Well, I'm at a loss. I can't figure out how to transition on from this scene to a plot. Ryu hasn't updated in days, and is taking a bit long (probably not his fault, but still). I am terrible at making transitions like this, so if any of you have any suggestions, that'd be great.

I only ever became co-gm because of my knowledge of yugioh card balance. That's about it.

I think we can agree that general consensus can raise someone to Co/GM. I'd certainly be fine with another active person here. Right now I'm just considering whether I want to duel Cecile or not, leaning towards will.

Information: A duelist of unknown origin, he is new in town and often appears wherever a duel or tournament is occurring. He is rarely social with others unless he is involved in a duel, and even then he is rarely says much beyond his moves. The exception is when he is using his Infernoid deck, where he seems to delight in destroying his opponents field and options while overpowering them with his monster's sheer strength. He is also known to say chants while summoning his Inferoids or using their abilities from time to time.

Outside of duels, he can be friendly, though more then a little rude but he is loyal to his friends and will help them as needed

Nah no need. This isn't quite as regulated as a casual rp, so I'll allow some freedom on that.
