Sorry for the delay I was super busy yesterday, but I'd be down for Malik (and maybe Kiara) to meet up with Jen. If I can finish her up, I'd like to bring in Malik's sister, Imani.

Working on a post now, though.
Take your time, I won't be timeskipping until later on today (though, I should say that I have Jen's pov for present times, and it's very Ratchet-centric lol).
Could I play as the Commissioner of the Verthaven Police Force? The Commissioner wouldn't have powers, but I was thinking that I could make the son or daughter of the Commissioner have powers instead of him. Unless, there is already an NPC character sheet made for the Commissioner.

Interesting idea, there isn't a Police Commissioner character or NPC. So, I'll allow it.

Lupe has the makings of a diva. The way she carries herself and acts just screams superstar. Lupe walks with confidence, and takes large steps. Having such confidence that she is unafraid of tripping or making a fool of herself. One thing Lupe prides herself on is her looks, she does plenty to keep herself looking like the best. Working out, eating fresh, makeup, and most importantly hygiene! Lupe looks incredibly clean and well-maintained, and she loves it. Fortunately, puberty for her was fairly generous, and her body has filled out nicely, she has the feminine curvature. Her own height and weight is pretty modest. Standing an inch above the average at 5'6, and weighing 127 pounds. Lupe is Hispanic, but has Caucasian in her roots from a interracial relationship between her great-grandparents. To be exact, Lupe is Mexican, Colombian, Dominican, Spanish, Greek, & French. Her skin is off white, and pretty light compared to her brother's. For those who spend time around Spanish people, she definitely appears to be Spanish. She looks Spanish in the face too, but a few facial features appear to be more Caucasian. For example, her nose. Like everyone else in her family, she has a large, pronounced, triangle-shaped nose. It's easily the most notable part of her face. But it doesn't exactly look freakishly large. It's just big, somewhat disproportionate compared her other facial features. Whether or not it's her most attractive feature is up to conjecture. But the rest of Lupe's facial features are sharp, and squared. She has thin lips that she tends to poke out a lot. Medium, rounded ears, that point inwards. Small, somewhat pointy chin, with a sharp jawline. Lupe's eyes are medium-sized and have a amber look to them. With her head being rectangle shaped, she isn't too shabby.
Lupe is thin, swimming and other physical activities has kept the weight off. But her limbs are tight and relatively free from noticeable body fat. Her thighs and biceps, however, have a little bit of body fat on them. Once again, nothing she can't hide underneath some outfits. Her breasts are a solid B cup. While her skin has an off white color, it has plenty of scars from her youth and recent times. Scars on her knees from playing. And an ugly slashing scar right across her cheek towards her mouth. Along with a scar on her lip, going down to the bottom of her chin. These are from several hilarious incidents where Lupe was trying to learn to fly. There are a mass of ugly slashing scars on her right wrist after one bad... incident. Other than that, she tries to keep herself free from blemishes and pimples. But she has a few that she keeps covered up with some makeup. Next of, Lupe has gotten a tattoos, not too many since she isn't a fan of them. But the one she has is quite symbolic. That tattoo is a few inches down from her shoulder that says "Joseph & Alejandro - I'll miss you" inside of a cross. When asked about this tattoo, she usually doesn't say anything. Lupe has straight, deep black (Which has a few strands that have been dyed a sandy blonde blonde - mostly on the right side of her hairstyle) hair that is well maintained. She keeps it in a short, slicked back, pompadour. A fabulous pompadour, conditioned to look the best with the finest hair products Lupe can find. Yeah, she keeps a comb in her pocket for it all the time. Lupe has a thick Spanish accent, giving out a Spanish fling as she speaks.
Attire:
Lupe feels as if she is stylish. But her style largely varies. One day she could be rocking a hip-hop themed outfit. Other times she could be dressed up like a clubber, rapper, or a rave girl. Due to her power, she can wear whatever outfit she wants, more or less. But Lupe goes for the more standout outfits. She rarely wears things like skirts or dresses, in favor of her themed attire. One thing Lupe has plenty of is jewelry. Often enough, she'll be wearing hoop ear rings, or have a few bracelets. She's not too big of a fan of excessive piercings, so she keeps it limited it to her ears. Lupe's absolute favorite piece of attire is a particular jacket that she got years ago. It's a white denim jacket that is covered in patches of flags from various South American countries. With Lupe placing a sticker of an American Flag over her heart. Symbolizing her love for America, being a Mexican foreigner.
Personality
Innate & Outward Personality:
A party-girl that lives life to it's fullest. Tragedy struck her bloodline and it has convinced her that the only thing that matters is fulfilling her hedonistic needs and getting cheap thrills. Despite this, Lupe has made sure to never cross the line and remain a nice person, and treat people right. That said, Lupe is an extrovert to her core, she lives to hang around with other people. She certainly isn't afraid to walk up and start a conversation someone (Unless they're a nerd, creepy, or really, really phat). But on the flipside, she isn't afraid to walk away from someone she dislikes. She's calm, cool, and friendly, but she has a bit of spice and flair to all of her actions. She tends to joke around a lot, and act with a fire behind all of her actions. She's loud, and likes to be the center of attention - the true life of the party. Because one of her favorite things to do is walk up to a group of friends being bored and make it exciting! Because she is a good people's person. She just has charms that can win over people. Lupe is pretty flirty too, but unlike some girls, she handles it subtly (Because like hell she's going to become the town bicycle). She hints, and uses body language to get her point across to the boy of the day. How tall of a glass of water she considers them, the harder she'll try - and even if that doesn't work, she'll label them a lost cost and walk away. Though, that's rare. She's good looking and has such a way with words that it's easy for her to win over any guy. While she prefers guys, she is open to a relationship to someone of the same sex. But she rarely considers them real relationships, and only quick bangs. Because of her looks, Lupe especially knows how to use them to her advantage. Because, after all, the world favors a pretty face!
That said, Lupe is incredibly open minded. Willing to try anything. She can be protective of her friends, and stand up to a bully, male, female, or in authority, because she hates it when someone bullies others because they have a taste of power. More importantly, she can't let people think that they can step all over her undeterred. Which is why she's a bit more fighty than most people. Lupe is spicy, and has a short-fused temper that lead many to learn that it's best not to set her off. She retaliates fists with fists, and words with words. Though, it rarely comes to fists. Mostly, she gets into arguments with people because she is a legendary shit talker. Always ready to deliver a nasty burn or diss. However, it leads her into making impulsive actions when she loses her temper. Touching her guitar, or favorite jacket, is a sure-fire way to piss her off. Fucking with her hair is a quick way to get punched in the face. However, despite her short-fuse, Lupe won't remain angry for long. After it's over, she'll be back to her usual self. Neither is she the type to hold on to grudges. Because in her eyes, she got bigger things to do than worry about some loser that pissed her off!
Lupe is certainly vain, egotistical. One could even say she's narcissistic. She holds a high opinion of herself and her accomplishments. However, it's a trait that isn't super pronounced. It's one of the things that people catch on as they spend time around Lupe. She isn't the type to actively put people down either, unless they're annoying, or her opponents. Certainly having a flair for the dramatics, Lupe goes for flash and style above all else. Because hot damn, she knows she's got the goods, and everyone else should too. She especially favors the people who have similar good tastes to herself. Nice clothes and style are what Lupe looks for in people. She's waaay more likely to approach a person with a great taste in clothes, over someone who dresses blandly. Shallow? Yes, because Lupe doesn't have time for losers (Or worse! Surrounding herself with them!). Yeah, she's a huge show-off. Lupe tends to strike fabulous poses. Constantly. Especially if she gets into a fight. Because that pisses people off more than her shit talk. To Lupe, it's all about the looks. How she looks, how her friends look, that stuff. Then again, Lupe knows exactly what to do to get everyone's attention. She's loud, she flaunts what she has, and she shows off. Lupe has a knack for destruction.
Her allegiance lies with no one, truthfully. No politician, no boss, no man, no woman. She is in it for herself. But, if Lupe had to choose a political philosophy, she would choose liberal, for it is the most open minded out of all of them. Because she values her freedom and independence above all else. She cannot have either if she is tied down by a single organization. Because, to her, they are obstructions of freedom. And it shows in her political views. Immigration, Religion, and LGBTQ, she believes that they should be free to do as they please, fuck whoever says they shouldn't. The one thing she hates is someone on their high-horse dictating who should do what because of "values" or "traditions" (I.E. The people who say how the world should be ran). Especially the people who speak out against immigration because she is an immigrant herself. She spits in the face of authority, and steps all over the rules. However, Lupe has a massive grudge against gangs and organized crime. They took something away from her that she'll never get back, and she shows an immense anger towards them. If anyone says they're in a gang, she'll immediately cut ties with them. If someone so much as glamorizes the gangster lifestyle, they'll get a sharp look from Lupe. That said, she believes that people should be free to do as they please long as they don't hurt people. Long as people stay out of her way, she will leave them be lest they set her off. That isn't to say that she'll stand by as someone gets raped. Or won't beat a mugger's face in. Her sense of morality is still there, just that she ignores it more often than not in order to please herself. However, she will play along with organizations and rules if it benefits her. Because she isn't stupid, she knows who's in charge. She wouldn't blatantly break rules, but if she could get away with it then hell yeah she'd do. That said, her morality should be obvious. Lupe is, in D&D terms, a Chaotic Neutral with shades of Chaotic Good.
Though, emotional situations is where Lupe really falls apart. She's bad at giving advice, or counseling a crying friend - thus, she is a bad motivator. When these touchy-feely moments begin, Lupe usually becomes closed off until the fun starts again. It's because of her mentality to have fun and live life to it's fullest no matter what - she doesn't view such moments as "fun". Though, people also find out that Lupe isn't that open about certain things, as well. Such as her family, and where she came from. To her, it's the same as emotional moments; an obstruction of her fun. Whenever she's feeling down, she keeps it bottled to herself, and rarely tells anyone about them. Because, to her, her emotions are her business, and hers alone. Not everyone else's. Nobody has the right to go prying into her life just because they want to know about her. Going off of that, she feels that what she outwardly presents to people is all they need to know. What Lupe wants them to know is that she's fun, and everything they aren't. Nothing more, nothing less. She goes into recluse mode until she feels better. It might be days before she's back to her vibrant and spicy self. Lupe finds it hard to really empathize with people, but she tries to be nice as possible.
Once they get to a party, they find another side of her: the hedonistic maniac that lives to fulfill her thrills at a reasonable price. No matter how self-destructive they are. Sex, alcohol, and violence, it doesn't matter to her. It's mostly stems from her desperation to live an exciting life, and her belief that she wishes to avoid living a normal, boring life. So she does everything she can to make sure that it's interesting, not just for herself, but the troupe she associates herself with. Because hey, what's the fun in doing this alone? Lupe doesn't just go to parties to sate her thrill-seeking nature. She has taken to fights with various people, and putting herself in unsafe situations, just to get her blood rushing All because she's an adrenaline junkie. Ultimately, in the end, she's a woman that's lost something that she could never get back. So she relies on these vices to mask her grief. Because the one thing she fears the most now is feeling as if she's wasted her life, and thus, she has no choice but to . But, she dug herself a hole, the kind of hole that will never be filled. So the more she worries about it, the bigger it gets. A vicious cycle that will never end until she realizes it, or meets her end.
Hobbies/Interests:
Music, movies friends, partying, food, good looking people, swimming, drinking, and fun.
Skills/Talents:
Lupe has gotten a few skills under her belt from over the years. First and foremost, she's extremely fluent in the Spanish language, to be true to her roots. She's just as good at English, due to living in the country for a great chunk of her life and knowing the language being a necessity. She merely practices Spanish as something on the side just to brag about to her family. Lupe has always had a knack for the musical arts. Taught by her grandmother, whom known a few instruments of her own, Lupe is an avid guitarist. Bass, acoustic, electric, it doesn't matter, she's good with all of them. She's often seen playing Acoustic guitars. She's been playing the guitar in her spare time for years, and it's simply a passion for the woman. A talent from her youth she will surely pass down to her children, and their children. Ahem, that isn't the extent of Lupe's talents in the music business. Lupe is a DJ for a cheap club, and therefore, she knows how to operate the turntable, and has enough of a knack for music to make up a wicked beat. Dancing is also another skill she had to pick up at the strip joint, and man, Lupe certainly knows how to work the pole! Dancing was something that always came naturally to Lupe. On the athletic side of things, Lupe is a swimmer. She signed up for the high school's swim team and used that as a great way to stay in shape. She was also taught how to play Basketball by her little brother, but she never played it officially (I.E. for any teams). Finally, Lupe has gotten a few brawls under her belt, and knows how to streetfight (HADOUKEN!). She doesn't have any martial arts or formal training, but she doesn't need any! You don't need any to punch the fuck out of someone.
Prized Possession:
Her Guitar, her jacket, and her hair. Fuck with any of them and you will regret it!

History/Bio:
Lupe E. Bellasquez was born in Mexico, Lupe lived the early years of her life in relative comfort, since she was fortunate enough to have a somewhat good living condition. Her father was a very talented engineer, and her mother worked as a surgeon. They lived good, so her early life wasn't anything special. She went to school, met people, and had fun as she should. Quickly growing up to be a social butterfly without too much adversity to alter the course of her life. Her parents had another child when she was around five, her mother got pregnant with another child, and nine months later, she was introduced to her new twin brothers: Alejandro and Diego. She welcomed her younger brother with open arms, and looked forward to when they could play together. The big change in her life was once she was ten, when Lupe's father got a job for a big American company, and had to move to San Francisco. She was blindsided by the change, but was nonetheless open about it. Though, she had a feeling of insecurity as she rode the plane to America. Once there, she had to get over a bit of... culture shock to say the least. Learning English, differing social customs, and so on, was a bit of a problem for Lupe. She had a bit of a problem getting over it - until she had ran into the Hispanic crowd. Some of them were from out of country themselves, and they helped her adjust, and in the process, Lupe had made herself some friends and refined those social skills a bit. After she got used the country, she came to like the place. Having a nice house helped.
Life continued for Lupe. She didn't go without her home country as she visited there plenty of times. Sometimes staying for months on end. While she was there, she spent plenty of time with her Grandparents, especially her grandmother, whom was a legend when it came to the guitar. A woman that played in professional bands, before retiring. Since the old lady didn't have much else to do, she spent her quality time with her granddaughter teaching her how to play the guitar. Even gifting her with one of her old guitars. At first, Lupe didn't really get it, but as she played more and more, it stuck to her, and it became a hobby that she perfected into her adulthood. Life from there was great, she became a social butterfly in school. One that made friends with all the cooler girls, and became what is called a "popular" girl. She hung out with her friends through her middle-school years. Once she hit high school, she hit a whole new level. Things got more intense. Sex, drugs, drinking... they were tempting, but Lupe stays away from them. As she was taught not to give into those vices. It was hard, given that some of her nastier friends called her a prude and cut ties. It didn't matter, but Lupe stuck around with the friends that mattered to her. That said, Lupe never excelled in academics, as those weren't her focus. She got passing grades and that was just about it.
Once powers entered the mix, things got a bit more interesting. Lupe discovered her powers while visiting a friend's house. While she was gussing herself up in a mirror, she had accidentally fired off a beam that cracked a hole in her friend's mirror. Obviously, Lupe was freaked out. As she was trying to figure out what happened, her arm began glowing a vibrant pink color. She covered up the glowing arms, and ran home (Leaving her friend without an explanation as to why she now has a burnt mirror). A scary experience, but Lupe quickly realized that she was a superhuman. One that could manifest a gaseous energy, something she vowed to learn everything about this power. It was something she did on the side, in secret. When she had nothing else to do. It took a while (and plenty of destroyed furniture) for her to figure out this ability, and that was when she was comfortable with sharing it with her family. They were shocked, but were still loving of their daughter. They knew she wasn't a freak or a monster, long as she didn't use that power to hurt people. Though, she kept this a secret from her friends. What was most notable was that her younger brother, Alejandro, had manifested a power at the same time. A cyrokinetic minion that could snap freeze anything with a touch, along with Alejandro having a control over ice itself. Lupe and Alejandro teamed up to practice together, to do some play fights. There was something off about him during their spars, Alejandro was far too aggressive. However, he mellowed out after Lupe called him out. They got closer, and improved with their powers greatly. However, Diego, who hadn't manifested (Yet), resented them for their powers, and choose to distance himself from them. Lupe didn't exactly know where Diego was coming from. Was it a jealousy because he wasn't special? Any attempts to connect to her brother only earned her the cold shoulder. Eventually, Lupe gave up. Diego, and Alejandro too, became very cruel children, bullying whoever they could. Contrasting with Lupe's kind heart. Lupe wondered if she would have to put down Alejandro should he go too far with his power.
The twins bullying ways caught up to them very fast after Diego caused a kid to have a heart attack in school, resulting in the child's death. Giving Diego an involuntary manslaughter charge - he was sentenced to two years in prison (Barely dodging being tried as an adult). At the same time, his power had manifested, which meant he had to be sent to a Meta-human prison. That... bothered Lupe, but she kept going on to the best of her ability. Visiting Diego was the first step. However, Alejandro got out of control. He got much more violent. Hanging out with the wrong crowds, even slipping into a gang. Lupe wanted to say something, but the two had long drifted apart from each other. She just played along. A year since Diego's imprisonment, and her life changed a few months before her graduation... for the worse. While she was hanging out at a friend's house, Alejandro had joined a particularly violent gang of Hispanics. Putting his power to good use freezing people to the point of near-death. He had gotten a good reputation for himself. A good enough to get the attention of their father had to get involved. During one gang fight, their father had went there in an attempt to get Alejandro out of there before he gets killed, arrested, or worse. However, the first outcome came true once another Meta-human entered the fight. A young electrokinetic gang member had fired off the mother of all lightning bolts at Alejandro, with their father right behind him. The boy had taken most of the bolt, getting killed instantly, with their father getting injured badly enough that he was sent into a coma with no signs of ever waking up.
By the time Lupe got home, she was greeted by her crying mother, who explained what happened. This news had devastated Lupe. She immediately burst into tears and ran into her bathroom. She... didn't know what she was thinking when she grabbed a razor blade and carved up her wrist, before slumping in the corner, in a pool of her own blood, and waiting to bleed out. Her mother had opened the door, and immediately called the ambulance. From there, Lupe was sent to the hospital where she was patched up. It was a few days before she got out (After dodging suicide watch)... a changed woman. Where her mother went to alcohol, Lupe went to the seven deadly sins in over to recover. That moment was when she realized that her life could end in the flash of an eye. So, why should she live with all these rules she had composed on herself?
Lupe's family still had saved up a college fund for her so she can go off to the San Francisco College so she could get a major in nursing and have a chance at success, Lupe only saw it as a new opportunity to indulge herself. She went to every party out that would take a Hispanic girl like her. There were plenty, actually. She met new people, from far and wide, that had the same interests as her: to live life as if every day was their last. She integrated into this new crew to the best of her ability, and became a sort of team leader for them. Along the way, she was getting into fights with people for cheap thrills. Picking fights with believed rapists, drug dealers, and other thugs. She even used her power in order to put that gift to good use for once. While she did have fun, she was rather strapped for funds, so she needed a job or two that had flexible work schedules. Fortunately, she had two options actually. First, her DJ friend had referred her to a club that was hiring. Lupe has DJ'd for a few parties in the past, and her DJ friend taught her even more, enough to hired. She was sent forth and got hired at the club... Another more risque job she was suggested was becoming a stripper. Her friend was also a stripper and told her that Lupe was everything they wanted. Lupe considered it... but at this point, she was open for anything. She took the job and it was uncomfortable dancing for all these strange and sweaty men. But she had to get use to it. The money was good, too good to pass up, so she had no choice. Both jobs got her enough money to continue her lifestyle. So, while it was work, the reward was too good. Plus, she was able to balance her job, schoolwork, and her social and party life quite well, so it didn't matter. But the problem was that she found it was getting harder and harder to go home and look her mother in the eye.
Years later, and Diego was finally released from prison... a changed kid, Lupe didn't know how to go about it, really. Their mother had told him what happened to his brother and father (After hiding it for at least a year). She long lost her ability to truly empathize with people, so she left him alone. Gave him space as he suffered. Lupe continued with her usual hedonistic routine, for years actually. She graduated college a few years later, and had enough money to set herself off. Honestly, Lupe wanted to get away from San Francisco and leave that tragedy behind, so she decided to move up to Verthaven. Since she liked it there during her visits, and it was close enough to San Francisco in spirit. Lupe managed to get herself an apartment... In Eaglerock Row. To put it lightly, it fucking sucked. She had no choice but to get a job in some grocery store, and barely make enough money to support herself. Worst of all, there was a heavy presence of Red Crowns. She just hated being around these gangs.
So far, she was regretting her decision to leave San Francisco so hastily. She had no friends, a crappy job, a shit apartment, and a car she was about to lose. Worst of all, she was bored. She decided to head onto the beach in order to relieve some of the stress, and she ended up spending all day there. She had such a blast, mostly because she was hitting on man and woman alike. Night fell, and as Lupe was heading home, she heard a woman screaming for help in an alleyway. Instead of turning away, Lupe, the hero she is, decided to investigate. She saw some members of the Pure beating down a woman with spider-features, and Lupe decided she must act! A battle so intense took place that the battlefield exploded by itself. In the end, Lupe scared off the Pure with her magic powers, and she helped the girl, who introduced herself as Alicia. Lupe got her to the hospital, and then left her phone number in case she wanted to say thanks.
A few days later, after Alicia recovered, she did call Lupe back, and explained her power and situation to Lupe. They became friends over time, the only friend that Lupe had. Eventually, Lupe stated that she had no real job, and it was going to fall apart soon. Alicia mentioned that the White Spider Society was always looking for new talent (Especially Metahumans), and Lupe was pretty enough for them. She checked them out, and didn't like the idea of being a prostitute, but they said that she had everything necessary to become a stripper in one of their clubs. And they paid handsomely for Lupe to preform, especially with her powers, and she loved it more than stripping in some shitty clubs in San Francisco.
Eventually, she went from a shitty apartment in Eaglerock Row, to a nice apartment in the Las Palmas district, close to work. She was finally living the life. All she had to do was shake her ass for some high-class perverts.

Abilities
Power Class:
Elemental: Energy
Power: Neon-Energy Heart.
Lupe has an unknown anomaly within her chest, taking the appearance of a tiny pink star. Known as the Neon-Energy Heart. Whether it's an organ or something else is unknown. But, the Heart serves a vital function to Lupe's ability. It constantly creates a strange gaseous energy that is very similar to plasma, an almost charged gas. Which is unique to her, and unlike any other energy to exist. At will, Lupe can manifest this as a hot-pink-purple-blue energy that has an appearance that is like a mixture of a glowing gas, with electricity and light flowing through it. And it glows brightly, fluctuation between pink, purple, and blue, colors. Once it's created, Lupe can manipulate and shape it freely, much like other elemental types. As it cuts through the air, it leaves behind a trail. This energy is fairly hot, enough to give someone a burn. Depending on the intensity, it could give someone a mild, or third-degree, burn. Once it comes in contact with something (Or someone), the energy will disperse a few seconds later. Lupe can fire it out as a concentrated shot that will do some damage, along with being able to fire it out in other forms (Beams, waves, lasers, etc, etc). She's capable of larger feats, but she keeps it small not to expend too much ammo. Just to note, the energy Lupe creates doesn't travel at light speed, merely travels as fast as she can will it. Lupe has discovered that she could fly by firing of the energy in an concentrated thrust. It isn't a perfect flight, as she has to maintain balance among other things, but she could certainly fly. Lupe can also make the energy take a semi-solid state in order to act as a shield. It'll be enough to stop a regular human, but can't stop anything like bullets. It's like a bubble. A superhot bubble. In addition, Lupe has a high-resistance to heat (but not immunity). She can shrug off even the hottest heats before taking negative effects. Whenever she activates her power, her body starts to light up. An aura of multicolored light will surround her, and her hair will turn into a gassy plasma. This power as a whole is basically a less powerful version of Plasma manipulation, so think of it as that.
Future abilities...
Neon-Energy Mimicry
It's within Lupe's potential to partially-transform into the Energy itself. In this state, Lupe will have her shape, except made of the Neon Energy. She'll be extremely hot to the touch. As for what she can do in this state, it's simple. She'll be able to do a sort of "dash". She'll turn into a formless shape (but somewhat round) and will be able to move great distances. Since this energy is weightless, she'll be able to move quite far and flight is in her potential. At the moment, how far she can go is limited by how long she can remain transformed. She can only maintain a transformation for around five seconds (Longer if she tries really hard). Lupe also has a healing ability while in this state. For starters, toxins will be immediately vaporized, she'll be immune to biological powers, and she won't feel any pain. While transformed, Lupe may shape herself slightly. Obviously, she can shape herself to fix wounds, so that once she changes back, it will be all better. Again, it's limited by how long she's transformed.
Limits:
Now, there's only so much the Heart can do. Lupe using it will cause it (and herself) to get hotter and hotter, until it "overheats" and shuts off. When it shuts off wholly depends on rate, intensity, duration, and quantity, of use. These are the four factors that Lupe must keep in mind as she uses her power. After her power has shut off, however, her body heat will be extremely high. To the point where her skin will burn, and her organs will slowly cook. She'll need a quick way to cool down before she burns to death. There's also a limit to how much the Heart can produce. If Lupe doesn't already overheat, then she'll run the Heart dry and will be powerless. Lupe will have to wait a few hours to replenish it. Lupe can only stay transformed into the Neon Energy for about five seconds. Which means she can do too much. However, how long she can remain transformed can and will expand later. Though, Lupe will be unable to manipulate the Neon Energy while transformed.
Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
Strong emotions (Even happiness) will make her power unstable and harder to control. Or it might go out of control and she'll have an accidental use. The Neon-Energy is also bright as hell. Enough to inhibit Lupe's vision a bit, depending on the size and intensity of the blast. If it's a large use, then she's going to be blind for a few seconds until it fades away. Though, this could be considered a double-edged sword. While transformed into the Neon Energy, Lupe is not intangible. In fact, she's far more fragile in that state (Even though she can heal and resist pain). One strong blow and she'll be out. If something is heat resistant enough to pierce her, that is. After transforming back from the Neon-Energy, she will be powerless for a few seconds while the Heart powers back up.
Updated the relationship sections for Fiona, Michelle and Jennifer - and if anyone wants to have any pre existing relations with my characters, then gimme a shout.
I posted the timeskip, and we are officially on sandbox mode. Up until I can find some more shenanigans for the Fiends, we'll be dicking around in the city.
And sorry, @Valhalla, I know I said I was waiting for you, but I thought it'd be best if I just post it now. I promise I'll edit in reactions/responses to Malik if you post his pov anyway.
It's really no problem at all! I've been really busy -- went out of town unexpectedly -- so posting has become difficult. I've got a few paragraphs going, so I'll try to have something up for Malik tonight. Sorry again. :(

You can just assume that Jen's invitation extends to Malik and Kiara.
