the opposite of what's normal. If you know what Vestec is gonna do, then is it really Chaos? It would be really chaotic if he helped other gods do something "good", because that's the opposite of what you think he'll do.
