Well the name has been passed down a couple generations but my mom didn't like the name. I'd probably name my son that if I ever get one though, my dad is one of the greatest men I know so I think its a good name.

Don't you hate it when your phone constantly crashes? I was making a post when my phone decided "OH HEY IM NOT GONNA WORK FOR AN HOUR THEN IM GONNA FREEZE AND SHUT OFF" I lost the whole post and have to do it again, what fun.

@Akayaofthemoon No, but like, they're not even middle names. They're first names. Do you understand the dilema I go through while introducing myself? I mean, in Canada it's pretty straightforward, since I don't bother with my other two names because A) Too foreign sounding and B) One of them (Dylan) is spelled just like an already existing English name, except that it's meant for girls and is pronounced differently (Dee-lan rather than Dil-in), but pretty much anywhere else?

"Oh, my name? Well, I'm L___, but I'm also Dylan and K____, so go with whichever one you want." :S

@The ghost in black I have three first names, two of which people cannot pronounce properly in Canada, a last name made of two first names that are different from the last names of my parents, which people in Canada are also unable to pronounce. (My favourite mispronunciation ever was 'Alia Ahkhram' Like...Not even close, bro. XD) But at least I don't have any last names, and at least none of them are 'king David' I suppose.
Still better than the middle name of someone I knew who's middle name was 'Chi Ha Ballerina Sunshine' so I'm also quite happy to not be that person. XD

Oh I see...hmmm yeah that would be a tough time :/ the only problem with my name is that it is spelt the French way but said the American way so no one every spells my name correctly. I love the way my name is spelt and hate the other ways but it is annoying to have everyone have it wrong. I had a teacher once when I was growing up tell me I was spelling my own name wrong. I was like 'How would I not be able to spell my own name?'

I'm called by uncles name, my two brothers, and sometimes my cousin. In my case its just confusion of people.

But I don't just get that for names, either. When people ask me where I'm from and I answer "Kurdistan, in the Middle East", 50% of the time they respond with "Do you mean Kazakhstan?"

Why yes, person who clearly has an incredibly profound knowledge of the Middle East despite never having set foot there to think that I meant Kazakhstan, which isn't even in the Middle East. I definitely meant Kazakhstan. Silly me. Why would I know where I'm from, anyways? Clearly you know better about my origins than I do.

Yeah, I really hate when you type a place and you know you spelled it correctly but it tries to autocorrect or people just ask about some other place than what you mean. I mean, I think the person living there would know what place they meant. It is called look it up XD
