"War, War never changes."
In the days after the war many factions began to gain power, the Brotherhood of Steel, the New California Republic, and the Enclave. However with the Brotherhood divided, the NCR having just barely beaten the Legion, and the Enclave having been pushed almost to the brink of extinction. The NCR would out the western Brotherhood after the fight letting them leave in peace. Destroying or taking all their tech left to meet with the East coast Brothers.
This newly united brotherhood fell under the rule of Elder Lyons as his forces had proved the largest and most prepared. With the Brotherhood moving North towards New York and other hubs of technology, the South-East of the United States has seen the return of the Enclave. With small stations of Brotherhood troops being wiped out before they could report the return of the old enemy.
Supermutants had evacuated after their hideouts discovering, now more and come from further in South, up from Florida. Mercenaries and other groups have taken to fighting them off but with the Enclave impressing soldiers and killing those who will not serve more and more have entered the Carolina’s.
With the southeast in conflict it will take a brave few men and women to sort out this mess, more than just a lone wanderer. It will take some big damn heroes to build up a force that can stop the return of Enclave. So if you're satisfied with your choices, let us begin.

Hello, this is a roleplay set about twelve years after Fallout 3. With North and South Carolina and there massive amounts of pre-war military weapons the setting lends itself to the Enclave who with there military background. Most survivors and settlements are better armed and trained thanks to a lot of military personal being among the original founders of there groups.
As for a breakdown of the area, the Enclave rules the coast and most of South Carolina is under the threat of Super mutants coming up from Florida. North Carolina's mountains play host to a large ghoul community, most of which were soldiers caught in the radiation while evacuating civilians.
The middle area is host to our big settlements of people, the first major settlement is in Durham among the old tobacco plants and has booming scientific community along with real schools having salvaged much of Duke university. The next is in Charlotte an has a lot of working vehicles and people who can repair them, they run the trading caravans. South of the border has become a wall in town that acts as trading post and news station for all North and South Carolinian's, it also plays host to the newly relocated Three Dog having moved south after the Brotherhood went North. A small settlement was set up under pilot mountain and was home to the only Brotherhood of Steel outpost in the area, decimated by the Enclave, now only whispers about handful of Knights still fighting where they can are told.
You've all just recently arrive in South Of The Border the town bustling with every kind of wanderer, caps trading hands and stories being relayed. There's even a race track where you can bet on local cars trying to post the best time. Yet the real story about town is vault dweller whose been gunning down Enclave soldiers, just like another who purified the Potomac river.
