Ok, but I really would prefer just nations, since if I gave out the ability to make corporations, most people would just use those. You could though, for say, make a nation that was like an independent mercenary island in like, Fiji.

DOMINUS PROTECTION CLAUSE
It is hereby enforced that ANY CURRENT CLIENT of Dominus, if they possess a military or paramilitary force, is HEREBY OBLIGATED to come to the defense of Dominus, Inc. should a foreign paramilitary or military force attack the Cayman Islands, regional headquarters located in New York, Vienna or Shanghai, or ANY OTHER private property of Dominus Director Cordia Tsao.

Ok, I'll keep working on it. My goal is for Dominus to be necessary for everyone to make use of, like Country A is using Dominus to assassinate Country B's general to prepare for an invasion while Country B is using Dominus to gather information about Country A's planned invasion. Everyone has to use it to keep up with one another.
