Well, the only real reason that I had Ialu kill a dragon is so that his tribe would have a reason to show godlike reverence for him.

But dragon corpses have their uses, such as parading the head around or repeatedly dunking it into one of Escre's Astral Home springs and shouting to get divine attention.

Also, any problem with me taking the timeline 30 years into the future? Time's passing by too slow for the mortals. I imagined 1.000 years would've passed since their creation and the current state of things :p

Well, spoiler for next post but his tribe is going to use the dragon's hide and scales for armor, and its teeth for points on their spears. Pretty damn noticeable, and so is the dragon's head on a pole...
