That's going to be interesting considering that the head of the Sanguine Communion is going to be there too, and that while the SC acknowledges the presence and power of every god they know about, and respect a few of them, they do not worship them. That is why they refer to them as High Ones, not because they are divine, but because they are capable of existing beyond the reaches of the atmosphere.

Kraken is sort of a, well, an attention whore (for want of a better term), and he wants them to know EXACTLY who is flooding them.

Besides, as I've said before, he'll spare the land if everyone on it worships him as the #1 God, and flooding the continent is VERY, VERY, VERY long term. Not "as soon as possible".

The Mighty One isn't totally fake, he's the guy who created Ialu and then went poof and vanished :P

If another god appeared he would either explain to them that they are inferior to the Mighty One, or just shut up. Depending on if he was intimidated
