Brief History: Born in Great Britain, her turn took quite a turn when at four years old, she and her family moved to Japan due to her Father’s work at the embassy there. As such she is quite bilingual in English and Japanese though living in a foreign country does have its challenges. Despite being a foreigner she rose up to the occasion, largely in part due to her passion for Cardfight Vanguard. As soon as she was old enough, she started to attend Cray Academy and through fierce determination rose through the ranks toward the top of the class where she is determined to keep herself.
Personality: After becoming one the top players in school Emelia became a bit arrogant about her power. To separate the chaff from the wheat she carries around a special Nova Grappler deck to use against those she believes are not up to her level. Needless to say because of this attitude there are quite a few with resentment against her which gives her a bit of a bad reputation. She somewhat revels in the bad rep and will at times go out of her way to crush someone she thinks deserves it.
While fighting she tends to keep her arrogant attitude even when she is losing which makes people think she is just being stuck up. The truth is her arrogance is somewhat of a façade, a way to validate herself and keep up the illusion as one of the best. Inside she is aware that she still has room to grow but is loathed to admit it.

Name: Eric Adler
Gender: Male
Age: 23
Nations: Dark Zone
Clans: Dark Irregulars
Appearance:
History: Born and raised in Germany Adler became one of the top players in the European Circuit. Dark Irregulars became his go to clan, their overwhelming power being able to crush even the strongest of opponents. His family never quite understood his passion for the game but when the Link Joker invasion began he was one of the few that managed to avoid getting reversed. Soon after however, he decided to quit professionally and became a coach for reasons unknown.
After a year of coaching, one of his teams made with all the way to the national semi-finals and so he was contracted by the Academy to become a teacher. Seeing no reason to refuse the offer Eric accepted and has taught at least 2 years now. He takes his job seriously and works hard to ensure his students grow strong and to be able to compete seriously.
Personality: Mr. Adler is a person who can seem rather overly serious in all that he does. This straight-laced attitude can be off putting but there is always an undercurrent of care to what he does that can be seen if one looks hard enough. He also has an iron will and at times can get a bit miffed by careless attitudes.
In a fight Mr. Adler can show a bit of a different side. Despite his seriousness, when he plays his love for the game seems to shine through. If the game is particularly good though, a hint of sadness can sometimes be detected in his eyes, perhaps thinking back to his time in the circuit, or perhaps something else.
Teaching Style: He tries to change his style depending on his opponent. For someone new to the game he will try to explain what is going on in greater detail to improve their understanding, pointing out things to consider and maybe a suggestion or two. For those with a firm grasp he will play without holding back so he can properly gauge the student’s abilities and then show them what they could improve on next time around.

So when his father passed he had only this box. And no matter how rude and abusive his mother was, he would never let her have it. He was suspicious of his 'mother' and though many things about her, but never said anything, for fear of ending up like his father. So when he saw his oppurtunity, he took it. He escaped. He then was found by a caring woman who adopted him for her own family. He was a single child who lived with his mother and father. Then he asked his new father about his box. And he opened it for him. And then they sent him here.
Personality: He is very quiet, unless he is spoken to first or someone is in trouble, he will not speak. However, if you do befriend him, he becomes an open book. Many people think of him rudeness or selfishness because he keeps to himself, but he is just shy. He has a soft spot for puppy-dog eyes.
okay let me clarify Chronojet Dragon can be a vanguard in fact all of the cards in you deck can be a vanguard because they're all known as Units the only exception are your grade 4 units which are known as G-Units. If I'm correct they go into a separate pile from your main deck of 50 cards. When starting the game both players choose one grade 0 unit to be their vanguard this unit typically wont want to have a trigger emblem n the top right hand corner. As the game progresses you may Ride a new unit on top of the old one The new unit must be either one grade higher or the same grade as the card its going on top of. Then there's the Generation Stride which I still don't fully understand so I'm not going to explain it here
EDIT: Also I have a question....When performing a Twin Drive/Triple Drive if you get a stand trigger and stand your vanguard and attack again do you get another Twin Drive/Triple Drive? I would imagine that's how it works but i want to be certain.

No, getting a stand trigger only allows one to stand a rear guard, not the Vanguard. Only card effects that specifically state that one can stand their vanguard allows a vanguard to attack again, which would include Drive Checks.
As for Generation Stride, one uses G Units, which are Grade 4 that are placed in a separate deck from the main one, working somewhat like the special monsters in a Yugioh extra deck. When both yours and your opponent's vanguard are at grade 3, you may discard cards from your hand equal to grade 3 in order to 'stride' a G unit on top of your vanguard which lasts for only one turn. The easiest way to stride is to discard a single grade 3 but if you need too can discard 3 grade 1s or a grade 2 and a grade 1. Used up strides then get placed face up next to the G Unit deck and can help activate some units special abilities.
As the only person with a real teacher character just thinking about what class to teach. Three of the characters are 17-18 which means they could potentially be in the same class but unsure if we want to go that route. Then there is Urbanliner's character which is 15 whose class could be a possibility as well as I don't think Eric would do too well teaching the 12 year olds. So how do we want to do this.
Also @Bartimaeus you should probably put your character in the character tab for easy reference.
I think it depends on the subject being taught. English, Math, Science, those can be done by years and maybe we shouldn't bother with them, too boring.
On the other hand, Cardfight class could be all years put together, so players can fight opponents of varying experience.
well the idea was of a school that souly teaches how to Cardfight so everyone being in the same class just broken up because no teacher can control hundreds of teens no matter how strict.
EDIT: also I looked up the prices for the cards i need to make the Ezel deck i wanna make and the whole thing is nearly $300!
