Appearance (Human): About 5'6", average build, prefers wearing T-shirts and shorts (Hey, he can have fur, so that takes care of lower temperatures), has yellow eyes as a result of the splicing, slightly pointier teeth than normal, nose is lower and more box-like. Fairly pale and has gray hair. Tends to not wear shoes, as they "Feel funny" since his splicing.

Powers: The ability to shift between human and his animal genes to varying degrees. (More cat, or less cat.)

Animals: Eurasian Lynx (Dark Gray), Clouded Leopard (Yellow w/black spots).

Associated powers: Enhanced smell, enhanced vision in dim light, claws, teeth, enhanced hearing, enhanced agility and speed.

Bio: Kit had a pretty average uprising as a child......until he was four. He still hadn't learned how to talk or even make noises that sounded like words, so they took him to a specialist. They found out one thing.

Kit is completely mute.

His parents, angered by the fact that they had a non-functioning member of society on their hands, tossed him into an orphanage. Not a good one (or even a mediocre one). Just a run-down, overcrowded dirty place with hardly enough funding to provide reasonable amounts of food. This place, what with the way-too-many kids, had a lot of bullies. One out of a hundred adds up, after a while. Needless to say, this place kind of messed Kit up. He got in a few scuffles and tended to keep to himself, his anger always bubbling over in the time he spent in his shabby room. By the time he was 15 he had had enough. He just kind-of....snapped. He grabbed one of the bullies by the neck and hit him with whatever was near, eventually moving on to the people who tried to break it up. 6 people were injured, one died, and another eventually died in the hospital due to a mix of injuries and a life-time lung complication. Kit was thrown in jail, there were so many witnesses(half the orphanage) that the trial barely lasted a day.

After that all, Kit tended to keep to himself, breaking off, staring into space whenever someone mentioned anything about that. He can't talk and doesn't know sign language, so he tends to just use a notepad.

The rest is sort of generic. Yadda yadda, random guys, yadda yadda, second chance, etc. Kit was pretty reluctant, until they offered him a way to communicate. Kit agreed, and then he underwent a surgery where, somehow, a machine detected what he wanted to say, and transmitted it to a sort of speaker on his thumb. It does take a while to process, so there is normally a five-second delay between the end of his "sentence" and the start of the speaker-voice. Then they did the gene-splicing thing. A deal is a deal.

Bio: Alex was on the run for a few years. He killed people during many of his robberies because he wouldn't plan his break ins and ran into the family a lot. He was lucky a few times and got in and out without killing anyone, but he still had to kill people. He was finally caught when a security camera at a toll booth and was caught on the highway. He then was sent to prison for life, but was now given a new chance at life if he joined this new strange science experiment. He didn't care, since he grew up without parents and was in a gang most of his life.

Bio:

Evie comes from a respectable family. She worked hard in school, never got into much trouble, but when she realized how much college would cost, she started growing anxious. One night, she went to a party to try to forget her stress. During the party, she was approached and asked if she "needed to take something to relieve her troubles." She declined, but she kept in contact with the dealer until they formed a close enough relationship for the dealer to hire Evie. After a few months of making good cash and rising through the ranks, Evie ran into problems. It wasn't just a simple job selling weed to high schoolers anymore, she was starting to get involved with the darker parts of the business. Eventually, things got so bad her boss ordered her to kill. She tried to back out, but her boss would have killed her instead if she didn't. Before she could pull the trigger and kill her target, she was arrested. The offer came and took it to avoid jail time and possibly capital punishment.

Other: Before the experiments, she had brown hair and green eyes, but after her hair and eye color turned to match the fox

Bio: Lily didn’t come from a rich family, and she grew up on the bad side of the city in a bad neighborhood. When she went outside she would sometimes have to race or fight her way to get to her destination.

When Lily was twelve, she was caught by surprise when a guy grabs her and pulls her in an alleyway in attempt to mug her. Lily was able to break out of his grip by slamming him into a wall; she was then able to take his gun and pointed it towards him. As the guy sat there against the wall, panting and overthrown, he told her he was actually impressed with her. He said she was tough for her age and size, and the way she firmly gripped the gun was intriguing to him as well despite it being Lily’s first time holding one. The guy made an offer to her to teach her a few things, things that could help her. Not only was she a little shy about it, but Lily was at the time where her and her family could have no apartment to live in any time now, so Lily took up the offer. She was taught how to mug people and rob stores, whether it was stealthily or just straight front up. She committed these crimes and got away with them, some barely, for years to get and use the money her family needs through life.

Lily, seventeen now, still does these routines. One day, she was informed that a gang was out for her and her family, including her little siblings, for mugging one of their members. She was told who the leader was, and if she killed him the problem would be solved. Lily refused to do it at first, because to her killing a person was going too far. But Lily was worried for her family that she decided to anyway. Lily finds the guy and even hesitates last second before having him where she wants and shooting him in the head. The job was done. However, it wouldn’t have mattered when she came home.

They were killed anyway.

It turns out that the one who had informed Lily of who the leader of the gang was an actual member of the gang himself, and he had tricked Lily into killing a person who wasn’t even involved in that gang. Unprepared and deceived, Lily was arrested. Charged with the murder, Lily was also charged with the majority of robberies and muggings she has done. In the trial Lily surprisingly admitted to being guilty. However, there was yet another life-changing...offer. With a slow several second silence stirring the room, she accepted.

Not like she had anything to lose anymore.
