Personality: While surly and rude on the surface, Oni's aggressive demeanor conceals a deep-seated protective instinct. Though his social skills are lacking to say the least, and he is not especially motivated to build relationships, his loyalty to those who have earned it is endless. He considers himself to be more expendable than most, which derives from a deflated sense of self-worth, as well as overconfidence in his powers.

Classification: Supernatural

Powers/Abilities: While he has lost the vast majority of his vampiric powers, Oni still retains a few of his less spectacular abilities, albeit in far weaker forms. Oni is stronger and faster than the average human by a decent margin, barely treading into what can be considered 'superhuman,' his senses are sharper than those of normal humans, and his regenerative ability allows him to quickly heal from wounds that would be fatal to normal person.

When he restores his lost vampiric powers, new abilities are revealed, and his baseline abilities become far stronger. His speed and strength at their maximum make him too fast to be seen with the naked eye, and he can cleave through a human body bare handed with ease. His senses become so powerful, that they border on the psychic or precognitive. His regeneration is particularly prodigious, as he can restore a severed limb before the one that was cut off hits the ground. He can gain the abilities of transformation, allowing him to take the shape of other people, animals, and even inanimate objects, vampiric healing, using his blood to heal the wounds of mortals or other vampires, and soul-devouring, allowing him to consume the spiritual essence of other people, including their skills and memories.

Weaknesses: While in his normal form, Oni is unaffected by the traditional vampiric banes of sunlight, fire and silver, as he increases his power, his weaknesses emerge, subjecting him to hideous physical pain, and rapid degeneration of his physical form.

Psychologically, Oni's weaknesses are more severe. He is self-sacrificial to the the extreme, in battle treating himself as nothing more than a meat-shield. Overly zealous, Oni has a terrible habit of charging in recklessly, and ending up in more trouble than is necessary. Some consider him to be too dependant on his powers, and not rely enough on tactics. When in vampiric form, he gives into bloodlust more easily than most, and has a difficult time calming down after a battle wherein he became a vampire. He also has traits of a communication disorder, oftentimes thinking that others can pick up on his intentions and emotions far more often than is true.

Weapons: Oni wields his sire's odaichi, an ancient Japanese greatsword, known as Kokorowatari, "the Passage Across the Heart." Kokorowatari is called the "sword of demon-killing," and is extremely damaging to supernatural beings. Even a glancing blow can leave one in immobilizing pain, and such is its sharpness that it can cut a possessive spirit out of a human without harming the host.

Gear: Oni owns an MC Bridgestone Hurricane, which he has modified to support his weight and size.

Skills: Oni is a skilled street-fighter, and is proficient in riding, maintaining and modifying motorcycles.

Brief History: Originally a motorcycle punk from the streets of Tokyo, the boy then known as Suzaku had his life changed when he met the beautiful legendary vampire, Cherry Hunter. Mortally wounded from an attack by assassins from her clan, Suzaku was so entranced by her beauty that he was willing to lay down his life to save her. He offered her his blood, and rather than consume him entirely, she fed just enough to restore her strength, and in doing so turned Suzaku into a vampire.

The two lived together for some time, escaping vampire hunters in Japan, and a bond grew between them. However, Suzaku tired of the life of constant travel and fear of assassination. The two of them were powerful, even among vampires, but they were not invincible. He sought out the help of an eastern mystic, who gave him the answer to their troubles. If he fed on Cherry Hunter, their relationship as master and servant would be reversed, and the resulting magical feedback would reduce the both of them to a level of power so low that they could not be tracked by vampire hunters.

Suzaku did this when the opportunity presented itself. Though he did this to save their lives, Cherry Hunter considered this a betrayal of her trust, and has gained a sense of bitterness over the ordeal, especially considering how her weakened form has hurt her pride. It was her suggestion that they join Prometheus together, as a support network to protect them from still-vengeful vampire clans and hunters. Suzaku had little choice, as he had sworn to follow his master to the end, and now they were but a single soul in two bodies.

Personality: Haughty, loudly arrogant, and opinionated; all things to expect from an ancient, legendary vampire. Not things one expects from an eight-year-old girl. The dissonance in Akuma's manner of speech from her appearance is jarring, and this irritates her to no end. A very prideful creature, Akuma does not abide insults or disobedience toward her. Just as well, those who she considers worthy to be "hers" are likely to be protected from such slander.

Classification: Supernatural

Powers/Abilities: Though once among the most powerful vampires on the planet, Akuma's drop in power has been so significant that she is sometimes referred to as "the remains" of her former self. Even so, she is stronger and faster than any human is capable of being, which is especially shocking for such a small creature. Her regenerative ability is significant among vampires, and her senses are predatorily sharp. The vampiric powers which she retains include a pocket dimension in her stomach, allowing her to eat essentially anything that she can fit in her mouth, and then regurgitate it at a later point, shadow manipulation, which allows her to shape shadows, and even hide inside of them, vampiric healing, allowing her to heal humans and vampires with her blood or saliva, and soul-devouring, allowing her to consume spiritual energy with her bite.

When she feeds on Oni's blood, their balance as master and servant is restored, restoring both of their powers, depending on the amount of blood consumed. As the balance is restored, she advances in age, closer to her true form. In her true form, Akuma is imperceptibly fast and capable of terrifying feats of strength, with senses so sharp that she seems to see into one's soul, and regenerative power so great that she seems unkillable by ordinary means. The powers she gains include transformation, flight, hypnosis, and telekinesis.

Weaknesses: While vampiric banes such as sunlight, fire and silver are no longer lethal to Akuma, they are irritating, and she tries to avoid them. As he power is restored, so are her weaknesses, which seem to be the only ways of killing her when she reaches her full potential.

Akuma is prideful to a fault, and while she is intelligent and tactically-minded, she can often make serious blunders in the name of saving face. She is also spiteful and arrogant, and is slow to forget grudges until they are avenged. This can make her easy to manipulate, as she often can't see traps behind insults. As her powers are restored, her humanity fades away, and she grows less interested in the plights and lives of others, even her beloved servant.

Weapons: Akuma wields her older servant's wakizashi, an ancient Japanese shortsword, known as Yumewatari, "the Passage Across the Dream." Yumewatari is called the "sword of demon-reviving," and has strange effects on supernatural beings, ranging from healing their bodies, to restoring lost knowledge, to even temporarily raising the dead.

Gear: Akuma keeps various knick-knacks stored in her stomach for various occasions, such as a butane lighter, handcuffs, cigarettes, a portable video game, a bottle of wine, a rope, and a crowbar. Both hers and Oni's swords are kept in her stomach, also.

Skills: While notable lacking in practical skills, Akuma is a decent tactician, has a great knowledge of world history (having experienced a great deal of it), and is very knowledgeable regarding fashion and architecture.

Brief History: A legendary member of the English Vampire Nobility, Cherry Hunter (as she called herself) has roamed the world for centuries in a hedonistic spree of glamour and debauchery. This lead her to Japan some four-hundred years ago, where she sired her first servant, a samurai monster-hunter. So great was his despair at become a monster that he killed himself with his own magic blade. Cherry Hunter kept his swords as mementos and carried on.

It was Cherry Hunter's dereliction of her duties to her clan that drove her to offending them, and her lack of respect for her elders led them to considering her an outcast. She lent some small support to a rival clan as a token of revenge, but this resulted in her elders putting out a hit on her life, with both clan assassins and vampire hunters. Cherry Hunter fled to Japan, where she was ambushed by hunters, and had her life saved by Suzaku.

While she has become bitter over losing so much of her power, she secretly wishes to truly make amends with Oni, rather than the awkward patch-up job that they have done already. Her burgeoning pride keeps her from doing so, but she truly cares for her servant, and wishes for him to not be bound to her eternally as he is.

I wasn't planning on Hardline having sleeping quarters, after all she's more hardware than personnel and so wouldn't really need to sleep (no offence meant Ulyana.) I guess she could always make use of quarters to store all the different devices she could integrate with in preparation for missions though. And a nice oil bath wouldn't go amiss either.

Alright, this is kind of how I picture it.

Oni
Baseline strength/speed: Same level as an olympic athlete, if he gives only a moderate effort
Max strength/speed: Can swing around a cement roller like a baseball bat, and outrun a crotch-rocket motorcycle (sprinting)

Akuma
Baseline strength/speed: Like Bruce Lee, only smaller.
Max strength/speed: With maximum effort, she can make a small-scale earthquake. Sprinting, she can outrun a bullet.

I'm guessing you meant Akuma's telekinesis, since Oni has none. It's actually her pretty much ultimate ability, only available if she is restored to her true form. Which spells bad things for a lot of different reasons. But it's strong enough to be lethal; she could basically induce explosions just by looking at something.

The soul-devouring works very similarly to regular blood-sucking. It'll kill you just as fast, which means it can only be used in combat as a finishing move. It basically eats the "spirit" of a person/creature, and the memories and knowledge that come with it. It is possible to recover from this, just as you can recover from bloodloss, and they do need to actually bite you to do this. The major advantages are that it allows them to "eat" incorporeal entities such as ghosts, or things that are possessing other creatures.
