The IC at the moment is sort of a V.I.P lounge for multiverse high tiers, if you have some sort of overarching character to introduce for story reasons that's a good place to put them.

However, lower tiers probably wouldn't be invited.

And in regards to that, I made Cho's primary method of travel the shadows. He can meld with them, as per his sheet, and travel within and through them.

Now since shadows and darkness exist pretty much everywhere, it's possible that Cho can traverse the dimensions simply by swimming deep and far enough through the black.

Makes sense?

@RillaCan you help an Arena newb like me that roughly what "mid level" means in this section?
I mean if we list all characters in Marvel then somebody at Thor's level would be at best in the middle, even though he can destroy planets, stars or hell he once even tanked a galaxy-buster bomb.
Or make it DBZ where the difference between mid and high tiers that the latter has more powerlevel (though both are effectively just planetbusters).

I can give you many more examples but basically I'm just asking what could I expect.
Also can somebody submit multiple characters? i personally feel that'd be unfair because somebody with two characters has double chance to be chosen.

If that's what counts as "mid tier" here then Lynx alone is almost overkill.
I suppose I don't need to work on my new profile.

I may add the "low tier" Keith but I fear even without him actually using magic, the unenhanced homunculus body alone would be too much.
Perhaps not, because I feel that everybody is underplaying their speed but seems some random guy from a martial arts comic would be already hitting the ceiling hard for "mid tier".

Not really. The onlyy issues that could arise, include you just drawing infinity symbols to spam bullets, and walking around with what would amount to the 'batman' bag, with your weapons rack.

Otherwise, he's not actually overkill to anyone, as far as I can see. People may have an issue with the guns, but that's a common thing anyway.

If Cho in his confused state followed the trail left by the Dreamer he would get there and have trace Dreamer energies on him allowing those who can detect it pause as they try to figure out what is going on.
