[IC] Star Wars - Operation Solar Flare {MegaraFoxfire X Arthanus}

It didn't take Leo to long to suit up as years of practice and quick suit-ups had made the process second nature. And even leaving the apartment complex wasn't that hard but it was the streets that Leo was expecting trouble. Even though he had given the suit a new paint job concealing any republic markings and even dawning some Mandalorian markings to appear as a Merc a trooper in full armor walking with a cloaked companion was sure to draw some sort of attention. But the armor did hide the fact that Leo was a Cathar which would help their cause some what. Weighing the risk and reward Leo chose to take a longer route taking back streets and avoiding the main roads as much as possible.

But things couldn't go easily only two blocks from their destination the hairs on Leo's neck stood on edge and he quickly moved both himself and Megara into the cover of a side alley. "I won't take any excuses!" A female voice cried from around the corner. "I want that Jedi brought to me now!" the woman continued "Nalder will follow his lead but that doesn't mean the rest of you will stop your search." the woman continued before the sound of a speeder going off into the distance was heard. This left two Imperial troopers standing on the nearby corner who walked past the alley without batting an eye in Leo and Megara's direction. "Does she really belive the Jedi would return to that safe house?" one of the troopers said in passing, "Of course she would, how could she know Thul bugged the place after her capture?" the second trooper responded going on their way continuing their patrol. Waiting until the troopers were far enough away Leo stood at the ready. "Well this could be interesing, looks like we could spring a trap on the sith if we use their bugs to our advantage" Leo commented "If only I could get a hold of Sasha so we could change plans. But we can work with this any ideas?" Leo asked not moving to the safe house just yet.

Sasha was able to pack up her bag quickly, knowing more Thul troops would be on their way she had to have an alternative way out of this mess. She walked over to one of the dead guards and ripped a piece of their clothing off, she shoved the cloth into one of her rubbing alcohol bottles and lit the cloth on fire. "Maybe this will buy me some time, at the very least it should cause a distraction" She thought to herself before tossing the bottle underneath the medicine cabinet and making a run for the back door. She was able to get out just before things inside the building got interesting and she quickly looked for an escape route. Spotting a manhole cover Sasha quickly made her way underground hoping the fire and resulting explosions would be enough to distract any kind of pursuit Thul would have sent.

Megara moved into the shadows while they listened, her breathing getting labored. When it got quiet she said "I should have known...they must have traced my signal back there...there is one other place we can go. I was going to use it as a base but found people were living there...maybe they will let us hide among them...they are homeless..." She leaned against the wall, her mind spinning badly. "But...it does give me an idea...I know Nalder...and he is cocky and logically...lets use him against his lady..." She pulled her hood up and said "Come, lets go meet our guests...they may have the place bugged....lets us it to lead them exactly where we want to...but first, we need those soldiers communicators"

Nalder SMiled as the hooded figure walked towards him from a warehouse, holding a box. "She left in a hurry...but we can use this to track..." He opened the box and a bug like droid sat inside. "I already put the data inside. I also loaded the vial you gave me for the jedi. THe bug droid will follow the doctor to the jedi...then inject the jedi. Oh, and others have the bombs ready to blow in the main city...your doctor will have no choice but to go to the peoples aid...." Nalder smiled and said "Lets get to it then...my lady is waiting for her prize"

Leo listened to Megara's explanation and could see that she was straining. If something didn't happen soon then the Jedi wouldn't be of much help and her condition would just impair their progress. "Tell me what you need done and get some rest." Leo stated preparing himself. "Do we need to take them out quietly or can their armor have a few holes?" He asked ready to knock some Imp skulls together.

Sasha quickly made her way into the manhole, entering into the sewer system beneath the city. As she did this a fire started to rage within her clinic and started to poor out of the windows in an attempt to create a distraction. Now trying to escape into the sewers Sasha quickly making her way towards the meeting point. "I hope Leo and his friend will be there." she said to herself trying to find her way.

Megara chuckled and said "You can leave a kot of holes...their bodies can't be found...we will use their communcators to listen to radio to Nalder and whoever his working with and lead them to the best place to ambush them...the Jedi Temple where I was hiding...its the perfect place..."

Nalder watched at the Droid bug followed the medic using its tracking software and said "Make sure your bug only stings the Jedi...you got me?" The hooded creature nodded, controling the bug

Leo grinned at the Jedi's comment. "Now that is what I like to hear. I'll have you their communicators in a bit. just sit tight and don't push yourself to much" he said before running down a side alley attempting to get ahead of the patrol. While on the move Leo pulled out a nifty short range comm blocker setting it up perfectly for his trap. Now ahead of his prey Leo waited until they had come into earshot again. "There I see the Jedi! after her!" Leo yelled in his best imperial accent. And upon hearing the call the two troopers leaped into action running to the alley where Leo had yelled. They attempted to report the sighting but didn't get an immediate response. And before they could catch onto the plan the two troopers turned the corner into Leo's alley only to be meet with a deadly volley of blaster fire. Neither really had time to react before being pelted by the near point blank barrage wounding both soldiers and sending the surrounding civilians running. With a few quick shots from a hold out blaster Leo finished the job and dragged the two bodies into the alley away from sight. He then made a few final preparations before heading back to Megara.

Leo had been gone for little over an hour before he returned to Megara communicators in hand. "Sorry for the wait, had to cover some tracks. If someone does find the body it will look like some loyalist house made a hit on the imp troops." Leo explained, "So we got the communicators whats next?" He asked after a quick check to see if her condition had worsened or not.

Megara was shaking when he got back and smiled weakly when he got back. "Now we get to the temple...after we make a run to pick up some toys...if we are going to throw a party for Nalder and his friends...we will need the party supplies" She pulled her hood up and moved to walk away. "I want to remind the Sith that I am not a caged dog..." she flinched, her head starting to get worse as they walked.

Nalder and the hooded figure watched the doctor and said "I'm going to call my mistress, you bring me the Jedi...don't fail me" The hooded figure nodded and hissed "I will bring her, her mind broken and bendable to you and your masters will..." Nalder nodded and left.

He pulled his communicator out and called his mistress and when she answered said "Hello my love...I am closing in on the Jedi...but I have a feeling that the Game Master you finished off didn't think this plan thru...I have a pawn in play to carry the plan out but I fear that our best move is to carry out your plans and I meet up with you to head the Jedi off...what are your thoughts?"

Leo was getting more concerned for Megara as time went by, it was clear she was getting worse but he had already started with this plan and couldn't go back now. It didn't take the group long before they had reached the Temple. "You people just have your fingers everywhere don't you?" Leo remarked looking at the ruined temple that at one time probably stood tall. He took a minute to take in the building looking for hiding places after doing his check Leo turned back to Megara. "Its clear your in no condition to fight, find a room to hide in and let me take care of this. Bounty Hunter or not this Nalder won't know what he is up against." Leo said walking up to her. "Now are you going to do this the easy way or am I going to have to knock you out and hide you somewhere myself. Because lets face it as you are right now I can overpower you, Master Jedi" Leo said being completely honest. He knew in her condition the Jedi would be more of a hindrance than a help and frankly until they found out what was wrong with her it wasn't worth the risk of her killing herself in battle.

Sasha made her way through the sewers coming out about three blocks from the temple. Finally coming back into communication range "Fang, I'm almost at the destination, whats your status?"she asked not wanting to walk right into an enemy trap. "We're here, no worries, make your way over she is getting worse by the minute." Leo responded almost instantly. "On my way it shouldn't be more than ten minutes" She answered starting to make the short trip to the Temple.

Lady Sylvanas answered the communicator with an annoyed tone. "The fools of Thul usually don't think their plans through apparently." She responded seeming even angrier after the statement. "Use your pawn as you see fit, but dispose of him when its finished. Don't kill the Jedi yet, those Idiots of Thul couldn't break her and we must know what she learned. You can kill anyone with her though, in fact ensure that you do." She ordered giving Nalder a little grin. "Now I must go off plant the idiots of Thul lost an artifact to the Republic and I must go to Aldeeran to lead a strike force to retrieve it. I expect good results upon my return my sweet. Don't disappoint me, you know what happens when I am disappointed." She replied reading herself for her trip, but not turning off the communicator just yet.

Nalder nodded and said "I will do your bidding love...I'll make sure the Jedi is handled as well as the ones in your way...be deadly as always." He got off and looked at the hooded the figure. "Make your move. My lady blesses your mission..." the creature nodded and left the roof top, Nalder nodding. He would let the pawn handle the pair, and he would handle the Jedi. He jetted off towards the temple, putting the liquid from his mistress into his dart pistol.

Megara nodded, feeling dizzy again. "I understand...just get me to the main chamber...I can handle myself there. I should be able to protect my self long enough for the plan to work...and your doctor friend to find us..." She pulled her hood up again, her head swimming badly. She was losing it, she knew it. Without a cure soon, she freed that she might lose all her will and control of the force within hours.

Leo looked at Megara, "I really don't think you could handle yourself. You really look like you need some major help." he replied moving to steady the Jedi woman. "And I can't let you just stay in such an obvious place unguarded." Leo said before pushing the jedi into one of the living quarters, "Stay in there, the medic will be here to see to you soon enough." Leo said before pressing the button and the door slid closed. He spent the next minute hacking the door to keep it locked until he decided otherwise before starting to move to set up traps elsewhere in the temple.

Sarah made her way closer to the temple trying to keep an eye out for anything out of the ordinary. As she approached she received a message reminding her to only use the front entrance. And once she did arrive she was meet with a blaster. "Prove you are who you look like." Leo said while keeping his rifle pinned and ready. "Your name is Leonidas Madog code name, "Fang". Our first assignment was on Onderon as always things went bad we spent two weeks hunkered down hiding from some crazy bug things. We ended up blowing up the entire hive and some Putz in republic intelligence got all the credit." She said not missing a beat. "Alright, get in there. third room on the left code is the coordinates of our hiding hole. lock the door once your in and don't open the door till the procedure is done." Leo said not moving the rifle keeping it pinned on the door knowing it wouldn't be to long before a new guest arrived.

Sarah nodded and moved inside quickly she made her way to the living quarters. Once she was in she locked the door behind her she turned to the Jedi. "Hello miss Jedi, Leo sent me in. We don't have much time will you cooperate?" Sarah said not taking a step toward the Jedi until she knew the Jedi wouldn't lash out at her.

Megara sighed as he shut the door and said "They won't come not knowing where I'm located...I'm what they want...Nalder is smart..." She suddenly shuttered and fell to the fell on her knees, sweat pouring down her face. "I may not have a choice now..." She curled up, pushing herself against the wall fought to sit up, breathing hard as she world spun around her again. Then she gasped in pain and everything went black.

When she heard the door open she laughed weakly and said "I really have no other choice doc...I can't see now..." She turned her face to where she knew the door was, her eyes the sickly green color again. "I am starting to see things and the only way I know how not to get sucked into them is to block my sight using the force...It will not last long...and neither will I..." She fell against the wall again, her whole body shaking.

Nalder sat on the roof top across the from the temple, his pistol aimed at one window he knew the solider had walked by. And soon the Jedi would walk by as well. He hit his comm and said "Are you ready yet?" There was a hiss and the voice said "Almost...the gas will go off any minute...soon none of those inside will know up from down..." Nalder smirked and shut the comm off. "Leaving the Jedi wide open for me..."
