Ok, Next IC post is ready but I'll let @Shadowcatcher post before I do it because it moves some stuff forward.

(I plan on making Laurent into a character soon... And no she won't be second in command, that'd be cheap for those of you who want the position and she prefers the hands off approach to leading anyways.)

I'd suggest writing that post if you want to take some quality time with other charries now before I force plot motion and NPCs to be put away for a bit, unless there's an NPC you were wanting to make a full on character with.

Also i think i picked a position. Not sure what would be the official name of the position, but could she be the one who maps out the different floors and tells everyone where to search for new boss dungeons, prepare the forces for the raids, etc. Strategist perhaps? idk

Hmm, we already have someone in charge of the whole Recon thing, Durdansa played by @ReaptheMusic who I think would organize that whole thing.

Any other areas you'd be interested in? You could do the other half of recon where, like you said, you tell people where to go while Durdansa would actually lead the groups out to those places maybe? As in, like a cartographer/strategist kind of deal.

I would, however, gladly accept her as someone that answers to Durdansa. I'm trying to think of a name for it but all that comes up is 'vice principal' and obviously that's not quite right.

Resource management could be something of a strategist. Choosing who to send where, how many people to send and what not, leaving everyone else in charge of everything involved in doing what they need to where they're being sent?

By the way, In regards to levels, I take it that we're following the canon? Which would mean that at Floor 26 the lead group would be in the late 30's level range i.e. 36-38. (Kirito doesn't reach Level 40 until April 2023, by which point the lead group are on Floor 27)

Well I want Zeth to be a main char but not so soon. Unless of course, you're advancing the plot by a significant amount. (A month or two)
Otherwise, I guess I can develop his character as an NPC for the time being.
