After the End: Europa's Mortem

The sun has finally began to shine again over the skies of Europe and the Middle East. What happened to the majority of the rest of the world is unknown, except for areas such India, China, Siberia, and Northern Africa. India and China are mostly uninhabitable from the Radiation in the those area. Siberia has become even more of a wasteland, with 95% of the population there dying out, and the other 5% fleeing to the rest of Russia that was not left destroyed. North Africa, while habitable, is now populated by Tribes trying to stake there claims in the areas. While this may make Europe seem like the most peaceful place on Earth now, it is not.

Europe has fallen back into the dark ages, the factories are shut down, humans have either forgotten to use Weapons from the time of Advancement or they ran out of fuel to even try and use them. Scientific thoughts and advancements from the Old have not been forgotten so to say, they know how another continent lies far from the Coasts of Europe, but they do not know how to get back without dying. They know we where once able to fly in Giant metal birds, but we forgot how to create them. We know that we once landed on the Moon, but now, we don't even know how to get there ourselves.

Europe and the last known habitable places in the Middle East have fallen into a world of Kingdoms and self proclaimed Empires, with only a few willing to stay republics. During the End, a new religious zeal was formed amongst the people, and a boom in Christian and Muslim populations crossed Europe. Those who have not converted hide in fear of what might happen to them if they say the words God Doesn't Exist.

Will you lead a Kingdom of Religious Zeal or an Empire bent on Conquest of Europa. How about a Christian Empire led by the Pope or Patriarch of Orthodoxy, or Even a Caliphate in the Middle East ready to spread the Word of Islam across Europa. All of these options and more, are up to you.

Hello My Beautiful people and welcome to, After the End: Europa's Mortem. In this Roleplay will be taking place after a Nuclear Winter. The Global population has declined an insane amount, with less then 500 Million known people alive. Technology that we seem normal, such as guns, televisions, and computers, mostly do not exist in working order, with the only working ones being owned by the Royals.

This Roleplay will take place around the year 2500 to 2600, but no exact date is even known among the People. Technology itself will be around the same levels as what the Crusaders had. Swords, spears, shields, and calvary warfare are commonplace now. Those few that have working guns do not know how to use them. Lastly, language has stayed the same since the End, and majority of the languages that are still spoken in Europa and the surviving bits in Asia and Africa can be translated.

IC posts will be from the Perspective of Characters, and we will not be using stats.
