Evelyn sighed and walked to her bedside table, opening the top drawer and pulling out her glasses' case. She opened the said item and grabbed her glasses, slowly putting them on. She sat back by Jack, staring him in the eye. "The glasses that look amazing on you."

He shot his head up, and his face flushed a bright red. "D-Do-Do th-ey!?" He put on a nerdy grin and realized how stupid he looked. He shot his face back down to his original position and put his hand on his forehead. "_{I am such an idiot.}"

Evelyn chuckled. "Who said it was bad to be a idiot?.." She stood back up, placing her glasses back in their case. She sat the leathery case in the top drawer, quickly shutting it.

His face hadn't faded to its normal colour quite yet. He kept his head down for a moment before turning to the sketch book in the floor. He let out a tiny gasp and reached down to grab it. He smiled and closed it. "Look through it. I sketch late at night sometimes."

Evelyn smiled to herself. "I might later," she turned around to face Jack, a hint of sleepiness glowing in her eyes. "Im gonna go fix some coffee." she hummed, walking out of the room and into the kitchen.

He nodded and fell backwards onto the pillow. His face finally regained its normal colour, and he gave off a shaky sigh. "Embarrassing."

Evelyn walked through the kitchen doorway, her thoughts racing through her mind. She looked up, spotting Alex. She glared at him, glad he hadn't noticed her. She heard giggles and small hiccups coming from him, his jet black hair messy. On the counter beside was a glass bloss of beer, almost empty.

Jack stood up and stretched. He had nothing better to do, after all. He followed where Evelyn had gone and sighed. "Seriously?"

Evelyn glanced at Jack, her pupils shrink. "Jack, go in the bedroom and don't call anyone--especially not the cops." she paused. "That's not Alex, at least we think it isn't. He's suspected of having SPD. If he does, the.. personality that threatened you wasn't Alex.
"Now go."

He nodded a little cautiously and decided to try and wake Jackknife up. He walked into the room and poked Jackknife. "Hey. Get up."
"Mph."
"Get up."
"No."
"Get up."
"No, and get out."
"No." Jack smiled innocently.

Did he just get 10x more awesome or is it just me?

Alex turned, smiling like a freak. "Eeevie!~" he whistled. "Those shorts suit you well," he commented with a smirk. "What are you doing up so early anyways?~" The ravenette stumbled to her, fiercely grabbing her wrists. "Do be a bitch, dearie!~" he pinned her hands against the wall, a hunger in his eyes.

Jack and Jackknife both perked up at the same time, anger flowing through their veins. "What?" they both growled in unison. Jack rushed into the room in seething rage. "What did you just say, bitch?" he hissed, a flame burning in his eyes.

Evelyn sighed, and kneed Alex where the sun does not shine, a smirk on her face. The male fell to the ground, his hand hitting the beer bottle making it fall. Surprisingly, it didn't brake. The bent over Alex examining his face.
Alex glared at Evelyn. "Bitch!.." He shouted, grabbing the neck of the bottle and slamming it against her head, knocking her over.

A slightly terrifying grin spread across Jack's face, that of insanity. He punched Alex square in the nose, nearly, if not, breaking it. "If anyone, you're the bitch," he growled in Alex's general direction. His anger was obvious, slightly in concern for Evelyn. "Are you OK?" he asked as he turned to her and held out his hand to help her stand.

Alex hurriedly stood up as soon as Evelyn took Jack's hand, the neck of the bottle still in his right hand, his left hand holding his bloody--and possibly broken--nose.
Alex screeched, letting go of his nose and shoving the two down. He turned to Evelyn, quickly bring the ragged edge of the glass....

down on her left eye.

"EVELYN!" Jack screeched, tears coming to his eyes. He quickly stood up, and grabbed the bottle. "You... You fucking bitch! I'd kill you if you weren't her best friend! I hate you with a burning passion. I don't care anymore. You hurt her, you hurt me!" He brought the glass onto his shoulder, then to his hip. He pushed him onto the ground and kicked him below the ribs. He dropped the broken bottle sideways and it landed on his stomach, not piercing his skin. "Teach you," he growled.

Evelyn slowly stood up, each movement shakier than than last. Her left hand was pressed against her injured eye and her blond hair was getting sticky with blood. She removed her hand, staring down at the blood dribbling down her arm. Her face lost all of its color, and she soon lost consiousness from blood loss.

He turned to her on the floor, and his eyes flooded with tears. "E-Evelyn...?" He walked slowly forward, each step shrinking as he transitioned forward. He covered his mouth with his hand and fell to his knees in front of her. "Evelyn...? Evelyn...!? Tell me you're not..."
Jackknife stood in the doorway, jaw agape. "When did you... How did you... EVELYN!?" He dashed forward to her side.

I just imagined a Dragonball-like fight scene for that. Just saying.

Alex groaned and sat up, looking around in confusion. When his sights landed on Evelyn, his pupils shrank. "E-Evelyn?.." he whispered.

Jack and Jackknife both shot him angered looks.
"Don't even start," Jack began. "You did this."
Jackknife pointed to his wounds. "Took a while to fight you back, as far as I can tell."
Jack nodded in response.
