Vestec is just unnaturally charming, especially when he's pink, and Escre can't bring itself to harm him.
Obviously.
More like I'm trying to figure out if Escre can invade Vestec's plane uninvited.

Are all creations on one side of Arguillia? Their Dusis, and like @Cyclone mentioned in his post, it empty, for now.

Ialu didn't go all the way to the other side, he's still pretty close to the other humans actually. I just figured that given only 10 years a such limited population would be pretty clustered and there would be big patches of wilderness. Ialu is currently in a patch like that safely away from the monsters, but not for long. The ones that didn't follow him will eventually be found, and then it won't be long until Ialu is as well.
But by then he'll have had time to make a village.
I believe outsiders wouldn't be strong enough to keep the species alive. There's too much shit attacking them by now. The eternal darkness will kill crops and plants, the eternal winter will make sure they stay dead and will freeze people in their beds, and the attackers will make sure the starved, depressed survivors are vanquished. Humanity can't resist more than a year of winter as it is.

I agree with this, a god might have to interfere, sure the Cimex can adapt, but the Uri can't survive without the sun. Darkness and eternal winter are enemies to all.
Astarte can probably teach Humanity (and other scrubby sentients xD) how to use magic to illuminate areas with incandescent light and cast both protective spells and enchantments, meant to calm the mind and diminish dark creatures' power. That includes lalu and his people.
Though only the ones who actively practice magic would be able to cast such spells, I imagine many sentients will willingly choose to practice at least that little bit of magic in the current situation.

Wow, so little belief in Mankind in this thread...
Edit: Also...humans are extremely disciplined. They've been meditating and doing all this spirituality bull. They're not going to watch helplessly as mind-generated beasts kill them. If anything, the beasts are no issue for them at all
Wise old man: 'There is no enemy. The foe on the battlefield is merely the manifestation of that which we must overcome. He is doubt, and fear, and despair. Every battle is fought within. Conquer the battlefield that lies inside you, and the enemy disappears like the illusion he is.'
